Ordered now a couple of times Lovely food always arrives piping hot generous portion of beef and mushrooms don't know how they cook the rice it's always light and fluffy very nice overall.

Service good, the shop is clean food very basic, curry sauce tastes watered down, not authentic at all, best thing in the menu, the chips and they have changed too

Would avoid this place at all cost. The new Chinese that has opened up next to it is well worth its money

Iam the regular customer , most of the time i ordered prawn and ribs with curry sauce . Food is so good and they will make accordingly your taste ( for eg spicy or normal) . My children also love jade garden food .

Well, it's been over 5 years since I last had a takeaway from my old favourite Chinese takeaway having moved slightly out the area and when my local Chinese changed hands and went dramatically down hill and having tried all the local Chinese takeaways which were all quite poor and now some of them have stopped putting prawns in now ( cost cutting ) decided to drive back to the jade garden and it was even better than I remembered, chunks of chicken, beef, pork and yes king prawns it really was gorgeous and will now start driving the little distance in future, please jade garden don't let your standards drop like so many takeaway restaurants have.

Been going here for many years and the food quality doesn't drop, beautiful chips, chicken curry is very nice and hot with lovely chunks of chicken, beef curry the same, large pancake roll well I can't get enough of those and try the salt and chilli ribs oh my. Great friendly staff too, if you haven't been there well you should go.

Had a lovely meal from jade garden last night . Singapore fried rice was very tasty , food delivered on time. Will be ordering again soon thank you

Clean, quick service on a busy Friday night. We ordered Duck curry and beef chow mein. Nice but a little too salty.

Normally like this Chinese , whether it’s been taken over or not I’m not sure but the food was absolutely appalling . For nearly £30 aswell the prices have gone up and the food quality has plummeted ! Also found a hair in my food ! Apart from the woman on the phone being lovley and extremely helpful, the food was very poor.

Excellent service, I ordered and delivery came within 30 mins, hot and fresh local chinese, definitely going back.

There customer service is shocking, the woman on the phone & at the front of house is " RUDE ". I've given them the benifit of doubt on 2 occasion, but this experience was the final straw. I wont be giving them my money again, they dont care about there customers. Their food is nothing special either!

Best Chinese takeaway in the area. The ribs are delicious. Lady who takes the order is excellent at maths and can calculate the cost of order in milliseconds.

Extremely rude employees, never came to our house but claimed they rang the ring door bell, knocked the door and slammed the letter box. Called us liars on the phone and changed their story every 5 seconds, lady on the phone claiming she was with the delivery driver but then needed to call him to see which house he went to. Told us the wrong house number on the phone, couldn't remember the make/colours of the cars or if any christmas decorations were outside the house. No apology or offer for us to collect food or redeliver, definitely avoid!!!

Very very disappointed, me and my family have been using this takeaway for years most weeks we order our food from this takeaway however I will never recommend or use this place again it appears they put there staff before loyal customers, all because a driver could not be bothered to bring the food to the apartment building he expected me to come down to him were he was parked at a bus stop which is illegal parking let alone putting himself at risk and other drivers from smashing there car. So cheekily he expected me to put myself in danger and collect from the side of a busy road where he was parked illegally rather then just park up correctly and bring to the bottom of the building… driver should be sacked as really bad service !

Rude on the phone, my food arrived incomplete this spoilt the meal hence the 1 star, I am fuming at the attitude on the phone when I called to sort it out and wouldn't have left any comment had this been the first time but this happens often, fed up with incomplete orders and attitude wouldn't use again. So the reply from the owner just proves my point, rather than sorting out a customer problem let's just get childish,

Be prepared for a longer wait for your food at busy times or you could collect , but trust me it's worth the wait , can not say nothing but good things about the food from here , even with some other good local Chinese takeaways in the area jade garden still comes out on top , id rather wait for good food than go elsewhere and be disappointed,

Terrible service asked for delivery, told 40 mins. Rang up an hour later was told it was ordered for collection even though we gave an address and telephone number. After two hours was told that the driver came and we refused the order even though they had bot even come to us or called us. Disgusting customer service lady on reception couldn’t care less. Avoid this place!

As much as i love the food as a regular customer delivery takes so long was told about an 1 hr still 2 hrs later food not arrived

Unfortunately one is the lowest star I could give- if I could give minus stars I would! Been waiting for our meal for over two hours when we were told it would be here in an hour. When we finally got through to the restaurant- my friend calling 40 times and myself calling 30, they told us it hasn't been sent yet. The lady was rude and claimed she told us that our food was gonna be longer than an hour, if so we have still waited over two. Her compromise to us is that we can cancel our order- after waiting over two hours that hardly was customer service! At this rate we could have flown to China and got our food! (But seriously not happy)

Shame u can't rate no stars. What a load of rubbish. Waited an hour and half for food. And Still charged for delivery. Poor standard of food. Never again. Bad attitude all round

Very high quality ingredients, low levels of Monosodium glutamate, so food from here less likely to trigger allergies and sensitivities. Yuk Sung here is particularly good, hot and sour soup is fiery and well blessed with plenty of meat and vegetables, chicken and mixed meat satay dishes are excellent. Rice dishes a cut above the rest.

Consistently good food, and despite their near neighbour also being fairly good, this is the place I choose every time. Service can be a little 'gruff' on occasion, but I don't care so long as the food remains good, and at a reasonable price.
