The best restaurants serving Default food in Honiton St Paul's East Devon South West

Brilliant lunch , love coming in here when i visit honiton . My Fiancé had never visited before didn’t even know there was a coffee shop at the back of the gift shop. he loved it , so we will definatly be returning. I had soup and my finance had a small breakfast , and then a doughnut each for dessert , such a lovely selection of things to have . Very busy little cafe . staff very friendly and helpful , service super quick too considering how busy they were .

We would TOTALLY agree with the One review. A gem of a find. It has been a very long time since we have enjoyed such finger-licking (yes, we had the tiger prawns; exceptional, as were the samosas!) unpretentious, tasty, expertly prepared, top quality food, for a very reasonable price. All freshly prepared, as we waited. Met with a warm welcome, with an abundance of enthusiasm to check we were enjoying our flavoursome Portuguese fayre. Our taste buds had a full workout! Our hosts are rightfully proud of their mama’s culinary skills and the evident love and care she lavishes on her creations. The menu is simple, but powerful. We will definitely be back for more. We were invited for breakfast as my cousin Andy/Samuel passed away and he was there neighbour. They made us breakfast, with coffee, tea and a selection of cakes. They treated us with the upmost respect and they were very kind. The whole family are very grateful. Thank you from his family in middlesbrough xx

Great lunchtime visit today. Excellent value, warm, welcoming atmosphere, good food and good coffee. 2 children (4+6) were happy to play on the equipment whilst their grownups chatted and sad to leave at the end of our slot.

The best we have ever tasted, so much choice too, we highly recommend. It was so good we went back the following night. The service was excellent too

I discovered this absolute gem via friends, the shop has quality products, so expect to pay quality prices, the cafe is a superb addition to this establishment, the food is out of this world, the service too, I will definitely be going back.

We were in Devon for a family occasion and in need of breakfast so popped in to Toast on account of their being able to cope with Gluten Free diners such as myself. I was immediately impressed to be asked if the gluten free request was due to being coeliac, and it was extremely reassuring to know they understood importance of minimising the risk of cross contamination within their (presumably small) kitchen. The food itself was hearty and very tasty and we certainly didn't leave hungry! Similarly, the service was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a real pleasure to eat there and we'll be back like a shot if we find ourselves in Honiton again!

My sister and I had the Cauliflower Shawarma Flatbread which was new to the menu. As we don’t eat meat this was a great veggie alternative. It was really delicious, bursting with lots of amazing flavours. We would definitely have that again next time! The staff were really friendly too and we sent our compliments to the chef. Stopped here for a bite while shopping in Honiton. We were recommended the Yellow Deli by locals and it did not disappoint. Another huge positive is that no dogs allowed inside so hygiene and the consideration of diners is important to the owners. Well done Yellow Deli, I'll be back.

Not open on Monday, disappointing as had been looking forward to lunch here, they really need to update opening hours 😫

Hidden gem tucked away off the high street. Smart place with fireplace ,friendly staff. Good selection of food and drinks.

You know this place doesn't exist any more, right? It is now a fish and chip shop. Apparently it is good, but it is no longer a dairy , and does not serve ice cream home made on the premises any more- just so you know!

The staff absolutely make this place. Warm, welcoming, efficient. We only went for a night but we felt so recharged and relaxed. Couldn't have asked for better weather, peaceful and quiet. Expansive grounds and ponds. Food in the restaurant was a real treat! So delicious, great portion size and value for money. Lovely family rooms with two separate rooms conjoining. Absolute perfection.

Great overnight stay. Very friendly staff, lovely food, huge breakfast. Clean and tidy room, which was also quiet. Dog was welcomed too! Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend. Heaps of parking. And good place for dinner and drinks after/before.
