Got my order wrong, and when I rang them up They was just rude to me absolutely appalling service

This place 95 percent of the make mistakes but not reading orders properly and missing items and rude telephone manner from the manager

Ordered from Super Pizza in Sittingbourne this evening as a effort reward for my son. He’s a bit of a finicky eater due to his Autism but he does enjoy theirs. I’m never rude or impatient when it comes to late deliveries, we always tip drivers and are polite and grateful… the usual. Unfortunately tonight the 2 pizzas ordered were switched, the stuffed crust and extra cheese was on the wrong pizza. Wouldn’t be an issue except the other pizza had a lot of toppings he simply cannot eat. Called to explain and was told I’d be given ‘a little discount on my next order’ I politely explained that I’d paid for two. One couldn’t be eaten, the other wasn’t what I’d paid for. So again, politely said a “little discount” was far from ideal. He cut me off saying the only difference was cheese despite explaining the Autism he then hung up and wouldn’t answer when I called back. The call was recorded in case it’s suggested I was in any way rude. I wasn’t. A shame because we were quite regular customers and the owner has always been friendly and amiable. The staff clearly are not.

Waited 20 minutes for one small pizza. Staff speaking about customers to other members of the public. Staff eating the food on the shop floor, no handwashing. Worst customer service ever! AVOID!

Super pizza indeed. Probably one of the nicest vegetarian pizzas I've had in Sittingbourne in a long while. 100% recommend especially considering the price was £12.99 - which is fantastic in cost of living. Thank you 🙌

Since the food at this establishment is halal, I guess that the ham is turkey ham. And what meat forms the bacon, I guess beef?

I ordered from this place and the service was very good the person was very polite also the pizza and chicken was very yummy I would recommend, cheap place in sittingbourne for collection

me and my other half ordered food from here through just eat and it never arrived, when we asked for a refund they refused to give one.

Great pizzas, but it always seems to have the additional topping; grease. Anyways, the pizzas are aright if in a tight budget.

I’m not sure how this place has so many good reviews! As my experience was absolutely horrible! My pizza was dripping with grease, the wedges weren’t cooked properly, and the chips tasted horrible and soggy , garlic bread was burnt on the edges and also tasted greasy, so all in all I spent £23.00 on my meal was meal for 1 got a drink chips wedges and a pizza and 4 garlic bread pieces not to mention took them 1 hour and 35 minutes to get to me I’m 15 minutes away from the restaurant driving …. I do not recommend!!

First time ordering from Super Pizza and the food was fantastic and really great value for money as well. Hot and fresh and went down a treat.

I ordered chicken tandoori pizza with thin base, pizza was generously full of toppings and cheese. Delicious pizza’s will defo recommend!!

Terrible, just ordered one of the special offers through their app. This was meant to be 2x medium pizzas, 1x portion of wedges, 1x garlic bread and cookies. This showed up as £21.99 with delivery and service processing fee was £25. What arrived was just 2x 10" pizzas, when we called to question the order, the person on the other end of the phone just kept saying my order just shows pizza. Even though the app shows the special deal on previous orders. Rude staff and to be fair the pizza was pretty toss too. Avoid. P.s the app said sign up and get 20% off your first order. Signed up, no discount on checkout. Be warned.

What a fantastic order today. Delivery driver not only friendly and kind but very humble and a good man. Quality of the food just fantastic really enjoyed piping hot fresh and very nicely presented ordered items and will certainly return and highly recommend. This review was a first order from Super pizza and will definitely be a regular with how impressed I was today.
