Great location coffee shop with loads of inside and outside space Varied snack menu with some great looking cakes Slightly let down by the sourdough which seemed to be normal white bread and food just not-quite-there Needs a little more attention to detail and could be a legendary stop!

Pies etc were lovely and warm with a good selection and availability. Nice staff. Good tea and coffees.

Cooking quality and range of an unusually high standard for an independent eatery these days. Full 'English', sourdough, buttermilk + fruit pancakes, hot drinks, even vegan option skilfully prepared and served in timely order. Cakes on display to rival any decent patisserie outlet. Layout, decor and ambience very relaxing and a treat to visit. Dogs allowed. Wifi available and toilets well kitted out. Not super cheap but worth the price.

Excellent traditional pub. Goid beer. Good food. Good service. Good, friendly atmosphere.

Best time to go is Monday through Friday

We dropped by for a quick birthday coffee and were welcomed with a warm and friendly greeting. After sitting down, we decided to browse the menu and ended up opting for some food as well. I'm so glad we did—it was absolutely delicious! Kudos to the team for a fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be returning!

Good food ,good service, quick. Nice atmosphere

There is simply nothing to praise about this place, the staff or the food. Avoid. Having served bottles of beer it took over an hour to get any attention and another hour before food was delivered to the table. The rushed and slightly grumpy owner of the place was assisted by a scruffy looking person in a basball hat; a person with a “not my place mate, I’m only helping out” uninterested attitude.

1st time try out - good experience. New(ish) to the area - tried a Chinese near central Farnham - just about okay but small portions and expensive. Great Wall was a pleasant surprise - courteous and pleasant staff on pick up, good portion size, enjoyable food, much better value for money - made a great start to the family Saturday night movie night - we will go back 👍😎👏🏻

A really comfortable and inviting place. I loved the selection on draught, especially the Veltin’s Pilsner, definitely worth a try. Food was fine, but bases of pizzas 🍕 were charcoaled. Nevertheless, this was dealt with quickly and professionally by management, which was testament to their excellent customer service. I would be delighted to visit again and hopefully get luckier with the quality of food served 🍻👍

Fathers Day. Had a booking for 6pm as we are staying at the nearby Premier Inn. 2pm get a phone call they are closing at 5pm as they only have one staff member available. Seriously, get some more staff in. How do you find anywhere else on Father's Day? Everywhere is booked. Couldn't even give me an earlier booking. A good job Macdonalds are more accommodating.

First time visiting since it being under new management and can honestly say we definitely weren't disappointed. We had a table booked in the snug area as it was dog friendly. The food was outstanding and the staff are friendly and attentive. Pricing is very reasonable and their set menu is great value for money. We were a party of 3, all had mains and desserts with huge compliments all round. Will most certainly be back and also be highly recommending to others.
