Myself and my daughterhad dinner when I finished work, and have to Daisy you cooked outstanding meals for us both, will defiantly eat here again 😋

Service was amazing from the 2 amazing servers Jade and Daisy, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Popped in this morning for a cheeky breakfast & i must say Sarah S the waitress was fantastic, took our order & showed us where the drinks were, all in all a great & enjoyable experience, thank you Sarah. Also food was cooked great thank you Becky

I had my 40th birthday party at the White Hart pub and hotel on Saturday. Sue who works there and the team were amazing for the whole evening. The food they made was delicious and was very helpful getting the drinks that we needed throughout the night. We even had some issues with the DJ who unfortunately I will not be recommending to anyone ever. This was not down to the White Hart but they were very understanding and tried to help us as much as possible which was amazing and I thank them for everything that evening. You all made my birthday a night to remember 😊

Sue and the bar staff was brilliant on my sisters 40th birthday but the Dj was too loud even when the bar staff and relatives asked for the Dj to turn the music down with it being too loud, and everytime the Dj came turning it back up full and then was being offensive towards the staff member which I think was overly rude. All in all it was a good night down to the bar staff.

Plug socket hanging off wall - dangerous and wouldn't pass pat testing/ fire hazard, room too hot, screws in floorbar in bathroom sharp and catches, 1 lightshade completely stained, room 6. Lack of amenities and breakfast should be included - there was no option for this on the booking, went to spoons instead.

Came in today the food was average, but the bar staff were amazing. They were here from another location while the normal staff were off out for the day. All I can say is what a different atmosphere they have made to the place. Friendly. Happy, smiling happy to talk with all customers. If they were here permanently I would drink here more often. Well done Wez and Ben. Xx

A wonderful location for a 2 night stop and the food was lovely,service wonderful Sarah B was a great waitress and our chef Chantelle cooked up a wonderful Breaky.

Sue is lovely, with a great sense of humour, the event is starting well, there are many guests coming in. Dan is a great manager. It is good to see the place populated with people, the local Gimp is sat in the corner having a good time, we all member them from back in the day, I did find a Prune on the bar. So not sure what he is up too. The fish tanks are great all lit up, the lasers are brilliant. The bottles of Evian are flowing and everybody loves each other, I am having a great conversation with the Otter Sat next to me. Massive! Seeing stars. .

I booked a table for a group of 12 for a celebration. From arrival the staff (Sue and Jade) were very friendly and helpful. The table was in a good position. The selection of drinks at the bar was reasonable along with the choice of food from the menu. The time for the food to arrive after ordering was fine and the food itself was good. Empty plates were collected promptly. When it came to paying the bill a 30% off voucher was accepted which made the visit very good value.

Sarah B. was very friendly and polite. Helpful and gave a warmth hospitality. Lovely place, food and hospitality! Excellent Sarah!

Lovely friendly staff, Sarah B and Chef Chantelle always helpful and nothing is a problem. This is our second stay at the White Hart and so handy to everything we need.

Although rooms a bit dated, they were spacious. Staff are excellent. Sarah B and Chantelle the chef are lovely. Asking if the food is okay and if needed anything else always with a smile. We had been given a room up the top, which I was told it was on level. The manager and staff worked around this and got us to lowest level. Cannot thank them enough. Yes I would stay here again. The staff are so welcoming and friendly very good vibes. 👍. Visiting the Army Flying Corps museum and the Hawk conservancy. Both I recommend especially the Hawk conservancy. The Birds of Prey are so stunning especially when they are in flight.

Nice hotel 2 mins from the Main Street in Andover. Free on site parking. Huge well equipped room. Comfy bed, hairdryer, extra pillows, tea, coffee making facilities. Nice towels and shower gel provided. Can get room service. Free WiFi. Pub food was very good quality and with 20% off food for hotel guests. Would recommend. No lift and as it’s an old building it’s quaint with some windy corridors adding to the character.

Staff were lovely and very kind. Room was nice enough, and whilst it's probably incredibly hard to fix/change, the floorboards creaking from other rooms is a nightmare and if someone in the room next door to you gets up during the night, the loud creaking will wake you up, so me and my partner didn't get a great night's sleep. The food was also not the best, I had the avocado on toast for breakfast and the toast wasn't toasted properly and was soggy, but not the end of the world. Staff were honestly very lovely and kind though!

Food took ages and really wasn't worth the wait. The lemonade had an issue with syrup or something but the bar staff didn't fix it - overall disappointing.

Awful food. i ordered a mixed grill, meal was burnt black to a crisp. Other dishes came out cold or were missing things. Do not recommend eating here

Just want to say well done to the white hart their team of housekeepers are fantastic always helpful if in need of anything and the rooms are always clean and tidy so well done to them. The bar staff are very friendly and accommodating and the food is amazing so we'll done to the kitchen staff aswell. All round a fantastic place to stay.

Friendly welcome from the staff. Food arrived promptly and was good value. Portion size was large so struggled to eat all of it but compares well with other pub menus and meals.

Greeted at the bar by the lovely Sue and Bry. They made me feel very welcome and help with placing and food choices. Decided to go for the hunter chicken this evening, it was a lot better than I had anticipated. Proving you should not judge a book by its cover. This was accompanied by a lovely pint of very well looked after Directors. Thank you team.

My son and I visited to celebrate my birthday. The food (1x Cowboy Burger + 1x Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese) was absolutely delicious and was served promptly with no excessive waiting. One of the items ordered didn't come out with the main̈ order and the lady I spoke to dealt with it very promptly. She was super helpful, even though she seemed to be run off her feet!

Classic pub style hotel. Understaffed, just one person serving at Saturday lunchtime. Waited for about 35 minutes for food despite being fairly quiet; so I guess the kitchen was short-staffed too. Tables were not properly cleaned with residue left from previous. Meals were ok when they arrived. My baked potato with chilli was nice, but I would have expected more chilli. The steak looked good and was well cooked to order.

Booked 6 weeks ago said no garlic. Only to arrive to be told starter was all garlic, which they changed to chicken wings which were swimming in oil. Festive burger and extras were burnt nothing like photos on festive menu.. Unable to eat. Didn't get the extras we ordered. Only 1 person running food orders and bar.music so loud can't hear people. NO disabled toilets. Unsafe place for disabled
