Last year, the workers at this branch kept making one of my drinks wrong. This happened around 3 times. The photo of the drink was brown as it was chocolate flavoured but I got given a white drink that tasted like nothing. I gave them the drink back and told them that it was wrong and they proceeded to gaslight me and tell me that they had made it right. I then stopped going there until a few weeks ago when I ordered the same drink as back then and they gave me it wrong again. I gave it back AGAIN and then they told me that they had made it wrong. I appreciate the honesty but the service I received a few years ago has really put me off going back until now.

Visited earlier and met a friend, long waits as only 2 staff on manning drive thru and business cafe. Also asked for oat milk and gave me semi Skimmed later realised checked receipt and upset tummy 🤔

Came in today, was quite quiet. Nice boy on till, polite and attentive, however i was not asked my name whilst ordering. Assumed it was because it was quiet. Waited for my drink, customers behind me were getting their drinks before me. The drink i ordered was then mumbled, i took what i had thought was my drink and sat down. My boyfriend had finished his drink by the time i sat down. Then had realised there was no syrup in the drink and it had someone else’s name on. Went back up immediately to return it - my mistake! Rudely, Jess took the drink back and i explained what had happened and apologised. She then made me feel embarrassed as she said that my name wasn’t the name on the cup and that i have to wait for my name to be called. I hadn’t gave my name as i wasn’t asked- considering it was quiet when i ordered! I told her this. Jess had then said it was my problem to tell the person on till my name without them having to ask. Being a barista myself, i understand the stress however it’s an easy mistake and i was polite and apologised! There was no excuse to be rude. I was left feeling upset and disrespected.

If you fancy a quick coffee DONT GO HERE you'll never get served. Waited 20 minutes at the front of the queue. Not a word from anyone who was "working there" just plain rude in my opinion. The 12 people in the queue behind me some started to leave too very very poor show Starbucks

Staff member was very rude at the drive through when we were ordering our drinks and saying “oh my god” and the huffing, this was very unprofessional along with our order being made wrong despite repeating this multiple times. Coffee was nice though :)

Everytime I go they just can’t seem to get drinks right. From being too hot, to too cold and also scrimping on Syrups and eggnog for seasonal drinks or getting orders completely wrong…it’s not hard to give the customer what they pay for. At the end of the day in this economic climate Starbucks isn’t cheap and is a treat. When you bring it to the attention of the staff you get blasay comments of “give it here” or eye rolling, just very childish. Maybe if you don’t want to work in a customer service job you should get a different one.I will add that there is one amazing member of staff, the tall chap with the black hair. He’s amazing and also makes the drinks exactly how they should be. He’s a credit to the store, which unfortunately is run by children. Please Starbucks sort this store out!

Just visited Weymouth Starbucks to treat my grandson. Ordered a flat white fit myself and a kid’s Chocolate. He took a drink of his chocolate and burnt his mouth. The server had put the wrong drink into the small chocolate cup. Spent 15mins calming him down. Please get your staff to check so this doesn’t happen again . Fuming 😡

On thursday 7th October. Me and my hubby walked in at 6.58 yes we was that customer right at the end of the day!! The young girl and boy working there was really polite and helpful and served us with a smile. Great service and great drinks! Would definitely recommend.

Walked in at 708pm 7/10/21 after a long shift, waiting to get served as they was all ready 2 other people there getting coffee, a girl came out the back and said they were closed so I had to walk out. While getting back in the car I noticed that the 2 people getting served looked like they were mates as they were fooling around in the shop getting their drinks and cakes, while I had to go empty handed to Burger King…. Not happy

Went to the drive through at Starbucks, Weymouth today and my husband and I had a bacon bap each and a hot chocolate, were horrified when the bill was £14.30, wouldn't mind but the bacon was wafer thin and all fat and the bap was falling apart like it had been frozen. Won't be going back, McDonald's next time!!

The drinks are amazing but the staff make mistakes with orders on multiple occasions also the staff don't listen to the orders. The bathroom is disgusting. You have to tell the staff to clean the tables also outside is covered in litter from other customers and staff don't even picked the rubbish up off the floor and put it in the bin.

Generally quite poor all round. The quality of the food is awful, the textures are all wrong, and the portion sizes are not worth the money. The shop itself has nice location, but the staff appear unhappy (poor pay no doubt). In honesty, I haven't once had a good sweet treat from creams, and don't know anyone who has. Will avoid in future. £7 for that piece of cake by the way... 7.

Relaxed atmosphere with excellent service and blown away by the food. The fish pie was scrumptious. Full of fish in a delicious sauce with a light potato topping. Served with delicious buttered greens. Would highly recommend.

Since my last review on Costa Coffee, Copper Street, Brewery Square, Dorchester the management has changed. The Store Manager there at the moment isn’t nothing like the last one. She has been late several times wen she is supposed to be there on time, turns up wen she feels like it, relies on other members of staff to do her job for her, cuts staff hours, gets members of staff to train trainees wen she should be doing it. If, she’s not committed to do her job properly, she shouldn’t be the Store Manager. Bring in someone who interacts with the customers, friendly, and invites the customers back. Very disappointed in Costa this time round, the Area Manager should consider the next Store Manager.
