Popped in with my partner for a takeaway ice cream. We walked and waited at the counter, 5 people were behind the counter carrying out various tasks, they all at some point looked at us and carried on with what they were doing without even acknowledging us. One of their delivery drivers came in and was dealt with immediately. After about 10 minutes, our hopes were lifted as one of the staff came from behind the counter towards us, only to walk to the counter and polish some cutlery that was in a tray. At no pint did anyone acknowledge us in any way. After about 15 minutes we left and went to McDonald’s for a McFlurry. I wondered why Kaspa,s was always empty, now I know I will never shop there again

My previous review of 3 months ago has sadly been soured by my most recent experience. Long story short, the toilet has been closed for at LEAST 12 months. The kind employee let us use it last time (there didn't seem to be anything wrong) but apparently this time it's flooded. I needed to use the loo badly enough that I didn't feel comfortable eating there, so we went to 'spoons instead. Kaspas, sort your stuff out and actually fix your toilet! To have one is a legal requirement, and customers who have walked into town that might need to use it are going to be put off by the lack of access to one. Edit: To address Kaspa's reply, I have sent Kaspas an email explaining the situation. It is a legal requirement for a restaurant of that size to provide working toilets. EDIT 21/03/25: STILL NO WORKING TOILETS!! I would advise customers to take a short drive to the Isle of Sheppey, where there is a Creams offering similar food but crucially parking AND a working toilet!

Typical Nandos, fast service, typical Nandos food, food arrives quickly, good for a quick meal.

Was the best chinese I've had in a long while!! All the food came out piping hot, great flavour! Shame the music system wasn't working but with good company i can forgive that! Best thing i would say is u can order what starters u would like from an extensive choice in comparison to the normal! Will defo be visiting again! BEST banquet (eat as much as you like) available in the area I would say and I do love my chinese!!!

Driver never delivered our order. I messaged to ask if they needed directions as the map showed the were past my house. the order was then marked as delivered but I never received my food

I ordered just enough food for one, this took 2 and a half hours to get delivered! I was so angry as this ruined my evening, when I called the girl on the phone was super rude and definitely couldn’t be arsed to deal with anything I was saying. Will never order from here again.
