Pizza cottage in Birmingham

we got burgers and chicken. with milk cake desert. the food was amazing. I can't wait to try more of their menu 😋

Food was great! Arrived hot and dessert was yummy! We chose supreme meat feast, large fries and white chocolate bueno doughnuts!

we did a create your own pizza and did a 16" for 2 of us.. we had peri chicken, mushrooms, sweetcorn and peppers.. really nice and had it on thin crust, would recommend.. will be ording again..

Horrible service. Sent wrong pizza and refused help saying it’s what we ordered. No intention of helping just fobbing us off. Menu needs updating !!!! Don’t waste your time

My favourite place everrrrrrr. Pizza was delicious as always and we also order a cookie dough and waffle. All portion's are big enough that we have enough for tomorrow as well! can't recommend this place enough 5stars*****

I have ordered food and desserts from pizza cottage many times in the past & have never had an issue until today. I placed an order at 1730 via their website completing all necessary details including my full address and telephone number. After an hour I called the shop to ask for a delivery update. I was first informed that the driver had attempted delivery twice and that there was no answer. Of course I became angry at this as I had been sitting for over an hour waiting for the delivery and at no point did anyone press the buzzer, knock the door or call me to let me know there was an issue with the delivery. After they called to speak with the driver, I was then informed that my order was given to a man at my address. I live in a flat so this could hold some truth but I don’t see how I could be held accountable since the delivery driver clearly did not confirm the name or at least the door number on the order before handing an order made by a female (evidenced by the very female name on the order/receipt) to a random male. Anyway pizza cottage agreed to replace my order after I asserted that I wanted the food that I paid for or a refund. That would have been the end of it as far as I was concerned and I would be sat enjoying my takeaway instead of angrily writing this very long negative review right now if the replacement was not then delivered at 1930 (2hrs after my order was placed) by a very rude delivery driver. Who stood at my front door and shouted at me (a pregnant female, home alone) that it was my fault he could not make a delivery that has never been a issue in the past, that he shouldn’t have to call me (the customer) if he is struggling to deliver and that the way I wrote the address was not to his liking (even though I notice that some of the first line of the address was cut off by their computer system). He is lucky was husband was not home at the time is all I can say! I will not be ordering from there again in a hurry.

We have used pizza cottage for a couple of years. They have never missed anything from the order, our food has always been hot and has always tasted really good. Excellent value for money

order from here fairly regularly, the prices are really good and the pizzas are some of the best I've had in Birmingham, also love the chicken wings. really highly recommend

Food was great as always but the “chocolate concrete smothered in custard” was a bit of a letdown. You’d think the custard would actually cover the concrete

Food come on time but 30 minutes after I got notified it was on its way so it was cold but overall was nice.

Really good! Chips were crispy and the chicken was cooked perfectly on the peri peri burger. Also enjoyed the cookie dough and ice cream really good deal for £10 ☺️☺️

I ordered because it said delivery would be 15 minutes. It was 1 hour and 15 minutes, and the lady on the phone kept saying delivery would be 10 minutes regardless of how many times I called to ask

First time I've ever ordered from this establishment so I've got no past experience to go by. I had a craving for Chinese Chicken Pizza and this establishment came up in the Just EAT searches. The Pizza and Chicken strips arrived on time and piping hot. The Pizza was really tasty and very flavourful. The Chicken Strips had an amazing crunch to them when I bit into it. Overall a good experience and would recommend to fellow Just Eaters.

Very moist and tender chicken with just the right amount of spice and a good sized portion of chips which were nice and crispy. I enjoyed it. Delivered very quickly too.

Pizza and waffle were great but I wasn't given any fries despite ordering them.

Just eat suggests the pizza is out for delivery and has suggested this for 20 mins, but the place is only 2 mins up the road. Not good that the food is late. It’s sat lunch time, the place cannot be busy for making pizzas. Not great

Only thing I’m not happy with is the driver knocking the door when I asked for that not to be done on the delivery notes as other people in the house are sleeping

Asked for vegetarian pizza and got hot vegetarian pizza Cheesecake was all melted I have never seen a Cheesecake that actually melts b4 so was more like a drink than a cake!

Nice little munching place. The grilled burger is out of this planet. Chips are well fried. Crew is quick and focused. 🖐 from me. Caution with wraps, mayo like to leak out on to your pants! 😂🌊

Had to still come down to get the pizza even though I don't live in a flat.

The old lady that is taking the orders need to improve on her customer service and her English. She takes your order incorrect and then blame you the customer that you never placed your order correctly in the first place.I find her to be very rude as she doesn’t care or even try to make the customer happy, I will never ever go back there. They also speak in their language loudly and it’s very uncomfortable while waiting for your food.

I haven’t received my food at all. I called to the shop but the staff was so rude and said that the driver many times called me and knocked the door and took the picture but I didn’t opened the door. Eventually said I’m the LIER. I was their costumer that’s why I went to the shop and asked for the picture . Surprisingly there were no picture, even they said my door color wrong. I won’t buy anymore from this shop because of poor customer service even if the quality is fine. You shouldn’t say to your costumer that you are lier. It’s really rude. The first important thing is your behaviour to your costumer then your food.

Like the other reviews say, don't order from the website order through JE or Uber so you can actually have some protection. Three hours for delivery and then some items were wrong. If you want to know what the service is like just read their replies to other reviews and that will tell you. This used to be our go-to but don't think we'll bother anymore.

driver did not coke to eight address, was waiting outside for 5 mins when he said he was here o it to find out he could not be bothered to drive round to the right place so I ended up walking 5 mins out the way to meet him, he then was rude when I got there

My favourite place for chicken wings.....Great size and great value.
