Such nice food and the staff was very sweet made a cake just for my birthday

The people were so nice, this is the best service we have ever received from khushboo and sheraz

From the atmosphere to the food and customer service was top notch shiraz and khushboo treated us very nicely and welcoming, this is now me and my friends new spot

Dolce desserts are my go to dessert spot they are always consistent with their quality of desserts I really appreciate the complimentary beverage tonight thank you Khushboo and Shiraz.

Food never showed up. Staff kept lying on the phone about when it would arrive and then stopped answering all together. Do not recommend.

Absolute shambles. Placed an order via Just eat at 8.33pm. From 9.40pm I Tried calling as my order hadn't arrived. Eventually at gone 10pm someone answered but was clueless. Told me they were waiting for the driver to arrive. The first drivers car had broken down, so need a second driver. If this was the case, but I doubt it was, there was no communication with me out of courtesy. I ask when order would arrived and was told 15 minutes, but the person could decide if it was 15 minutes for the driver to collect my order or 15 minutes for the driver to deliver it. I'm sat here now, still not sure if the order will arrive. Beyond a joke.

My order was confirmed at 20.06 and it is now 22.36 and I'm still waiting for my order that is a wait of over 2 hours. I have spoken to the restaurant several times and was lied to and told that my order was on the way every time (The restaurant is a 4 minute drive away) and then they decided to stop answering the phone, I eventually got through and the phone was cut off... It is now I'm absolutely discussed with the service at Dolce Quinton, I won't be using them again!!!!!!

Mariyah was so friendly on the front desk and in taking my order, referring me to the best desserts and her suggestion was fantastic, really nice shop and good music being played also

We have ordered 2 mango shake but was not good at all . Because we couldn’t taste the mango at all and was watery .we except more flavor of tango it wasnt worthy at all to spend this money for this quality because it was expensive . The service was ok but the quality no . I dont think we will be back

so my order was £8.45 anf i paid with a £20 note my change was ment to be £11.55 and the lady gave me £10 so i did complain but got ignored

I have been here several times and to date I have not been disappointed. The sundaes are a must and you need to give them a try. We also tried the waffle which was made freshly and tasted sublime. The cookie dough and milk cakes were also on point and there were no complaints. The place was busy but the staff were very welcoming and attentive. We were served by Abdul who did an excellent job. Not sure why they have a few one star reviews but can only assume these were down to people getting them delivered. If you want fresh food then you need to come in person and give this place a try.

My first time ordering dessert from Dolce. I used to drive by this shop often so today i decided to try some dessert. I ordered their Belgian Chocolate Waffle and trust me when I say this "IT WAS THE WORST WAFFLE I EVER HAD." It looked like it wasn't fully cooked, was very thick as if uncooked dough. I tried it and threw the rest to BIN. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. Money gone to absolute waste.

I’ve ordered online from Dolce Desserts a few times now. Initially, the food was quite nice, but the quality has significantly declined in recent orders. On multiple occasions, the food I received was burnt. When I contacted the store directly about the issue, I was first told that they couldn’t send a replacement unless I ordered something else through UberEats. I argued that it wasn’t fair to spend more money when the fault was theirs. Eventually, a staff member said I could come into the store on a specific day to get a replacement and specified that they would personally assist me. On the agreed day, I called the store before setting off to confirm the person I spoke with was present. I was told that no one by that name worked there. To make matters worse, the staff kept hanging up on me, saying they were “too busy” to deal with this. When I asked for the manager, I was told they weren’t available. Later, someone (who I assume was the manager) contacted me. Initially, they reassured me that the issue would be resolved, but after texting back and forth, they ultimately said they couldn’t help and advised me to contact UberEats. I have attached photos and videos of the burnt food. In the waffle picture, the burnt condition of the waffle is not really obvious, however, if you look closely, you will be able to see the burnt edges. The photos and videos of the cookie dough are self explanatory. P.s. the cookie dough fell on the floor whilst I was trying to break into it and hence why in the video it is not complete in quantity. This experience was a complete waste of time, energy, and money. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering from Dolce Desserts again.

Really disappointed today . Pre ordered before they open but delivery is almost a hour late and still not here . School day tomorrow for kids so they can’t wait Any longer off to bed they go !! What’s the point of giving a time on a preorder if you can’t keep the schedule . Definitely needs better management ..

We had an amazing experience here yesterday evening as a reward for my children's good school reports. The staff were so kind and nothing was too much. They let the children create their own sundaes with the icecream and sauces of their choice and added sparklers for the wow factor. When one on my children dropped his on the floor they replaced it immediately (in a plastic container this time, phew). The 'cherry on the cake' was a piece of chocolate cake for me on the house!!! It was such a surprise. Thank you Dolce. You were all amazing!

Appalled at the service of dolce, for the prices they charge surely the food would be flavourful but that was not the case. The milkcake was so thick and vile. It's so watered down something out of a supermarket definitely not freshly made. The Ferrero milkshake also watered down literally no flavour. The San Sebastian cake with kunafa pistachio was okay, but so sickly.

Went here today, 3rd visit. This time we tried the OG Matilda cake and San Sebastián cheesecake ruby pistachio. Honestly it was mindblowing good. First time trying the Matilda cake - pure moist chocolatey indulgence. So soft and finger licking good. As for the San Sebastián it’s why I came back! Especially love the pistachio sauce. We got served by Leena and Mariyah and their service was as good as the food! Mariyah even got a sparkler for my toddler which was so thoughtful of her. And last time too she recommended the croffles to me and she remembered me from the last visit. This place has become our go to dessert place! It’s luxuriously good and worth the price because of the setting service and the tastiness! Portions are also generous! Just went again after a while to try the new viral kunufeh brownie! Really impressed by the customer service by Khushboo and Z! Honestly it’s one of the best places for desserts! Still need to try their dream cake!

No tap water provided. Hot drinks given in take away cups not in ceramic cups. Also silly reasons for not giving. Complete waste of time to visit it

I love popping to my local Dolce to treat the family with some delicious dessert take out. American style waffles are our fave! Nice custard too, which is important haha. And they have my favourite, pistachio ice cream! Thanks again Hagley Rd Dolce!

Great service from the staff at Dolce. We had the OG Matilda Cake and cookie dough. Both dessert were on point. We will definitely be coming back to Dolce soon.

Ordered a waffle and milkshake at 10pm they called me at 11pm to tell me the waffle machine was broke, so I changed my order. I called them at 11.20pm chasing my order said it will be another 10-15 mins, waiting on a driver. I told them cancel my order I’m not waiting nearly 2 hrs for a desert. They disregarded everything I said and they delivered my desert at 12.05am which was cold and not even worth eating. Disgusting service.

Made an order for collection which was ready as soon as I got there, 10/10 so nice and was still warm and fresh when I got home :)

Cosy place with quality dessert everytime. We ate waffles, concrete, dubai cake, hedgehog, sundaes etc. Consistent quality and polite staff.

I recently visited Dolce Desserts and was disappointed with the service. The staff seemed unorganized and took a long time to assist customers. I waited approximately 40-45 minutes before being able to place my order. While I understand that businesses can get busy, I would appreciate more prompt and efficient service in the future.

Absolutely poor in all honesty! I ordered my food just after 9pm for delivery and it just about arrived after 12:00 am. The waffles were cold and became rough was hard to even chew it. The milkshakes were leaking out the caps and one of the orders was messed up. Just to clarify, The 2 staff members Baha and Mariyah, Including the delivery driver Skippy was very respectful and apologised because it was busy and I get it, I work in a restaurant and it does get busy, I got nothing to complain about them great people. However, One of the staff members (Abdul) with all due respect he needs to learn some respect. It was about an hour late at first and we rang the place to ask how long and he started swearing down on the phone to my sister and personally if that was the wrong person they would not have taken that lightly. At the end of the day, the responsibility is on the staff and if they are late on orders Abdul shouldn’t be swearing down at the customers. Disgusting behaviour from him today. Hopefully the other branches of Dolces are not like this. I will not be ordering from here again.

Visited dolce in Quinton this evening, and the atmosphere was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Abdul was very friendly and did our order perfectly. We come here regularly and customise some of our order and each time done to a high standard and taste amazing! Would definitely recommend coming to this merchant. Amazing 🤩

The desserts were very tasty, the presentation is great too, as everything that we ordered looked (and was) super delicious 🥞 great value for money as well 🤗 -1 star is purely because of the state of the toilet - very untidy!

Ordered on uber, great presentation also ordered a cookie dough with no issues but my waffle wasnt even cooked inside and was cold. Raised with Uber but the robots dont understand Food safety laws and couldn't talk to an actual person so couldnt even get my money back for something i couldnt eat!

Tasty deserts and great atmosphere

Very busy store, with take aways and not many people sitting in. Service slow due to not enough staff in the kitchen. Arguments broke out with take away drivers and staff because they were told a time slot and the food was not ready. Desert was very nice. But won't be going back.

Purchased via just eat, took advantage of the bogof offer on the caramel cookie dough and my husband also ordered a milkshake. We were delighted it came quite quickly, very warm and really tasty. The skittles candy flavour milkshake is to die for! We have ordered from many dessert shops in the past and nothing has come close! So tasty you can really taste the flavours, its fresh and a great service. We will return!

Great desserts and service. We go regularly as it’s so delicious and fresh. We usually customise our desserts too and the staff are always very accommodating and friendly too.

Come back to edit my review. Based on my experience tonight I won't be back. I was just sold 3 x burnt desserts. Images attached. Surely the staff knew they had burnt them. Yet still packaged and gave them to me. They put the worst one at the bottom. I realised when I had gotten home. I hate to admit it (lol) but I'm a regular at this place. Desserts 10. Interior 10. Tonight was extremely busy and staff were rushed off thier feet, so our orders took quite a while. Despite the hiccup everything was very nice. Thank you to Chloe and the guys that served us :)

Ordered a ‘family’ size Matilda cake with a side of ice cream. What arrived was a single slice of shop bought chocolate fudge cake topped with a runny chocolate sauce. The side was effectively a tablespoon size of partially melted budget ice cream. Definitely not worth £18.44 Very disappointing shan’t be order from here again!

Really lovely dessert shop to visit

This place used to be really nice. Last 2 visits not good. We all had our desserts separate so by time I finished mine my partner then had his. Hot drinks inside are now in takeaway cups. And service was not got. People on table next to us was moaning to. Don't think il be returning sad has this used to be our regular place.

Impulsive decision to go and get dessert and i was still pretty indecisive when i came to the till. Was greeted with excellent customer service by Mariyah who explained the menu and had my order put through and ready in no time, 10/10 service much appreciated x
