I wouldn’t mind it being so overpriced if the service were friendly. The Scottish older lady in particular seems to have a real problem with people. A shame as I enjoy the cinnamon rolls!

I needed some underwear to go under a special dress and wasn’t sure what I wanted. I approached a sales lady called Sonia who was amazingly helpful. She interrupted what she was doing and found online exactly what I needed and even ordered it for me. Many thanks Sonia

Fantastic location for visiting longleat and Stonehenge Fantastic service from Wayne a true gem , very helpful and friendly, A* for his service Bedroom had added bonus of complementary teas, coffee etc and no need to bring shampoo, conditioner or shower gel as this is also provided Free parking and breakfast within the price , who can grumble about that Highly recommend

Brilliant Indian. Lovely staff. Great set menu deal when we there on a Thursday...which let you choose virtually anything off the menu. And the sizes were really good even though it was an offer. They do charge a service charge...but we would have left a tip anyway drinks prices were reasonable as well. Food was really good.

Worst fish and chips I have ever had. Oily and cold chips never again.

Ordered a mixed shish kebab. The chicken part was ok. The lamb was terrible. Half of it was inedible due to grissel. I asked for a little garlic sauce but it was swimming in it. The chips were about the only thing that salvaged the meal from the bin.

Called in to grab something to eat before seeing a show at the local theatre. The place was heaving, a wedding party, and we assumed they wouldn't have a table available or the time..but we were seated at a table immediately, the food was delicious and the service excellent, even though they were so busy. Will definitely return. Thank you!

Good food/ reasonable price . Good delivery time. Promised 45min came in 30. Thoroughly enjoyed meal definitely ordering again.

Me and my boyfriend buy from here all the time, they have amazing affordable prices and the best tasting fast food ever, I've tried almost all the items on their menu and never once thought of any of them as "bad" or not "tasty" enough. Every day they are closed is a sad day.

Had the upgraded room, but not worth the extra money. Bath tap didn't work (had to fill it using the overhead shower), water was on the cold side, toilet ran all night, many missing bulbs, poor decor, dodgy plug on iron, iron burn on carpet, awful stairs when carrying luggage, dirty windows, broken blinds, pigeons in kitchen so half of evening menu not available. Staff were nice and breakfast mainly good (bread requested was toasted and burnt - were told they had no more bread even though others were served after us). Look to book elsewhere.

We live local. Got a take away due to exhausted from work. Hardly any food, too costly and to top it off, absolutely no taste to the food!. The tandoori mixed grill was rubbish for £15.00. The silver trays were half empty. Honestly Go somewhere else! They even wrote down my address wrongly so food was cold when it arrived.
