The food is amazing and simply delicious with generous portions. Freshly cooked to order. It was all delicious . The tastes are exquisite and authentic.

Really good food, lovely service. The jungle curry is delicious and spicy hot as it should be 😋 Busy on Saturday night but food was still delicious and served well. Will be stopping again next time passing along the A303.

Starters platter was ok but more Chinese than Thai. Mains were very poor. Ridiculously spicy and not edible.

What a little gem to find, a quaint little restaurant with fabulous service and attentive staff, even my mushroom allergy was managed with no issue. Food was lovely to, I had the soft shell crap starter and a Pad Thai for main and it was the best Pad Thai I've had for a while. The portion size is large and couldn't finish it all so you won't go hungry. Would recommend seeking this place out if your in the area.

Been here a few times, the atmosphere is great and lovely staff. Mixed plater starter, Thai vegetable red curry with egg fried rice was the best I have tasted. Will definitely be back.

We both had the buffet which was excellent value for money and a great chance to try lots of different foods. All of the dishes are beautifully presented and delicious. And the staff are lovely. And the building itself is gorgeous. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone eating out on Andover.

Excellent food as always and after a chilly day outside the Thai soup was very welcome….have now visited about 10 times and the service along with the food is impeccable, freshly cooked and quick to arrive. The place is small so needs to be booked up. Keep this place a secret - M

In the past, I have greatly enjoyed my trips to the Siam Orchid. However, this trip left alot to be desired. The squid (see attached photo) was somewhat lesser than what I would expect to purchase in Iceland. Sadly, this was followed with a rather limp Beef Jungle Curry and chicken noodles, where both meats had been very overcooked and needed so much chewing that I just gave up. The service was 'ok' but on complaining about our mains and starter we were only given a refund on the jungle curry which is a shame seeing as we had to pay for the two other below par dishes. Such a terrible shame, don't reccomend.

Top food in a great atmosphere! We had the buffet menu which was of high quality and full of flavour. The Duck was the best we’ve had and all was serviced piping hot! It was a cold night and the restaurant temperature was perfect. We will definitely be back.

The service and food were both very good. My friend, who is gluten intolerant, was impressed with the comprehensive information by recipe of all allergens. The pricing was around average from my experience. It was a little quiet when we were there but we were early in the evening. I would definitely use it again.

We ordered a takeaway from Siam Orchid this evening. My partner ordered a vegetarian dish with tofu. When he went to collect the food, he was handed the bag and the member of staff told him there was no tofu so it was just vegetables. They didn't call to see if he wanted to choose an alternative or offer a discounted price. I wish he'd asked for a refund at the time. The rest of the food was ok. We won't order again.

We tried the buffet this evening and must say it was quite disappointing. We felt as if the staff just wanted to lock up and go ! Food was pretty average and that is being very realistic. I had 2 dishes marked on the menu as 3 chillis for heat. In my honest opinion it was all very bland. The young waiter that was very new tried his best tho and was very helpful - full credit where it is due

Birthday celebrations for 3 generations. What a lovely place. Food was amazing, service great very patient explaining the buffet menu (while not complicated, they was a few us and perhaps not everyone got it first time!!). Highly recommended and we will be back.

Have known of this little gem for a number of years but as we're not local to the town, we haven't had the opportunity to eat here until now. Such a quirky little restaurant, split out on two levels. Food was absolutely fantastic (we had one of the set menus, starter sharing platter, four main dishes and a dessert each) plenty to feed us both with a little left over. One thing which added to the quirkiness, was being handed a pint glass of water (when asking if we could have some water at the table) 🤭. Certainly didn't detract from what was a thoroughly enjoyable meal.

Not the quality taste or service we are used to 5 different starters and mains and everyone was disatisfied with what they ordered if food is freshly prepared then how can it be presented stone cold. Jungle curry and Tom Yum exactly the same bland...

Went here years ago and it was really good. Not so good now. Duck was very fatty and not crispy. Food was very salty. Service OK but only ok. All you can eat buffet, but felt guilty asking for more. Bit disappointing tbh.

Worst Thai food of my life, the squid was inedible, I removed the batter from one of the peace’s and it was solid and looked like nanny Mcfees toe nails. Sweet pad Thai was sweeter then sugar it’s self. Never ordering from here again

Lovely quiet little restaurant, with a friendly and quirky atmosphere. Service was perfect and the meal was utterly divine. I feel myself salivating just thinking about it. Worth the hour drive to Andover! I will definitely be visiting again.

Disappointing meal, was expecting more from the reviews. Not an authentic Thai restaurant, tasted cheap and bland. Tom yam soup was the only good thing we tried. Will not be returning, there is a much better Thai restaurant nearby.

Myself and friend visited Siam Orchid last night and I can't say enough good about it. It is small but cosy. Warm and inviting. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was top notch full of flavour. The service was quick but you could tell a lot of care had gone into the food. Very reasonably price too. Will definitely be returning. Second time visiting tonight... Food was amazing as before. However service was more 3 star than 5. The waiter did not know how to pronounce the menu options, was brought out green Thai curry instead of red and also not given the option to order rice which ideally should have been offered once we have the order of a curry. Brought coconut rice before being given an option to begin with. Apart from that, lovely atmosphere and nice background music. A very intimate and perfect place for a romantic date. Will be returning.
