One of the best place in Birmingham to eat, I really recommend this place. Staff is really nice very friendly. The real happiness is pistachios Kunafa which is very delicious.

Dolce is a hidden gem. The flavors are rich and creative, and the texture of the kunafa is perfectly creamy. The staff ( khushboo , ayesha and shiraz )is super friendly and happy to let you sample before you decide.. Highly recommend for a sweet treat!

Family and friends afternoon out and we found Dolce. Absolutely incredible sweets and cakes. The ice cream was fantastic and the milkshakes were delicious. Order the Matilda cake! No photos sadly as it was eaten too fast!

First time coming here and would definitely recommend. The service by Sultan and Kushhoo was top tier who welcomed us as soon as we walked in. The food was fresh and served within 10 mins!

We came here this evening for Mother’s Day. As soon as we came in our son ran to the ice creams. While he was looking a member of staff was there and allowed us to have a scoop before paying for our own deserts which was nice. I then went to order mine and my wife’s deserts, not long after my son was on a mission for another scoop but we said no. He walked away from our table and a couple of minutes later he came back with a cone with 2 more scoops. The kind staff gave him more ice cream without hesitation because he kept saying ‘wow ice cream’ and ‘please ice cream’ (he’s only 2). We was shocked and it was a nice gesture from the staff, I tried to pay but they said not to worry about it. Our deserts then came and were very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning.

Did not take my order when the shop was empty and then took the next persons order after 10 mins after mine. Tables were dirty and staff were rude and slow

Ordered on just eat and food did not arrive despite saying arrived. Called the store and they told us it was leaving the shop at that time. Half hour later called again and they told us it will be on its way in 10 mins. Still order did not come

He told us that he and his driver couldn't find the address

Quality is always amazing when I order delivery but veryyyyy stingy with the portions of brownies and the Dubai chocolate was just stingy with that

Wow, just wow....I'm not even a quarter of the way through my pistachio kunafa brownie (with a pot of pistachio gelato) but I have to stop and review. Firstly, my delivery was a little delayed but when I contacted the restaurant, the lady who answered was so lovely, honest and apologetic....fantastic customer service! Secondly, the delivery driver was courteous, polite and friendly....thank you. Thirdly, the food. Fantastic quality ingredients, beautifully presented and the taste is delicious. 100% recommend this great dessert restaurant 😊

Amazing desserts. Got it for valentine’s day and had it a couple times since then. Always receive free things like extra ice-creams and drinks. As well as cans of sprites every time Great atmosphere, very kind people and will definitely be returning

We are regular customers here and Came in this evening and the lady that served us was very friendly, had a issue with an order and helped to get this resolved and very apologetic about the problem and e was not even her fault. Very pleased with how she resolved this, and because of this we will remain customers.

Went here today, 3rd visit. This time we tried the OG Matilda cake and San Sebastián cheesecake ruby pistachio. Honestly it was mindblowing good. First time trying the Matilda cake - pure moist chocolatey indulgence. So soft and finger licking good. As for the San Sebastián it’s why I came back! Especially love the pistachio sauce. We got served by Leena and Mariyah and their service was as good as the food! Mariyah even got a sparkler for my toddler which was so thoughtful of her. And last time too she recommended the croffles to me and she remembered me from the last visit. This place has become our go to dessert place! It’s luxuriously good and worth the price because of the setting service and the tastiness! Portions are also generous! Just went again after a while to try the new viral kunufeh brownie! Really impressed by the customer service by Khushboo and Z! Honestly it’s one of the best places for desserts! Still need to try their dream cake! Another visit, served by Khushboo and Abdul! Fantastic as always
