The best restaurants serving Default food in Frant/Withyham Wealden South East

Popped in to this little gem on the way home from a day out. From the moment we stepped in the door it was the most wonderful experience. Beautiful pub laid out just right. Staff so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing as well. My wife had the breakfast burger. She said that was the second best burger she had. And my full English breakfast done me in for the price you get a lot of food and it was all amazing. Definitely going to pop back in sometime soon

Naomi our waitress for the evening was brilliant. Service was sooo efficient, friendly, swift and very smiley! As always, the food and drink was of very high quality. We (two tired grandparents and two lively under 10 grandchildren) left very happy and very full.

We had the fish and chips and an amazing pizza, very tasty, Tanya was a great server. We’ll definitely be coming back if we are around here again.

A really friendly pub with lovely staff and a good range of food. Literally straight outside Groombridge station. We had sausage rolls from the local bakery and then visited the bakery to buy more plus cakes! Some outdoor seating opposite the local park where we watched a game of cricket 🏏. Going back in October for the beer and cider festival.

The best service we've ever received in a restaurant! The manager takes the time to remember your name and personally comes and thanks you for visiting. Food delicious and reasonably priced. Fantastic experience.

A spontaneous visit as we were in the area, but I’m glad we stumbled upon this cafe, a lovely place, friendly staff and a fab breakfast. I had the garden breakfast which was delicious, friends had the full english which they enjoyed. If you are in the area it is very much recommended. Dog friendly too. Great for walkers.

Great place, amazing food and surroundings

Reluctantly returned after my last review. So many friends would not go back as just not good enough. Pleasantly surprised to have delicious food ( on nice hot plates). Service pleasant - to be fair waitress who served us always excellent). Will definitely recommend friends to try again!

Lovely little garden centre but not suitable for unfit or disabled as very steep in places.

Went for Sunday lunch for my 50th birthday with family. Cannot recommend it more highly. Food was delicious as always and the staff are so lovely. We had a brilliant time. Thank you to Megan and all the staff.
