Excellent friendly and helpful service. Sandwiches were made to order and they will basically cook up anything you fancy and do it with a smile. I like the burger here. It’s a tasty burger. There’s a nice buzz in here at lunch times too. Excellent.

The food and service here is excellent with well cooked and inventive dishes served by attentive staff. The face lifted surroundings are also good but lack atmosphere and would benefit from wall hangings or drapes in the evening.

We have eaten from here many times and never disappointed with service: food quality, pleasant staff, would definitely recommend.. many thanks!

Another fantastic meal (brunch) at Maria's. Great choice for breakfast. My friends and I all had something different and agreed that they were all delicious. Service was spot on and we felt our food was good quality and a good price. What a fab spot! Will be back.

First time coming back in a while, the food was delicious, fresh and tasty, the staff were super friendly and the atmosphere relaxed, highly recommend!

Considering it was almost £17 just for a vegetarian breakfast we were expecting a lot more than arrived. The food tasted nice, but given the cost it wasn't good value at all. I had a burger and the sweet potato fries were soggy. I think they need to adjust pricing somewhat.

I went with a friend and her daughter. we had an amazing meal. started with garlic confit with roasted tomatoes which was Superb and wonderfully fresh. there was a vegetarian option. we had the Chicken, leek and ham pie which came with cabbage and brocoli. I love chicken pie, but this was one of the best of my life. we also had fresh fruit salad and shortbread. amazing value for just £9.50.

Absolutely lovely food and service. The quality of the food is amazing. My second time eating at Roochi and this will now be my first choice.

Food was meh, chips meh, toastie wasn’t even toasted, got charged £9.95 for a cheese toastie. It’s not the ritz😂 could have been a lot better but overall MEH

Overall the rooms are lovely however the service could be improved, I wouldn't not stay here - however I would also consider alternative options for a similar price point in the area

Lovely hotel to stay at either for just a holiday away or as a wedding venue as I found this place is very popular for, and I can understand why! The views around here are superb, right on a country lane to get to and there’s nothing round apart from fields and forests. We loved it here. The room was great in side with a nice modern bathroom en-suite to match. Tv worked well and there was sockets underneath so I could plug in my Apple TV and have my normal channels on. Toiletries and coffee making station were socked up and good quality. Bed was comfy and more than big enough, with sockets either side of the bed and a light too. Food is great here also, we stayed and ate a couple of nights as the food and drinks are reasonably priced. The breakfast is great here, there’s a menu you choose from and your meal is cooked for you. Along with full continental breakfast to choose from too. So much parking and there’s an overflow car park round the back too which is easy to get to.

The Roe Buck is a Green King inn. The menu is the same as other Green King venues but what makes the Roe Buck such a super place to visit for lunch or dinner are the staff. The managers have been here for years, as long as I can remember, they are so friendly and their staff are all friendly. Nothing is too much for them. You always feel welcome in their place. On a warm day sitting on the patio area is just lovely. Really tranquil despite the busy road at the front of the hotel. I would highly recommend for a quiet drink, lunch or dinner. Of ten when we have had friends visiting the Uk from abroad they have stayed here and always have had good things to stay about their visit.
