Ambiance was bit quiet, staff need to smile and welcoming

Great as always, my favourite coffee shop toget my morning coffee fix before work.

1 midding item, cream on drinks that we said no to, whip on drinks where we asked for cream, iced drinks were warm as was put with a hot drink.

Nice clean store. Plenty of parking. Plenty of seating even some outside. Wheelchair friendly, disabled parking. Drive through or sit in. Mango bubble tea was perfect for my little lady and the new whipped iced caramel latte was delicious!

Delivery driver was very polite and friendly, she delivered the order in a timely manner and I was very happy with the service

I had a cup of tea and a cup of coffee and a long conversation with a friend for 3 hours and felt very comfortable. There was a cleaning issue which a member of staff dealt with very professionally and quickly.

Take away drive thru service excellent

I cost the Costa Coffee cafe and drive thru in Andover today. It is situated on Andover Business Park on Hawker Siddeley Way. It is very near the British Army Headquarters in Andover and the Travelodge hotel in Andover. It is a drive thru but there is seating inside. I had cups of Twinnings breakfast tea and glasses of water. The service was quick and efficient. I would recommend a visit to the Costa Coffee cafe and drive thru in Andover. Update Thursday 4th April 2024: I visited the Costa Coffee cafe on Andover Business Park and it was a most enjoyable experience. I am staying at the Travelodge in Andover Business Park and the Costa Coffee cafe is just a minute walk from the Travelodge in Andover. The service from the staff was excellent. I had a large takeaway cup of English Breakfast Tea with oat milk with two glasses of tap water which I consumed in the cafe itself. The tea was of top quality. There is free wifi throughout the Costa Coffee cafe. There is also ample plug sockets available to charge up your mobile phone. There is also toilet facilities at the Costa Coffee cafe on Andover Business Park. There is also a car park which is free of charge at the front of the Costa Coffee cafe on Andover Business Park. I would recommend a visit to the Costa Coffee cafe on Andover Business Park.

Soulless industrial estate coffee shop offering beige UHP food.

Convenient drive thru service. The food is always super tasty, and staff are always friendly, lady with shorter hair in particular is very nice. Would recommend. Easy & free to park if meeting here and stopping inside for a coffee. Thanks for always providing a great, efficient service with a smile and for your lovely baked goods and panini’s, p.s your Macaroni and salted caramel brownies are to die for! Although not together 😂

Went here to collect a "too good to go" meal. The staff were very friendly and professional and provided a great service. Food was good and even better being reduced cost.

It says close at 8pm and arrived there at 7.05pm but door was closed and staff inside with other few customers inside. We few customer were signalled to use drive through even though there was A3 size big opening time/ closing time table which clearly stated it will close 8pm Mon - Fri. Bit disappointing.

I had a large mocha wasted good money and my drink tasted like it was sour and they either burn the milk or the beans the best Costa to go to is the one in the town I wouldn't recommend this new Costa very disappointed ☹️

Great coffee, quick and polite service. Only downside is they have turned off their WiFi under the guise of being broken…. Has been down for over 6 months now… looks like a cost cutting measures🥲

Hot chocolate is always a good thing to order and was not disappointed. Toilets are clean. Service is quick and the staff are very friendly.

The moment we walked in we noticed how clean it was and then how friendly and helpful the staff were. The drinks and snacks were first rate, perfect place to chill.

Very nice place, coffee just great, had a chai latte 😋, and as well a lemon tart. Both nice and delicious, great place to hang out, just less stars because no WiFi, get it repaired!!!

We always stop by here for a drink and biscuit on our travels. The coffee and hot chocolate are delicious and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Nice environment but WiFi is awful. I like to sit, have coffee and work. This isn't possible due to WiFi being exceptionally slow. Contact customer service multiple times too.

This is a small-scale outlet on a fairly new business development; ideally situated for passing trade and dine in customers. Also a nice pub/restaurant next door

The staff were very professional. The sevice was perfect.

Arrived at 0800 to find the store closed but the staff all sitting inside chatting- no sign up. Me and a couple of customers were stood outside thinking it would open in a second but the staff just sat and ignored us. When I got one of their attention they just shrugged their shoulders. Amazing.

Does what it says on the tin. Its a costa and does what costa does best. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Love stopping off here, but visitors who want to do some work on the internet should be aware that there is no internet and O2 connectivity is poor. They like all the costas seem to run out of breakfast wraps too soon

Always pleasing, although someone ought to monitor the air conditioning on chilly days.

This is my favourite Costa and come here a lot. I find the staff pleasant, the seats comfortable and the room bright. The coffee's pretty good too! My only gripe would be that sometimes the ceiling fans are on too strong when it's not really needed, like last Tuesday pm. Overall, definitely above average.

Love this Costa, great service every time. Only draw back is every 4 seater table is taken up by one person and their laptop. Guess the coffee is that good that they wouldn't go to the office 🤔 Update: I became one of those people. I love the extra space for my laptop.

Drive thru good cheerful lady to take your order the only thing was that the hot chocolate is never stirred and leaves the chocolate powder stuck to the bottom of the cup or going into your mouth when drinking it but overall service is okay

Staff helpful and friendly. The store is currently takeaway only as toilets are out of order.

Great costa you can sit in as well as it being a drive threw. Only reason for 4 stars 🌟 is because the app doesn't give you all items available on their menu and want people to be aware of that. More items in store then the app suggests.

Friendly and efficient staff made this drive through visit a pleasure. Large carpark should you want to drink in, decent establishment as you’d expect from a professional chain like this.

I used the drive through then sat in the car park to eat/drink as the little one was asleep. Their service was great, no issues. The food and drink was perfect as usual. The car park had plenty of spaces and the sun was shining! It's in a nice quiet location too so it's quite nice to relax there

I was staying in the Travelodge opposite and walked over, I was told by costa employee to go via the drive thru due to sit in being closed. When I went around to the drive thru I was told that I could not get a coffee as I did not have a car. I was saving the planet by not driving and then told I needed to get my car if I wanted a coffee, Not so green are you Costa Andover Business Park.

I just had the best hot chocolate just now with cream. Don't usually rate Costa but today whoever is making the hot chocolate deserves a big fat 10 out of 10 from me. I purchased mine at 9am (also purchased lemon muffin black Aneticano and chocolate salted brownie) staff super friendly as always. But that hot chocolate was made with love ❤. Thankyou and keep up the excellent service as always. X

I drive a minibus and did! Call at Costa twice a day morning and afternoon. I need my drink to be double cupped to stop spillage. Was told last week they would not be doing this anymore so I won't be going anymore

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Having a milk allergy makes things difficult, but the staff were well aware and good with checking ingredients before doing anything.

After eight hot chocolate is AMAZING.

Came here at 4.20pm on Sunday. Not only were their doors locked but a chain across the drivethru. Whilst we were there three other cars and we were all turned away. Not impressed

I visited Costa this morning and was really excited to have a hot chocolate and I took one sip and it was lumpy like not just the normal hot chocolate lumps you get but like horrible light brown lumps and it was barely luke warm I'm really not happy

Great coffee, great choices, great location, good customer service. Only downsides - Unfortunately my van (main mode of transport) is 2.79m high and the height barrier is 2.5m high, so I can’t always go through the drive thru on my way to work. Our shift starts at 0600 at the CO OP Distribution Centre, and so we have to be at least in the car park for 0530 in order to get in the gate and over to the other side of it. This means unfortunately we all miss the morning coffee stop at Costa on the way into work, which unfortunately is when it’s desperately needed. Here’s hoping in the future they open a little earlier to catch all the 0600 day shift starters.

Must be a fairly new place, close to the Solstice Park service area but better as it is not so busy.
