Pizza cottage in Birmingham

Are you kidding me? Their large pizzas are medium. I have never seen such a small pizza when I have ordered a large. Also large chips? Portion sizes need to be looked at because for the price it just isn’t worth it. You pay £50 and it’s just about enough food to feed a few toddlers. Disgusting. (Also as for the reply to this review) don’t call me “dear” your a rip off don’t try to justify your horrific prices and sizes. I guess that’s maybe why you have less than 4 stars.

Please avoid this pizza cottage very disgusting , I ordered pizza during the eating I found hairs in it I vomited a lot,I will never go back again .

Great pizza and sides well made and delicious

I ordered from here after almost year of boycotting due to a previous bad experience. And I can honestly say I won’t bother again even after another year! The delivery driver rung the buzzer and was admitted through the main flat entrance. He then called my mobile to let me know he was waiting downstairs (in the lobby) and I informed him that my daughter was on her way down. After she collected the order I received a very rude phone call from the driver telling me to come down sooner next time as he waited 5 minutes! I explained that I live in a block of flats and so it takes time to get downstairs and that if he wasn’t happy he could come up himself and deliver to my door. I then ended the call. After which he continued to harass me by making further calls and then even sending a text message. Order from pizza cottage if you want to experience rude delivery drivers with poor customer service skills and average food.

Best wings in town. Better than Nandos. And local. Five stars all round. Keep it up guys

Ordered my meal, it was delivered wrong so I called up about changing the pizza they agreed but said I’ll have to microwave the chips as they won’t re do them, losing a customer over getting the order wrong and not exchanging everything is a joke.

Place used to be OK but they hang up on you and don't even bother. and If you do get though to order they take 2 hours or more just to deliver avoid this place

Went in to order some food and dessert, the woman working on desserts had no gloves apron hair net nothing. I saw her cutting strawberries and eating them whilst preparing for customers, she made milkshakes in the blender and then she licked the end of the mixer, I also saw her wiping her nose in her sleeve a few times, very unhygienic lots of cross contamination and overall unprofessional, this place needs a hygiene inspection. I ordered a deep pan pizza but I got a thin crust pizza. also it didn't cook well.

Never got my order. Never got my money back . Ever time i phoned they said there were to busy . Joke

NOVEMBER 23RD 2024 This is one of the best takeaways I've ever been to in my entire life their food is always absolutely perfect with no imperfections perfect portion sizes perfect sause amount you can't fault this place at all five hundred million stars I reckon they deserve some serious media attention because it's absolutely perfect

Ordered on the new app. It said it was confirmed, but awaiting confirmation which confused me. After 40 mins, I called them to ask and was told "yea, I've confirmed, it'll be around 45 mins" but when I questioned this as I'd waited, he said it'll be 10 mins. 10 mins later, we had our food. The food was piping hot, delicious and worth every penny. Maybe a couple of teething issues with the app.

we did a create your own pizza and did a 16" for 2 of us.. we had peri chicken, mushrooms, sweetcorn and peppers.. really nice and had it on thin crust, would recommend.. will be ording again..

Horrible service. Sent wrong pizza and refused help saying it’s what we ordered. No intention of helping just fobbing us off. Menu needs updating !!!! Don’t waste your time

order from here fairly regularly, the prices are really good and the pizzas are some of the best I've had in Birmingham, also love the chicken wings. really highly recommend

Food was great as always but the “chocolate concrete smothered in custard” was a bit of a letdown. You’d think the custard would actually cover the concrete

I ordered because it said delivery would be 15 minutes. It was 1 hour and 15 minutes, and the lady on the phone kept saying delivery would be 10 minutes regardless of how many times I called to ask

First time I've ever ordered from this establishment so I've got no past experience to go by. I had a craving for Chinese Chicken Pizza and this establishment came up in the Just EAT searches. The Pizza and Chicken strips arrived on time and piping hot. The Pizza was really tasty and very flavourful. The Chicken Strips had an amazing crunch to them when I bit into it. Overall a good experience and would recommend to fellow Just Eaters.

Very moist and tender chicken with just the right amount of spice and a good sized portion of chips which were nice and crispy. I enjoyed it. Delivered very quickly too.

Pizza and waffle were great but I wasn't given any fries despite ordering them.

Just eat suggests the pizza is out for delivery and has suggested this for 20 mins, but the place is only 2 mins up the road. Not good that the food is late. It’s sat lunch time, the place cannot be busy for making pizzas. Not great
