Great little pizza takeaway. High quality, delicious. Our new go to pizza place.

Literally used Roma for decades and have never once had any problem. I love their pizzas! Far superior to the other pizza place nearby and the staff are lovely.

Some of the best pizza in Romsey, highly recommend.

— FOOD POISONING WARNING — I have decided to write a review because I don’t want others to go through the same thing. I used to love Roma, however I have had two quite concerning experiences recently. I ordered a pizza for dinner a couple of weeks ago only to suffer diarrhoea a few hours later and then again the next morning. I put it down to the jalapeños until yesterday when it was really hot weather, I decided to order another pizza. I consumed this pizza about 6pm and then was up at 2am today vomiting. The hot dog stuffed crust also tasted a bit strange at the time. I don’t know whether they are having issues with their fridge or storage, but I will be avoiding for the foreseeable! I am NEVER sick and never have diarrhoea.

Their deep dish pizza is a family favourite and it’s always a well loved treat when we get dinner from Roma’s. The food is always fresh and hot and is available for collection when they say it will be.

No dip AGAIN this keeps happens and it’s really frustrating I paid for a garlic mayo dip and it’s not in here. Happened one too many times now. It’s a simple thing but I find it really annoying and just a little lack of care when putting the order together

Pizza tasted bad today. Need to clean your oven. Usually the food is really good but Roma has been going downhill recently. Missed the cheese on my curly fries 2nd time in a row.

Food hot and well presented. Delivery gentleman was excellent. Polite took time to ensure order was correct.

The plus side, the order came a good 30mins than anticipated. But, on the downside, the lasagne was cold in places and hot at the edges. It felt like a heated up ready meal. I was expecting the dessert to be in the takeaways container and not that of their distributor. Taking away the impression that it was made by them.

Food was great as usual! And driver was lovely to apologise for a delay due to being stuck in traffic cause there was an accident on route. Always so impressed with the service from Roma and am never disappointed by the food!

Just ordered a Pepsi max and got an original Pepsi which is okay.

I absolutely love Roma's pizza me and my husband order once a month for a treat it hits the spot every time well worth the money, hands down one of the best pizzas iv ever had, ok I may have had a bad one from time to time but if I have ever had a problem they sort that out straight away. Genuinely amazing and the garlic sticks I do get extra garlic and butter but amazing!

Not the best food I've ever had. The pizza was bland, one of the sauces I ordered was missing and not only was the banoffee dessert also very bland, it was still frozen. It was expensive for what I got too.

We have ordered many times and the pizza is luxurious, truly. I normally order a plain cheese margarita with thin crust and it is just the most gorgeous thing you ever tasted. The service is ok but the pizza will change your taste buds as soon as you taste the cheese and tomato sauce. In my opinion I found the pizza life changing but if you want ro know about the service I will say it now. It is 'ok' service. It is good but sometimes it can take about 15 mins to get the pizza if you have ordered and travel to the shop to collect. I live about 20 mins away from Romsey so that might be better than delivery. I do not know what delivery is like but it is probably the same as the waiting in the shop. Depends where you live. Overall it is amazing pizza. Pretty good service. So yes I think you should order from here.

Usually very satisfied with the food and for the most part we were with tonight's order, except for what appeared to be hardly any pepperoni on our Yankee double pizza which is usually loaded with pepperoni. A drink was missing from the order but after a quick call they apologised and sent it out when the driver made his next delivery.

Great food, very reasonable prices compared to domino's. The chips werent that crispy but fully expected when delivered. Still very good though. Delivery was extremely quick and the driver was very friendly. Will definitely be ordering again

Me and the wife was stuck for food ideas so decided to go to Roma for our tea we went in and first of all the guy behind the counter said they only take cash so my wife had to go to the nearest cash point to get money out we ordered a large hawian pizza which was £13 he had it ready for us buy the time my wife got back to the car but when we got home we looked on there website and saw that it was a tuesday and we should of got a free pizza but not once did he mention the deal to us my wife is upset and wants her free pizza ! So Roma pizza expect a call tomorrow from my angry wife as she will give you both barrels down the phone absolutely shocking customer service The only highlight of our experience is the pizza tasted good!

I've had what can be considered the worse pizza ever from Roma, the base was dry and crusty and resembled eating cardboard with tomato sauce on .... I usually go to Roma, however may consider other availability in the town in future. Shame 😣

Pizzas are great, service is terrible. Sign on the counter says cash only. However they do take card, but want you to pay cash. I asked the bloke why and he got very rude. Told me I could have a refund and not to come back!!! I said I just wanted my pizza which I would happily pay for. Just wanted to know why they insist on cash only? I won't come here ever again and I have been getting pizza here for years.

Ordered a delivery this evening. The person taking our order was thorough and ensures he knew where we were to make notes for the delivery driver. The food was delivered in the timescale advised and was delicious. Highly recommended.

Delicious food. Always a winner in our house and I love the fact you can have such a variety. Jalapeño Cream Cheeses are a must with every pizza and the potato skins are lush.

First time order. Really impressed with selection of pizzas with lots of options to customise (base, crust and sauce) to dial in what you are after. The pizzas we ordered were delicious and the calzone was awesome. Will be ordering again.
