Very worst experience, because I call for chicken pizza, at the time of collection, when I go there, first representative deduct amount then show me the pizza, the pizza was vegetarian, but call for chicken pizza, he refused to give me chicken pizza, and refused to return my amount, so this is very worst experience. So please return my amount

Ordered from Super Pizza in Sittingbourne this evening as a effort reward for my son. He’s a bit of a finicky eater due to his Autism but he does enjoy theirs. I’m never rude or impatient when it comes to late deliveries, we always tip drivers and are polite and grateful… the usual. Unfortunately tonight the 2 pizzas ordered were switched, the stuffed crust and extra cheese was on the wrong pizza. Wouldn’t be an issue except the other pizza had a lot of toppings he simply cannot eat. Called to explain and was told I’d be given ‘a little discount on my next order’ I politely explained that I’d paid for two. One couldn’t be eaten, the other wasn’t what I’d paid for. So again, politely said a “little discount” was far from ideal. He cut me off saying the only difference was cheese despite explaining the Autism he then hung up and wouldn’t answer when I called back. The call was recorded in case it’s suggested I was in any way rude. I wasn’t. A shame because we were quite regular customers and the owner has always been friendly and amiable. The staff clearly are not.

Waited 20 minutes for one small pizza. Staff speaking about customers to other members of the public. Staff eating the food on the shop floor, no handwashing. Worst customer service ever! AVOID!

Super pizza indeed. Probably one of the nicest vegetarian pizzas I've had in Sittingbourne in a long while. 100% recommend especially considering the price was £12.99 - which is fantastic in cost of living. Thank you 🙌

Pizza was yummy, and the cookies were on par with dominos. The cheese & herb stuffed crust was a weird texture, the cheese tasted like cream cheese

The delivery service sucks, I place the order at 18:00 to arrive at 20:40. I call the restaurant at 21:10 and the guy there tells me that the courier left 4 minutes ago. I ask him how it is possible if I placed the order at 18:00 for 20:40, and he tells me that he confused 20:40 with 21:40. Then I ask him how long it will take for my order to arrive and he tells me that it's not his job to check my address, he just makes pizza. he was very disturbed by my question. He said this to me in a very dismissive tone.

The pizza place did forget my drinks however the delivery driver went and got them for us and delivered them bear in mind it’s a 20 minute drive from my house to this pizza place. Received incorrect pizza, The pepperoni one was correct however the free choice one was completely wrong, it had no hotdog stuffed crust, with no red onion and no beef. For some reason had jalapenos on it. Very disappointed

I have ordered before from here so know the food is brilliant. My issue tonight is the poor service along side. I have ordered a meal and paid extra for hot dog crust but received the wrong pizza toppings with no stuffed crust. I have just dealt with what must be the most incompetent delivery driver of my life who even when both of us had shared our location chose to completely ignore direction and drive the opposit way. It took a 15 minuite phone call fo him to find what most drivers find in 2 seconds flat. I love the food here but this was abysmal. I have tried calling but no answer. I'll try again tommorow and this was not acceptable

Delicious food! (Cookies are the best). We selected the wrong address for delivery. Phoned the restaurant and changed address no problem. Once delivered we noticed the ice cream was missing. Called the restaurant and the ice cream was delivered. Fantastic customer service.

Absolutely perfect pizza. It was delivered 15 minutes earlier by the best driver ever - he was very friendly and even came to the door on the 3rd floor. No driver has ever even come out of their car in most cases I have ordered. Also, there was nothing forgotten or messed up either. The pizza was not burned and it was big enough as the description says. Overall, indeed "Super pizza".

The only local shop that serves the large 18 inch 'New York style' sized pizzas! Tastes best with the thin crust option for a crispier base...I called the chef to not slice it as I prefer larger 1/8th slices instead of many smallers ones.

Food is always delicious from here. Pizza puts every other place to shame. Popcorn chicken is to die for and so we're the bbq chicken wings. Will choose over any mainstream pizza place anytime. Good value for money too.

the food was nice when it came, however the food was delivered to the wrong address. It took multiple phone calls to sort out. The order was cooked and redelivered, however it was frustrating the address was not checked upon delivery. Food was ordered at 20:14 but not received until 21:50

Food was really cold and bland, £2 for extra olives think I saw 1 on my pizza. The driver didn’t speak a lick of English and was driving round beeping his horn waking up half the town telling me the walk half a mile down the road. Like I’m Hungry I’m not walking half a mile to get my food what a joke this is. He’s a delivery driver it’s his job to drive to an address not park ages away and ask me to meet him. It never turn up I rang up and they said they did deliver now lost money

it was cold and said it was going to be 20 mins then it was an hour away but got here 5 minutes early but i was not notified when it was close so the knocking woke up my house hold and the middle of the burger was really cold and tasted un cooked

Delivered early, which was great. Food was hot and drinks were cold. All a big plus. I feel the 4 garlic bread slices were over priced for what they are and I don’t believe my pizza was deep pan as I requested, if that was deep pan then a thin/regular must be like a pancake. So I was disappointed there which is why the quality only got 3 stars

Ordered choose your own toppings - everything was perfect - base was soft with a subtle crisp and the cheese was nice and stringy. It all tasted fresh. One of my chosen toppings was fresh tomatoes and it just set it off perfectly! Proper large sliced tomato - on point!
