Great local tap room. Superb ever changing selection of cask and keg ales to suit most pallets along with huge selection of ciders. Always a great welcoming atmosphere both by bar staff and regulars. Dog treats provided.

Amazing local beers and gins. Staff is incredibly friendly and there is a feeling of community in the pub. I travelled from Norwich and felt it was my local. Friendly customers too.

What a wonderful understated gorgeous place in the heart of Andover. Great beer excellent staff, very friendly and welcoming. A must who want to enjoy a pint and somewhere to just chat abd solve the worlds problems. A real gem.

A warm hearted community spirited pub with a fine selection of drinks, especially ales and ciders. Great welcoming staff, clean toilets and seating outside for warmer weathers. Good array of themed food nights and sometimes live music. The pub adjoins the Gin Palace and if that is not booked for a private function you can take advantage of the bar and drinks in there too.

The Andover tap at the lamb is a fantastic place to visit! The tap house is set in a 400 year old pub, which has lots of character and warmth to it, selling keg and cask beers, which are kept to a brilliant standard the tap also sells a range of spirits, some of which are made on site by wessex spirits! They also keep a number of ciders to complement their award win of cider pub of the year. The staff are friendly, and Tim, Matt, and the team are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Every other Thursday, the Tap offers themed food nights, offering delicious and well priced food! The Andover tap at the lamb is 100% worth a visit if you like craft beer, no screens, and a sociable place to visit!

Went in with my son as he loves craft beers, it was nice in there, didn't stay that long.

A gem that we simply chanced upon during a work trip from London. After a somewhat shaky start with the pub 'scene' in Andover (well, there ain't one), we walked past the Tap and decided to go in. The selection of craft ales etc was mighty impressive and, as someone who only drinks beer under duress or when it's a place specialising in beer - I'll admit I was floored by the sour IPA and the unbelievably delectable Low Key, a 12.5% stout that was delicious from start to finish. The pub owner was really rather friendly and indulged our oohs and aahs at the beers 😁. Highly recommend!

Excellent pub for beer enthusiasts. A proper selection of cask beers as well as some good ones on draft. Also a very nice outside terrace for warm days. Seemed like a hangout for locals, but everyone seemed friendly so the atmosphere was good.

Best, and probably the only craft beer place in town. Full of character with nice staff and really nice drinks. If you're not into boring lager served by kids and sky sports, head this way.

I sampled the Vault Wagon (4.8%) craft ale and found it full of flavour and a very satisfying pint. I have been hoping to find a decent pub within easy access of Ludgershall and this lived up to my expectations. This is my first visit but will definitely not be my last.

I organised for a men's group to do beer tasting at the Tap. The men that came really enjoyed themselves. It was a great venue, Tim's knowledge of beer was spot on and came across in a really interesting way. The beer tasting activities were fun as well as the superb beer itself

Fantastic pub serving a wide range of real and craft beers from small breweries. The landlord of The Andover Tap has recently moved his business here. Brilliant atmosphere created by locals and staff alike in the refurbished 300 year old inn. The building is shared with The Gin Palace serving a range of delicious small batch gins in a series of tasting rooms.

Great selection of beer , ales. Forget about fosters ,carling etc the lager in here is so more enjoyable!

Visited the Tap with colleagues from work when it first popped up and we have not stopped visiting (until COVID forced us to of course). Lovely place, friendly landlord and there is a something for everyone. Always clean and tidy. Delicious beer. 10/10.
