Outstanding costumer service! Especially, Abdul who always makes feeling welcomed in this Dessert dream place. Honestly, never received such a wonderful atmosphere in any of restaurants. Thank you so much. Desserts are absolutely beautiful and so delicious! Heavenly! Definitely will be coming back. I’ve been tried many different dessert places but honestly this is the best! Worth it! ❤️ thank you so much, guys! We’ve been visiting recently many times and every time feeling a special costumer. Worth more than 5 stars!

We had an amazing experience here yesterday evening as a reward for my children's good school reports. The staff were so kind and nothing was too much. They let the children create their own sundaes with the icecream and sauces of their choice and added sparklers for the wow factor. When one on my children dropped his on the floor they replaced it immediately (in a plastic container this time, phew). The 'cherry on the cake' was a piece of chocolate cake for me on the house!!! It was such a surprise. Thank you Dolce. You were all amazing!

Appalled at the service of dolce, for the prices they charge surely the food would be flavourful but that was not the case. The milkcake was so thick and vile. It's so watered down something out of a supermarket definitely not freshly made. The Ferrero milkshake also watered down literally no flavour. The San Sebastian cake with kunafa pistachio was okay, but so sickly.

Went here today, 3rd visit. This time we tried the OG Matilda cake and San Sebastián cheesecake ruby pistachio. Honestly it was mindblowing good. First time trying the Matilda cake - pure moist chocolatey indulgence. So soft and finger licking good. As for the San Sebastián it’s why I came back! Especially love the pistachio sauce. We got served by Leena and Mariyah and their service was as good as the food! Mariyah even got a sparkler for my toddler which was so thoughtful of her. And last time too she recommended the croffles to me and she remembered me from the last visit. This place has become our go to dessert place! It’s luxuriously good and worth the price because of the setting service and the tastiness! Portions are also generous! Just went again after a while to try the new viral kunufeh brownie! Really impressed by the customer service by Khushboo and Z! Honestly it’s one of the best places for desserts! Still need to try their dream cake!

No tap water provided. Hot drinks given in take away cups not in ceramic cups. Also silly reasons for not giving. Complete waste of time to visit it

I love popping to my local Dolce to treat the family with some delicious dessert take out. American style waffles are our fave! Nice custard too, which is important haha. And they have my favourite, pistachio ice cream! Thanks again Hagley Rd Dolce!

Great service from the staff at Dolce. We had the OG Matilda Cake and cookie dough. Both dessert were on point. We will definitely be coming back to Dolce soon.

Ordered a waffle and milkshake at 10pm they called me at 11pm to tell me the waffle machine was broke, so I changed my order. I called them at 11.20pm chasing my order said it will be another 10-15 mins, waiting on a driver. I told them cancel my order I’m not waiting nearly 2 hrs for a desert. They disregarded everything I said and they delivered my desert at 12.05am which was cold and not even worth eating. Disgusting service.

Made an order for collection which was ready as soon as I got there, 10/10 so nice and was still warm and fresh when I got home :)

Cosy place with quality dessert everytime. We ate waffles, concrete, dubai cake, hedgehog, sundaes etc. Consistent quality and polite staff.

I recently visited Dolce Desserts and was disappointed with the service. The staff seemed unorganized and took a long time to assist customers. I waited approximately 40-45 minutes before being able to place my order. While I understand that businesses can get busy, I would appreciate more prompt and efficient service in the future.

Not a good experience. the staff member Abdul, he is very rude and disrespectful. When speaking to customers, his language is terrible. The food was also cold as it arrived extremely late. I don’t think i’ll be coming back here again.

Absolutely poor in all honesty! I ordered my food just after 9pm for delivery and it just about arrived after 12:00 am. The waffles were cold and became rough was hard to even chew it. The milkshakes were leaking out the caps and one of the orders was messed up. Just to clarify, The 2 staff members Baha and Mariyah, Including the delivery driver Skippy was very respectful and apologised because it was busy and I get it, I work in a restaurant and it does get busy, I got nothing to complain about them great people. However, One of the staff members (Abdul) with all due respect he needs to learn some respect. It was about an hour late at first and we rang the place to ask how long and he started swearing down on the phone to my sister and personally if that was the wrong person they would not have taken that lightly. At the end of the day, the responsibility is on the staff and if they are late on orders Abdul shouldn’t be swearing down at the customers. Disgusting behaviour from him today. Hopefully the other branches of Dolces are not like this. I will not be ordering from here again.

One of the staff members, Abdul, is probably the worst staff i have interacted with. His profanity is absolutely absurd. He should not be talking to me in such a disrespectful manner. I will never order from here again.

Visited dolce in Quinton this evening, and the atmosphere was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Abdul was very friendly and did our order perfectly. We come here regularly and customise some of our order and each time done to a high standard and taste amazing! Would definitely recommend coming to this merchant. Amazing 🤩

I can't believe the stuff in this shop.it was busy but they are very slow I mean one of the stuff wasn't working at all he was just hanging out here and there customers waiting for desserts but he didn't give a damn.the other two was only working inthe shop.stuff were busy keep changing music in the shop rather then working.i can't believe the management.very bad and poor survice

The desserts were very tasty, the presentation is great too, as everything that we ordered looked (and was) super delicious 🥞 great value for money as well 🤗 -1 star is purely because of the state of the toilet - very untidy!

Ordered on uber, great presentation also ordered a cookie dough with no issues but my waffle wasnt even cooked inside and was cold. Raised with Uber but the robots dont understand Food safety laws and couldn't talk to an actual person so couldnt even get my money back for something i couldnt eat!

Tasty deserts and great atmosphere

Very busy store, with take aways and not many people sitting in. Service slow due to not enough staff in the kitchen. Arguments broke out with take away drivers and staff because they were told a time slot and the food was not ready. Desert was very nice. But won't be going back.

Purchased via just eat, took advantage of the bogof offer on the caramel cookie dough and my husband also ordered a milkshake. We were delighted it came quite quickly, very warm and really tasty. The skittles candy flavour milkshake is to die for! We have ordered from many dessert shops in the past and nothing has come close! So tasty you can really taste the flavours, its fresh and a great service. We will return!

Great desserts and service. We go regularly as it’s so delicious and fresh. We usually customise our desserts too and the staff are always very accommodating and friendly too.

Come back to edit my review. Based on my experience tonight I won't be back. I was just sold 3 x burnt desserts. Images attached. Surely the staff knew they had burnt them. Yet still packaged and gave them to me. They put the worst one at the bottom. I realised when I had gotten home. I hate to admit it (lol) but I'm a regular at this place. Desserts 10. Interior 10. Tonight was extremely busy and staff were rushed off thier feet, so our orders took quite a while. Despite the hiccup everything was very nice. Thank you to Chloe and the guys that served us :)

Really nice staff. Good ice cream and cakes with nice atmosphere and decor.

Ordered a ‘family’ size Matilda cake with a side of ice cream. What arrived was a single slice of shop bought chocolate fudge cake topped with a runny chocolate sauce. The side was effectively a tablespoon size of partially melted budget ice cream. Definitely not worth £18.44 Very disappointing shan’t be order from here again!

Really lovely dessert shop to visit

This place used to be really nice. Last 2 visits not good. We all had our desserts separate so by time I finished mine my partner then had his. Hot drinks inside are now in takeaway cups. And service was not got. People on table next to us was moaning to. Don't think il be returning sad has this used to be our regular place.

Impulsive decision to go and get dessert and i was still pretty indecisive when i came to the till. Was greeted with excellent customer service by Mariyah who explained the menu and had my order put through and ready in no time, 10/10 service much appreciated x

I came to Dolce in person today and the experience was delightful! The portions were extremely generous and all of my family members equally enjoyed the experience. Customer service was above and beyond. I ordered a brownie which was served in custard. I expressed my dislike for custard, so they happily swapped it out it out for me, even though that was my fault for not reading the menu properly. Only criticism is that they are slow at getting orders out. My guess is that some items are freshly baked. Went in a large group, and the orders were served quite spread out time wise. The quality of the food was good overall and the customer service was exceptional.

Amazing food and service from all the staff even when being super busy they are quick and friendly! Even gave me and my friend free milkshakes when an order didn’t show and gave us free water when asked too!

I am giving 5Star only because I was given excellent customer service by Leena. She is an excellent and skilled worker for Dolce. The company should value her as a staff member. Love the dessert as always. The wait time for dine in was longer than expected, but nothing can be said when staff member like Leena made up and apologised as they had a busy evening with delivery orders. Dolce is making good business. Perhaps you can consider hiring extra pairs of hands or open separate units for delivery services??

I ordered here last night, it was the worst experience I have ever had, the staff were all fighting and nobody could understand English. They kept getting my order wrong due to the language barrier. The shop was filthy i feel sorry for anyone who decides to order from here as you will be disappointed. I took my cheesecake to go and it was frozen! WASTE OF MONEY!!!

ordered desert and it took 2 hours to be delivered, phoned and the man said it would be 5/10 minutes, 30 minutes later still no desert so called back and the man was rude saying the driver had waited outside for 20 minutes and didn’t come and knock on the door, the man also said he would deliver the next day because he couldn’t do it then. very bad service and will NOT be ordering again

The deco is really nice at this place, however waiting times are very long and there was no toilet as it was out of order and for someone that needs the toilet frequently it was wasn't very helpful.

Made me a lotus biscoff which wasn't part of the menu. The lady who was working there was very approachable and provided excellent customer service.

Milk cake was absolutely lovely. However other 2 items in my order was absolutely terrible. My milkshake contained water not milk. YES. Concrete cake terrible custard was like water. Did you guys run out of milk for my order? Overall 2/10 If I had started with the milk cake my rating would might have been higher Unfortunately that’s not the case Ok so I tried these people for a second time what can I say 0 customer service and 0 Brain cells my order via just eat is over a hour late and after complaint still nothing then 2 hours later order cancelled AVOID

The waffle is nice but, there isn’t enough sauce with it so it’s quite dry. Waffles don’t come with soft serve ice cream, it comes with normal gelato which isn’t sufficient

I phoned for delivery at 10.30 the lady took my order i called back at 11.30 as my food wasnt there i was told another 20mins when i called back at 12.40 another young girl answered the phone and said they dont take phone orders and that i was confused and i had called the wrong store i advised her i know where i called she then somehow found the order at this time i wasnt pleased with the whole situation i advised her that you obvs do take phone orders she then proceeded to swear at me .. her customer serivice is appaling and she refused to give me her name its now 1am and still no waffle . Do not use this place i would have given it -5 stars if i could
