Asked for a Venti Decaf Pumpkin Cream, got sarcastically asked what the rest of the order was. Didn’t want any other the other options and the standard one is the oat shaken espresso, so I just had to say the top one to avoid fighting sarcasm with sarcasm. I wasn’t asked if the oat milk was an allergen or preference. I then had to double check after receiving my coffee that it was in fact decaf as I knew “Jodie” didn’t listen to my order. She told me I didn’t ask for decaf, rolled her eyes at me and threw the drink away. No apology nothing. Im pregnant. The staff are shocking and the place is a disgusting standard. Every time I visit the coffee is either crap or the service is incredibly rude. Won’t be returning to this one, would rather have no Starbucks in Yeovil.

It was very dirty. Bins overflowing. Filthy floors. Seating area looked grubby with well worn seats. Definitely needs a face lift. Not a nice experience at all.

Went in today for a coffee with my mum and sister. The drink that my sister ordered usually comes with cream and she asked for it without. When we were waiting for the drink she asked the barista not to put cream on again as she had picked up the cream dispenser. The barista in question, snapped rudely at her that she wasn’t going to and then sighed loudly and slammed the drink down onto the counter and practically threw the straw at her. The atmosphere and attitudes of the staff are awful and we will not be coming back again as this isn’t the first time. What a shame.

My muffin was great but very poor choice for gluten intolerance. Disappointing 😞

It would be nice if the door to access the toilets self closed. We were sitting right in front of it and 99% of people couldn't be bothered to close it.

I order by phone most visits and always get my drinks in a very timely manner. Always well made and what I'd expect.

Just took Martin to his u8 game so thought I would reward him with a cheeky hot choccy. After he drank his hot chocolate he had to pop to the loo. Disaster struck poor Martin got locked in the toilet. He hasn’t used a toilet since. But the croissant was scrumptious 😋.

Walked in here after getting some clothes from sports direct and ordered a chocolate frappe with cream and a croissant. This took 20 minutes to come and the workers were doing TikTok dances in the back room and complaining about how they have to do their job. Anyway my food and drink came and it was immaculate. The frappe was simply splendid and the cream melted in my mouth. I was in heaven. Then I bit into my croissant and it was better than French croissants. 10/10 food and drink. However the toilets were covered in a white substance and their was poo poo on the toilet seat.

A nice Starbucks and good location near all the retail shops if you want to drop in for a coffee. Avoid at peak times as this area can be a nightmare for traffic.

Hardly ever leave reviews but this place deserves it to let others know so they can go elsewhere! Very dirty tables, windows and signage and it was only 10 in the morning. Chairs either too low or very uncomfortable. Acoustics poor so noisy. Not used to Starbucks so didn't know you had to pick coffee up at end of counter. Staff didn't tell us despite not being busy. It was just left standing there and only discovered it when another customer told us. Will certainly never be going back.

They have nice coffee and a place to sit out of the rain, I did notice they were really busy which is always a good sign of great service.

Seriously poor attitude from a staff member answering the phone. They don't update stock on deliveroo. They accept orders when they don't have half the order available leaving it down to the customer to claim refunds. Well this needs to stop because deliveroo start declining refunds when restaurants keep doing this as the customer is seen as claiming too many refunds. She claimed deliveroo automatically accepts orders and tried hanging up the phone when I was trying to say that they need to speak to management as other restaurants are able to decline orders as well as remove items from orders if they aren't available. I wasnt arguing i was trying to explain to her how they can use deliveroo like other restaurants and shops which would prevent issues like this. . I shouldn't have had to deal with this womans attitude when all the mistakes lay on her and if they keep having this issue as she stated then don't you think you aught to do something about it and stop leaving it down to customers to claim refunds amd only receive half a meal? We have to pay service charge and delivery fees for this. It's extremely poor service here.

We came in as on the retail park there’s the only available toilet.

The workers were rude to us from as soon as we walked in and we sat to eat for five minutes and there was a worker with brown wavy hair in pigtails talking about us all quite loud calling us disrespectful for sitting down in the cafe???? There were many other people and they gave us stale food along with warm milk when ordered cold, not going again, don’t recommend

It wood be nice of them to take a little more care with hygiene of the shop

Girl was lovely who served us, but getting the drinks at the end.. ask the girl nicely for a sleeve because the drinks were hot she gave us the dirtiest look and just chucked them at us! I understand it’s been a long day..but work on your customer service. And as per usual place is filthy.

Unfortunately not the cleanest Starbucks I've been in. My toasted sandwich was soggy and the coffee was just warm. Staff were friendly however.

I was in starbucks and i have order an one tea and one coffee and there was a lady she hace long balck hair and she is have black skin and ask me for an name to put name of guest but she did not pot it and she is racism about me because i war an hijab. The time is around 10:45 and date us 31/10/2023. I hope other learn because we all human and all same .

Ordered and paid for pumpkin spice latte to cheer up my day and I just got a normal latte. So I was over charged and was a bad coffee

This is the filthiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned- the floors are filthy. The whole time we were in there, I never saw a single table cleaned or cleared- customers were clearing tables to sit at them and we had to ask to have our table wiped. Staff were standing around talking to mates, one was chatting to her boyfriend over the counter and just neglecting the whole restaurant.

Very busy but the staff are quick at getting the orders out.

The place was disgusting, I walked in with my wife and two children to have a break and a coffee, there were four tables available and they were all in a messy nasty state, the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for two days and probably more hygienic eating off the pavement than the tables! And no the tables hadn’t just been vacated, some had been empty for some time. And they also got coffees mixed up between coffee and decaf coffee, not good!! Maybe short staffed I don’t know but the place needs to improvement for sure!

This was my home away from home it was always a pleasure to come to this Starbucks and enjoy a pumpkin spice latte as it was the first drink that got me into coffee, I’ll always have very fond memories here, amazing staff to help and serve you, they are always friendly and always willing to share a chat while ordering 💖

Normally get an ok service in here with no problems, but today was not a good one. I asked for a soya latte and received a cows milk latte. totally unacceptable as i have an allergy to cows milk. I returned the coffee as my daughter noticed the mistake on the sticker on my cup, The staff member changed the coffee with no problems but this shouldn't have happened in the first place. I will not be returning.

My 11 year old daughter was desperate to have her first ever Starbucks. She was so disappointed by it. The place was filthy. Staff looked like they didn't want to be there. So expensive for what we had. Won't be visiting again.

Quick easy service , only a few mins between ordering 3 drinks and pickup on the other end , happy staff too which makes a change for this type of establishment .

Only had a bag of crisps along with my large Latte, the Coffee however was pretty good. The place always seems to be clean, unlike some other Coffee shops I go to.

Very unclean staff chatting and being very slow with making drinks

Ordered an ‘iced vanilla latte’ which came out piping hot. The mrs’ drink was the worst she had had from any Starbucks and her toastie seemed to have more cheese on the outside of the packaging than in the sandwich, after about 15 minutes of waiting. Shambles from start to finish and didn’t even get her name correct. Sort it out

Although the drinks are lovely, the girls gossiping isn’t the most welcoming environment. My partner picked me up from work and usually brings me a chai latte, this particular day he happened to spill it in the car. So together we went to get another one and the people working very loudly stated “it’s him again” and “ordering another chai latte”. Just serve him the drink without making a fuss, you don’t know people’s circumstances. It didn’t make for a welcoming visit and was very disappointed and put off as this was our usual stop.

Excellent coffee, perfectly made. The toasted sandwiches that are made up for the company are not the best, a bit rubbery, but have a nice taste. Clean in there, very important to me, and I love that I can take my dog in there, and they had kindly left a bowl outside for water for the dogs in this heat.

Take away only, no toilets, long wait for drinks on a Sunday!!

No cakes left 2hrs before close, all in a plastic tray ready to throw out. No coconut milk, claimed 'discontinued' but still available to order via the app. Higher price in store than via app too :(

The drinks (takeaway) were fine but the general cleanliness of this place was utter shocking and it wasn’t even busy so there’s no excuse. One toilet closed the other less than desirable- I suspect it would fail hygiene standards all around if checked by officials

I have never been a true lover of Starbucks but I needed some caffeine. Customer service was excellent.

Environmental health should visit here. The sofas are a disgrace and the filthiest thing I have ever been expected to place my butt on!! The loo hasn’t been cleaned for decades which begs the question as to what the kitchen and areas the public don’t see must be like?? How can managers and owners let this be the standard. It speaks volume about profits over customer experience and cleanliness !

Ordered food ad drinks, white chocolate was just warm milk, hot chocolate was cold, mix up with toasties and a fussy grandchild who picked a cheese toastie was give a cheese and ham toastie, lots of staff but absolutely no organisation and attitude. 2 stars for the coffee

Nice coffee and muffins but this coffee shop has the only loo in the entire retail park so there can b quite a wait....this is ridiculous but I do realise this isn't actually Starbucks fault.

Fairly expensive for 3 coffee & 3 cakes. Millionaire Shortbread really nice but the chocolate muffin was a bit stodgy. Cappuccino & 2 Lattes really nice & a good size. Toilets could have been cleaner but that's to be expected at 7pm after a busy day just before Christmas

Only been to this Starbucks a couple of times and it has been rammed both times, but that said the staff are friendly despite being run off their feet and they do a very good coffee, which isn't always the case in other branches. Loos kept clean too. Give them an extra staff member Starbucks!

l am a fan of Starbucks cos they use proper mugs instead of soup bowls to serve T in but lm very disappointed to hear Starbucks doesn’t allow its workers to join a trade union. Many Starbucks baristas are on zero-hours contracts with low pay — and are being hit the hardest by the cost living crisis. Let them join a union.

It’s absolutely ridiculous place and very slow air con on blown cold air I asked the girl behind bar to turn the air con off it’s freezing like sitting outside she told me they don’t know how to turn it off that’s not good enough if you can’t turn it off then raise ur concern to manager to get it fixed customers don’t need to drink their coffee on cold environment it’s not summer joke really ! Also tables and chairs dirty as well as cold served drinks staff not professional need more training how to serve customers it’s big chain company but looks like ghetto corner coffee shop shame on you Starbucks the price of drinks and the place of serving not worth penny at all

The staff in here all look suicidal, no customer service skills. Huge queue for takeaway coffee and staff have no clue who ordered what.

I've been here on two occasions and have found the staff shocking. I have a caffeine allergy and asked for a coffee free beverage, 2 young girls began to mutter under their breath about me whilst i was waiting. Its unbelievable that the professionalism has gone down in a matter of months. Will not be stopping by again.

A little disappointed with service today my daughter and I went for coffee, were we eating in which we were then our cakes were almost lobbed at us in paperbag followed by our coffee and tea in paper cups , oh i said we are eating in and was told they had no dishwasher and another 3 members of staff were just chatting behind counter, I then said is it takeaway pricev hen and was told no eat in price .I understand can't help breakdown of machinery but it was attitude of staff .

Used this branch many times in the past. Today it was dirty and the staff were not friendly. They were not rude but not happy. The floor, seating and tables were very dirty.

Starbucks is Starbucks. It does what it says on the tin. And sometimes that's all you need. Something consistently good

This is a lovely little Starbucks with lovely staff. I have always enjoyed a frappe and Starbucks serves some of the best! But at the end of the day it is what it is so if you want a coffee then you won't be disappointed! Will be back when I'm in that part of town.

Drinks were fine and staff were friendly but as for the furniture! All stained and sticky! upholstery is a mess and really needs updating! A shame really as it totally ruined the experience, sort it out Starbucks you make enough money!

Visited Yeovil outlet at 6pm - due to close at 8pm. Tables had been stacked up on the comfy chairs, had to pull off to sit down - annoying. Next to no food or cakes available which was disappointing. Staff generally friendly, but could be more engaging. Front of house seemed fairly clean. Comfy chairs desperate need of upgrade - badly marked and stained - felt dirty to sit on as a result. Drinks were hot and produced promptly and tasted good. Ample parking, toilets clean and tidy.

Sitting in your cafe on Babylon hill Yeovil , no windows open, no doors open and only a couple of staff with mask’s on REALLY!!!!

The Mint Choc Chip was OK, would have been even better if it was hot. As for the furniture, what a joke, I have seen cleaner chicken pens. The seats are all stained and sticky, the tables were covered in residue most probably from 6 months ago. I think the toilet area was more a hygienic place to have a coffee. Please remember, we are paying customers
