One of the best burger in Andover.

Just went in BK, ordered 2 cheese burgers, waited over 10 minutes, (other story). Walked out to eat, both cheese burgers were already cold. Both tasted like they were made ten years ago, which was the last time I went into BK. Never again.

The food and service are consistently good here. Good value for money. Not much atmosphere in the restaurant but most people seem to pop in and out for takeaways. Food doesn’t take long to make. No complaints.

One of the best Burger Kings. Food is always good. Service is good although there is a lot of delivery drivers in there now and it takes a bit longer to get your food but the food is always good so worth the wait.

Placed order at 9.50am said deliver would be 20 minutes but time kept changing. Got delivery at 10.50 was worried about it being cold. Wasn't cold, ice cream was missing but arranged for it to be delivered separately absolutely fantastic service couldn't fault them Phoned store direct to ask about order, emma and kian was was fantastic with her customer service, again, brilliant as always

my order turned up and only the drinks turned up as the just eats driver took the drinks and got in his car and drove off without the food. I myself had to go and get the food from burger king in andover. I was not happy as my wife questioned the driver and he said I only ordered drinks which wouldn't cost £39.01. you need to have words with your driver because if he does it again I will be making him go back and get the food for me.

It's a burger king ... convenient for when shopping...but just ask for your burger to be hot or it will be cold ( learnt this on the 3rd visit )

The burger was great my husband loved it. The chicken burger was as tough as shoe leather uneatable, the bacon was stone cold, will never order that again.

The staff are always keen to help and cheerful. Late evenings are the best times to visit as it’s not busy, foods are freshly prepared and promptly served. ! Its good to see so many nepalese employed and i’ve always been fond of their hospitality skills !👏

Order never arrived. And it’s saying it has .this is after waiting 2 hours . Very unhappy if they were unable to fulfill order then they should have rejected it . Instead of taking money out of account and not delivering what was paid for

15-30 minutes delivery time stated when ordering, which changes to over an hour once you've ordered and paid, very misleading, I would not have ordered if I knew this (but I think your know this, that's why you purposely underestimate the delivery times). Then after waiting a total of not 15-30 mins but 1 hour and 45 minutes, we receive a whole order of cold food! A disgusting performance by just eat!

4 hours and still no delivery. Estimated delivery another hour but the restuarant is now closed. Absolutely disgusting, if you are unable to deliver (original estimated tine was 30 minutes) you should cancel the order.

Don't normally leave reviews on fast food venues. The nepalese manager was very friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean including the toilets. Food cooked was very tasty.

Since we got Burger king in Andover. I go there almost every week but never got any issues with food or service. With that saying I believe they deserve 5 star.

This place is devoid of any atmosphere, you are unable to be served at the counter by a human, there are signs there to remind you. The electronic kiosks are so frustrating to use, they lag and are very unresponsive. The food is good like all Burger king's, but there is no mayonnaise available 🤔. If you want something fast don't use burger king, the mobile app and electronic kiosk's are about as much use as a paper condom. Lucky next to this food restaurant is a lot of options, use them instead, save yourself the stress of trying to order a simple burger meal, god help you if you want to customise it!

Never had a problem with the food quality here always nice. But every single time I order rather than pick up I have missing items get refunded through the app but not really helpful in terms of not getting what you ordered.
