It's a burger king ... convenient for when shopping...but just ask for your burger to be hot or it will be cold ( learnt this on the 3rd visit )

The staff are always keen to help and cheerful. Late evenings are the best times to visit as it’s not busy, foods are freshly prepared and promptly served. ! Its good to see so many nepalese employed and i’ve always been fond of their hospitality skills !👏

Don't normally leave reviews on fast food venues. The nepalese manager was very friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean including the toilets. Food cooked was very tasty.

Since we got Burger king in Andover. I go there almost every week but never got any issues with food or service. With that saying I believe they deserve 5 star.

Amazing friendly staff followed by delicious hot food presented very fast. No complaints at all and will definitely be coming back! :)

This restaurant is best in comparison to KFC and McDonald's in Andover.

This place is devoid of any atmosphere, you are unable to be served at the counter by a human, there are signs there to remind you. The electronic kiosks are so frustrating to use, they lag and are very unresponsive. The food is good like all Burger king's, but there is no mayonnaise available 🤔. If you want something fast don't use burger king, the mobile app and electronic kiosk's are about as much use as a paper condom. Lucky next to this food restaurant is a lot of options, use them instead, save yourself the stress of trying to order a simple burger meal, god help you if you want to customise it!

Been here a couple of times, food's been pretty good but service is usually quite slow.

Never had a problem with the food quality here always nice. But every single time I order rather than pick up I have missing items get refunded through the app but not really helpful in terms of not getting what you ordered.

Absolutely incredible I loved it absolutely amazing service and lovely food.

Really good meal, the fries were lovely and hot (went for the bacon Caesar loaded king fries), used an offer code from the app to get a £3 Whopper, had a Bacon Double cheese XL and sharer box, which is always a great deal. They even had milkshakes! Plenty of parking and other shops nearby.

Shift manager Emma, was incredibly helpful. Delivered an outstanding service, polite, friendly and warming personality. Couldn't have asked for better service!

Went in just for milkshake, ordered one chocolate and one strawberry. Was given one chocolate and one vanilla! Wasn't disappointed as the vanilla was for me and was really tasty! Will be ordering vanilla in future!

It's surprisingly amazing and tasting. A bit more expensive but definitely worth the different on other fast food restaurants.

Recently just visited burger king with my friends and i had whopper burger it was uust amazing. The taste and quantity all was perfect. Also what i really like is about that the staffs are so friendly abd helpful alsoo it has best facilities for wheelchair. I would recommend that you should once go and try. Its worth it.

Burger king is my favorite place to eat in andover. Visited with my friends the other day and it was really tidy and the burgers were absolutely mouth watering. Despite a big order, the food came promptly and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend to try it!

This has to be the WORST BK that I've ever visited anywhere, BK if this is a franchise move it on, if its your store you need to get your staff in order! I ordered a Doritos melts box meal with added cheese and bacon. It took ages to process order, staff levels were high 3 on grills 1 on fries n drinks 2 on front of pass. Yet though my burger was prepared in under 5 minutes, it sat at the pass waiting to be processed with 5 other orders. On the items being placed on the tray and my order called it was a further 10 minutes, the burger was cold to touch top and bottom; when I queried this with the server on the pass he placed his hand on it and disagreed. I opened the wrapping at my table. The cheese was cold and hardly melted as if it had come straight from the fridge . The meat patty was at best blood heat warm yet properly cooked. I can't complain about the taste , the fries, or the dorito chicken, and the coffee was fresh as well as piping hot But Mediocre service, poor presentation ( not correctly presented on tray) and the drink arriving later than rest of meal. Then, to have staff (who could have at least temp checked with probe) deny my rites as a consumer is appalling

I recently visited this establishment and tried their vegan whopper burger. I was quite happy with the freshness of the patty and other ingredients. Overall, it was a very tasty burger at a fair price. I would happily recommend to anyone curious to try it.

Delicious, as always. Service came with a smile. My only small gripe is with the screen that shows when an order is ready; it seemed to have a glitch where it was showing orders as ready almost immediately. That's a small technical hitch, though, rather than an issue with the food or the service.
