Can’t give 0 stars! Ordered food and have the receipt and the money has been taken from my account. Food is now late and no one is there to answer the phone.

I ordered a meal through Just Eat. The food arrived cold and almost an hour late. I phoned the contact number during the wait and was told a) I was speaking to the owner b) he couldn't do anything about it and that I should call the Sherborne branch....I didn't bother. When the driver arrived he told me he'd been sent somewhere else with the wrong meal and had to go back to collect the right one and then re-deliver it. What a shambles! I ate the meal only because I had nothing else in the house and I was starving. The next day I contacted Just Eat and got a full refund. Avoid at all costs or you WILL be disappointed.

I ordered risotto which was just a stooge tasted like pudding rice. Garlic bread was ok. Desert was completely synthetic I couldn't eat it. Such a shame

Me & my boyfriends family ordered a takeaway this evening and we were not disappointed! We had the salmon/prawn penne and the vegan spaghetti dish, garlic bread and roasted potatoes- we could not fault any of it, was all so packed full of flavour, and we all cleared our plates! Absolutely delicious, and great portions! - we will be returning customers ☺️☺️☺️

First takeaway since February and what a disappointing one. Cold, salty and expensive. Dish missing, phoned to complain. And was told it would be 45 mins to replace. Offered credit card refund which never materialised. First and Last.

The food arrived later than normal but it was a Friday night so realised they were busy. When the food arrived, we sat down to eat, 3 of the 4 dishes ordered were cold. I rang to complain and was told they were very busy and the driver had probably delivered the other order first telling me that was in the next town. I did point out that was not my fault so he offered me 10% discount next time. He was obviously very busy and just wanted me off the phone. I’d have given this 5 stars the first two times I ordered but each subsequent order has been slightly more inferior each time. I literally threw £25 in the bin on my last order. Never again.

The food was really nice. I collected in person and the staff were very friendly, but.............. The prices are the same as a sit in restaurant! If the prices come down by a third for takeaway food, the value would be much more acceptable.

We have been a few times to littlesea and this fish and chippy, and unfortunately each time we haven't had the best experience. More than 3 orders everything gets mixed up and confused, people get given the wrong things. We went in March and one night we got back at 7.30 so ordered to our caravan, the whole order was wrong and things were missing. I had a mad rush to drive down to them where they rushed to do my order correctly before close and everything was undercooked and raw. The staff are lovely and friendly so the only thing I can think is it's a management issue, they need more things in place to help the staff give the correct food and properly cooked food. I've honestly tried this shop probably ten times, thinking each holiday "it might be better now" and each time it's the same.

Extremely unprofessional and rude service. I simply asked for the price of an item, and the staff member responded with, “That’s expensive,” in a sarcastic tone. This happened yesterday around 2 PM. Completely unacceptable behavior for anyone in customer service. If this is the kind of attitude Domino’s allows at their stores, then clearly their staff need serious retraining on how to speak to customers with basic respect.

Wow - for such an amazing place as Charmouth, this cafe is a massive disappointment. Turned up at 5pm on a hot sunny Thursday in May and were told they were closed. Loads of people wanting drinks and food but fair enough, they are entitled to close. Turned up next day at 4pm, again hot and sunny and very busy, to be told they were closed! Again. I expressed surprise as we'd walked a long way, and had planned to be back at the cafe in plenty of time for refreshments, to be told they were closing early as they weren't busy! Believe me, it was busy! I think all this would be completely fine if the women serving had been a little more polite, helpful, smiley, warm, apologetic etc but they were none of these - curt, to the point of rude. Shame, this place is so perfect to serve the lovely people visiting the beach, and to complement the amazing museum and shop next door but they totally let it down. Definitely wouldn't return.

Won't bother to call you when things are out of stock or missing from your order ,just very bluntly tell you when you arrive to collect it (happened on more than one occasion),chickens more like processed dog food ,2 weeks into arguing with customer service over email and I have had a £1.18 refund and a coupon for food I wouldn't feed to a starving animal ,oh and the last time something was missing and I complained,they sent me a coupon for a pizza as a gesture of goodwill. I ordered it and the store actually sent It out to a different customer who returned it Infront of me ,they then tried to give it straight to me saying no it's okay , absolute joke spend your money elsewhere

I would not recommend this place. Subway used to be my favorite fast food band, I had a worst customer experience in my life at bridport subway shop inside spar, I had a subway sandwich artist named - Morgan. On 25th Nov 2024 at 1:58 pm, I have ordered a Big Bombay sandwich in store. As I was ordering he already billed my takeaway sub, and then he started to put the salad of my choice but they were no onions, tomato, and cucumber. I just got lettuces and jalapeño. When I told him I could not find many choice to put on sandwich. He rudely said "this is what we have". Okay it did not stop there, I asked, "but I got red onions and cucumber on my Big Bombay which comes with the deal and that why I paid the full amount for". So I total him "it comes with the deal" are you going to restock it. He rudely said - " I can not restock any salad while I'm serving", but my point here is, I was the only one on that store ordering food. There was no person or anybody behind me. He did not apologize, or said sorry or told me to wait for a while I was preparing.... so disappointing. Never got the right product what I have paid for. Shame on subway, for keeping a worker like this and damaging the brand name.
