Last year, the workers at this branch kept making one of my drinks wrong. This happened around 3 times. The photo of the drink was brown as it was chocolate flavoured but I got given a white drink that tasted like nothing. I gave them the drink back and told them that it was wrong and they proceeded to gaslight me and tell me that they had made it right. I then stopped going there until a few weeks ago when I ordered the same drink as back then and they gave me it wrong again. I gave it back AGAIN and then they told me that they had made it wrong. I appreciate the honesty but the service I received a few years ago has really put me off going back until now.
Just awful. The Salt and pepper/Chilli chicken wings were bland with no flavour at all, bar from one which I bit into and which was clearly off, and which I immediately had to spit out. I left the rest. The chips were hard and could have been two or three days old for all I knew.
My partner was taken ill by something she ate in the spring roll, so perhaps we just had a bad experience, but I do know we won't be back. And don't get me started on the prices. I know times are tough, but almost £8 for a few chicken balls?
Pity, as I used to enjoy their food and some of their chicken wings, my personal fave, have been very tasty, but there has been a slow decline in quality over the last 18 months to two years, and now it's simply not worth the money.

We have been a few times to littlesea and this fish and chippy, and unfortunately each time we haven't had the best experience. More than 3 orders everything gets mixed up and confused, people get given the wrong things. We went in March and one night we got back at 7.30 so ordered to our caravan, the whole order was wrong and things were missing. I had a mad rush to drive down to them where they rushed to do my order correctly before close and everything was undercooked and raw. The staff are lovely and friendly so the only thing I can think is it's a management issue, they need more things in place to help the staff give the correct food and properly cooked food. I've honestly tried this shop probably ten times, thinking each holiday "it might be better now" and each time it's the same.
Huge thanks to the staff for making us feel so welcome and being extremely helpful. They were happy for us to join their locals quiz night and kindly allowed us to order food after the cut off time. All staff were great and we would definitely go back. Any negative is drinks a bit pricey but food is delicious and best chips ever!!
Having had a dreadful order in December 2024 and , giving the benefit of the doubt, I called to let them know the food was extremely late and stone cold. The manager said if I rang next time I would get the food free of charge off we had the same order.
Today 1/2/2025 I rang at 5.15pm to be told I had to wait till 6pm to speak to the manager (who would be calling me) to discuss the order. I waited until 6.20pm then called myself. Order was reluctantly agreed and I was told it would be an hour. We waited 1hour 10 minutes then called to find out when our order was being delivered to be told it would be 30minutes. After 30minutes I called again, when I said where is my order I first called at 5.15pm ( considering it is now gone 8pm) the manager just hung up on me!
Absolutely disgusting customer service and considering the first order was so bad it should have been exemplary to make amends.

Cold and nasty chicken, got the 2 peice only luckily. Got a wing and a rib cage tough and cold. Probably the worst kfc I've ever been to. not pleasant at all. Won't be back to this one

Made a booking for Dom’s Table based of amazing reviews. We booked for December. The day before I went onto the website to check the times to see the website no longer existed. Thinking this was odd I called the number on our confirmation email. This number went to some plumbing company?! After lots of searches and digging on multiple websites I found a different number and managed to get through to Dom. He very casually informed me that no it was cancelled. I asked about my deposit and he said we should get this back and receive an email. We haven’t received an email and he has now blocked my number and email address so cannot contact him. If I never spent time trying to track him down we never would have known it was cancelled. Awful service, left out of pocket and disappointed. Even if we had the option to move our booking we would have but no communication at all has made this whole experience rubbish.
