I would not recommend this place. Subway used to be my favorite fast food band, I had a worst customer experience in my life at bridport subway shop inside spar, I had a subway sandwich artist named - Morgan. On 25th Nov 2024 at 1:58 pm, I have ordered a Big Bombay sandwich in store. As I was ordering he already billed my takeaway sub, and then he started to put the salad of my choice but they were no onions, tomato, and cucumber. I just got lettuces and jalapeño. When I told him I could not find many choice to put on sandwich. He rudely said "this is what we have". Okay it did not stop there, I asked, "but I got red onions and cucumber on my Big Bombay which comes with the deal and that why I paid the full amount for". So I total him "it comes with the deal" are you going to restock it. He rudely said - " I can not restock any salad while I'm serving", but my point here is, I was the only one on that store ordering food. There was no person or anybody behind me. He did not apologize, or said sorry or told me to wait for a while I was preparing.... so disappointing. Never got the right product what I have paid for. Shame on subway, for keeping a worker like this and damaging the brand name.

The female worker in this place is by far the best Subway worker I've ever come across. Polite, really friendly and just has a really good nature. Walked out the shop with a massive smile on my face. I've never witnessed anything like it in a Subway. Felt compelled to leave a review - something I would never do for a Subway.

Worst subway I've been to, slow and under filled subs! Staff are rude! Careful when ordering anything gluten-free here Ordered a subway melt that was cold by the time the rest of the subs were finally made Any time you question something, you get the same answer "it's because we're franchise." We definitely won't be returning

Rude woman serving. Asked for salad on a footlong sub and told I can only have peppers. She put 4 thin slices in. Asked for sauce and told I'm not allowed sauce on the meatball sub. Absolutely terrible service. Will never fo back

The don't accept legal tender to pay here. How can that be alright? Money is money, if it is issued in the United Kingdom and not overly damaged (my note was not at all) it should be accepted. There is no excuse or justification for this.

Website says open until 7.30, not true, closes at 7pm. You arrive at the counter at 6.50 and get told you cannot place an order as the 3 nearly completed orders being done are the last orders they will do that day. Diabolical service . Serve until 7pm, update your website. Extremely disappointed at lack of service and lack of food.

Pretty poor service. Ordered to have in, came in a takeaway cup, there solution was to just pour the drink in a non dispose cup. I'm already paying £4 for a flat white, the least they could do is serve it properly.

Won't bother to call you when things are out of stock or missing from your order ,just very bluntly tell you when you arrive to collect it (happened on more than one occasion),chickens more like processed dog food ,2 weeks into arguing with customer service over email and I have had a £1.18 refund and a coupon for food I wouldn't feed to a starving animal ,oh and the last time something was missing and I complained,they sent me a coupon for a pizza as a gesture of goodwill. I ordered it and the store actually sent It out to a different customer who returned it Infront of me ,they then tried to give it straight to me saying no it's okay , absolute joke spend your money elsewhere

Wow - for such an amazing place as Charmouth, this cafe is a massive disappointment. Turned up at 5pm on a hot sunny Thursday in May and were told they were closed. Loads of people wanting drinks and food but fair enough, they are entitled to close. Turned up next day at 4pm, again hot and sunny and very busy, to be told they were closed! Again. I expressed surprise as we'd walked a long way, and had planned to be back at the cafe in plenty of time for refreshments, to be told they were closing early as they weren't busy! Believe me, it was busy! I think all this would be completely fine if the women serving had been a little more polite, helpful, smiley, warm, apologetic etc but they were none of these - curt, to the point of rude. Shame, this place is so perfect to serve the lovely people visiting the beach, and to complement the amazing museum and shop next door but they totally let it down. Definitely wouldn't return.

Extremely unprofessional and rude service. I simply asked for the price of an item, and the staff member responded with, “That’s expensive,” in a sarcastic tone. This happened yesterday around 2 PM. Completely unacceptable behavior for anyone in customer service. If this is the kind of attitude Domino’s allows at their stores, then clearly their staff need serious retraining on how to speak to customers with basic respect.
