Located in the farm buildings and courtyard this cafe has a great country vibe. The cafe has a good selection of home made cakes which are excellent. Usual tea, coffee, etc drink options. And there's cream teas with locally sourced clotted cream. Lovely friendly service

A small hut that sells refreshments located on the beach in Studland. You walk down a wooded path near the toilets to get there. There is only outside seating but not a lot but plenty of space to sit on the beach. Our latte was warm & we waited quite a while for our hot drinks to be served. A couple of us also ordered a pasty which was tasty but not that big for the price. A great location to sit & relax & look out over the water after a good hike.

We found the Castle inn by chance when visiting Corfe today and were delighted with the reception, the ambience, the food and the lovely staff. I was having a problem with a painful back and they could not have been more helpful or understanding. I hope to return there soon.

Played it the other day. Not sure how someone can say the course is immaculate as I found it rather tired looking with poor greens ( ok it is only mid April I know ) It is a fabulous course but the cutting back of the gorse and the cutting down of trees has left the course looking very untidy and in my view the overall course look has been ruined. Piles of soil and cut down trees/stumps all over the place. I'm sure the course playing conditions will improve greatly with a combination of some sunshine and rain but the site of so much debris left from the tree/gorse destruction will need to be removed and tidied up for me to return. Shame as it should be a gem !

Visited the bakery to get something for lunch while visiting Corfe Castle. So much to choose from including hot sausage rolls, pie's and pasties. Cakes all looked delicious and very reasonably priced. We bought a Pork Pie, 2 huge Cheese Straws, a Vienesse Finger, Cinnamon bun and an Eccles Cake and cost a shy over £7.....very good price. We thoroughly enjoyed everything....the pastry on the pork pie was crispy and very tasty. I wish I lived in Dorset near this bakery as I could visit regularly. Fabulous little village bakery with amazing home made goods.

Thank you so much for helping my disabled husband when he was there for a cup of tea. You were very kind and helpful. You went above and beyond what was expected for a cup of tea and a slice of cake. Perfect location to enjoy a cup of tea too, looking up at the castle in sheltered sunshine.

We went in one evening for a drink and liked the place so booked for Sunday lunch at 6 pm the following day for our thirtieth anniversary, we were told this was fine. We arrived on time and a very pleasant young man took our order straightaway the food arrived five minutes later it seemed like they were in a rush we were the only diners in there, to be honest the beef was plentiful but tasteless and that was because it was far to thin like it had come from a packet and the roast potatoes undercooked, ( not a moaner check my other reviews by the way). for the not inconsiderable cost. Finishing this we were told if we wanted a dessert we’d need to order it immediately as chef wanted to pack up, I didn’t really want my dessert right on top of a big meal like that but didn’t want to cause a fuss so we did. Dessert was very nice but the rush spoilt our special meal and at £102 I expected better, if 6 pm is too late they shouldn’t have taken our order , would I go back ?, sadly not, shame as it seemed a. Nice place.several other couples were turned away while we were in there being told food was finished, clearly our reservation shouldn’t have been taken in’t first place

Let me get my only real gripe out of the way right upfront. During my stay I had the Mangalitsa Pork and Vegetable Pie. It was the most bland - tasteless plate of food that I have ever eaten. Horrible. So, overall The Pig On The Beach is superbly located overlooking The Old Harry Rocks at Studland. Stunning. It is hard to find a less than enthusiastic team member. My room was very clean and I enjoyed my stay. Plenty of after dinner cosy corners for a drink although some people thought that bar prices were a little high! A good hotel.

This is the only café situated on the beachfront. They provide excellent coffee and a wide array of drinks. Next to the café, in the same building, there's a shop where you can buy various souvenirs like books, hats, and more. The café boasts a fantastic beach view and also includes restroom facilities.
