The best restaurants serving Default food in St Mary's Test Valley South East

Looks and feels like a pub, with comfy seating and fireplace, but the food was amazing and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Had a great meal here.

First time I stopped here for a coffee, I'll definitely be stopping again. They serve good coffee, and friendly as well.

Visited here for our customary “breakfast Friday” Came here 7 years ago when Pork Pie Sam Aldridge failed the Belly Gut Buster!!! I won’t lie! On that occasion the portion was big but the quality was poor. However this time, I can honestly say it’s one of the best breakfast we’ve ever had!!!! Everything was bang on and we were extremely happy with the offering. Had same great food ( fried bread was on point ) the staff were great and and we were full up like a tin can of crackers after. The apprentice Harvey was so impressed he tried to eat his fingers. And Bald Les took a shine to the lady behind the Eastern European Grol working the till All in All we had a great time, and next time we need a breakfast, some oil, and a hub cap we will be sure to pop in. This is a pure hidden gem of a lovely family run restaurant, we go here whenever we can with family for breakfast, lunch, dinner and pudding! So clean you could almost eat off the floor, all staff are wonderful and so friendly, 100% value for money too, cannot fault a single thing and would highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good food good service. Normally perfect but this time the potatoes were slightly undercooked for my liking. Still my favourite Sunday roast in the area.

Excellent choice of cupcakes, brownies and other sweet goodies. Everything is baked on site and the quality is so good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. All the baked goods taste amazing and are reasonably priced. Coffee is good too! Highly recommend

Kind staff nice turkey wraps , always seems clean and tidy. The only thing that could be better is the cookies where not so soft the time

Visited last night 18/10/24 with my wife. The food and service were excellent. Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend a visit if you enjoy Indian food.

Absolutely fab, the room is dated but spotless, the staff are so friendly. Food fab, loverly little pub, great area, free Carl park if staying over! Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Amazing local beers and gins. Staff is incredibly friendly and there is a feeling of community in the pub. I travelled from Norwich and felt it was my local. Friendly customers too.

Very nice pub, always happy to see you, in a great location and a lovely building. And the fantastic landlady removed my splinters for me! I am now very drunk at a reasonable price and am glad i stopped in!

Order was delivered quickly and driver was very friendly. Coffee and cake tasted great.

It's ok, it's a Costa..... Why are they always so dirty inside? Food remains on the tables, chairs & all over the floor, does no-one ever clean during opening hours? Given their prices for a drink & small selection of food you really do expect a bit more really.
