Really nice take away and really good service. The girl on the phone is always really polite. Last order they forgot my popadoms but I rang and told them and dropped them back five minutes later. Would recommend.

Ordered a takeaway for delivery. Delivery time was OK. But very disappointed in the curry and lack of chicken. Ordered a korma and a tikka. Both curries had 6 very small pieces of chicken in. Used to love red goa. But it seems to have gone downhill and the curry is not worth the money based on the amount of meat you get in the sauce. It's basically like a tub of sauce with 6 sugar lump sizes of chicken. Won't be ordering from this shop anymore. Very disappointing.

Terrible food, 80% just the sauce, hardly any prawns or chicken. I do not recommend this place at all. Waste of money. Better to buy ready meal from any supermarket

I had Kong Prawn Vindaloo and they were the worst cooked prawns I've ever tasted. They were as if I was eating under cooked red meat did not know this was possible with prawns

Delicious food, arrived quickly and very attentive to allergies - they rang us to highlight the products that weren't gluten free and clearly labelled the packaging too. Would recommend!

It's always fresh and good quality and also good portion of foods.My family loves Resgoa so much. We've been using redgoa quite long time but never disappointed.

I've been a customer of Red Goa for many years, going right back to the glory days when it was called Masala Magic. Sadly things aren't what they used to be and the quality of the food has slipped away. My most recent madras was one of the most disappointing curries I've ever had - a thin, weak, watery sauce with hardly any flavour. It felt like the absolute minimum of effort had gone into making it. The prices have risen sharply in the last few years but the quality and vibrant taste just isn't there any more.

Food was excellent person who took the orders was excellent and drivers excellent…… then it all went wrong. Rude people in the phone boxes left open so the food is all leaked. Driver shouting CAIO and being in the phone while delivering the food, stamps are provided at Red Goa ….. not tonight the driver is too busy on the phone!! Phoned to say the lids were open and burnt my fingers (food was hot!) to be answered by the manager is on holiday….,,,. Maybe don’t answer the phone if you can’t help!!!

Used to be the best priced around but now it's one of the most expensive. Such a shame they got so greedy.

Ordered via user eats , just awful food was cold , some food poppadoms and salad did not seem fresh . Curry was very watery with little taste Left most of our food thrown away waste of £40 . Would not order from here ever again 😡😡 very upset and angry .

Have had food from here for a few years but sadly its going down hill fast.seems you only get half portions and my meal was swimming in oil and the lamb was fatty and inedible.time to find a new take away i think

Lucky I even gave them 1 star service is appling everytime ordered food at 7pm tonight missed items still waiting at 9pm for them to turn up delivery driver apparently went wrong house it's a joke always wating hours for ur food.. when u ring up there not even bothered so half dinner sat on side cold waiting for the rest to turn up.

First time order for delivery. Really tasty Chicken Passanda. Crispy onion bhaji and great naan bread. Will definitely order again. Delivery time spot on.

After waiting approx 3 hrs for my delivery the food was ok. My girlfriends lamb rogan josh was lovely but whilst my chicken kashmir was tasty, instead of the advertised lychee it had pineapple. Might give them another chance but if it takes 3hrs again, never again.

Have had a couple of good takeaways from here, normally collect, however this time took advantage of uber discount offer. Food was expeted to be 45mins to 1hour wait, acceptable on a busy night however, after 1hour 30mins we requested an update for the time to be changed on the expected delivery thrusting me to make a call to the restaurant. The restaurateur explained how they were busy and was sorry for the delay, offering a 20% discount on our next order. On receiving the food the currys were tepid with the saag paneer being barely luke warm. The 20% discount is 5% less of that offered by uber therefore no discount at all, 1hr 40mins from order to order received is not acceptable and then for order to be cold.....order at your own risk.

For the third time running we have received an order with an item missing. Very frustrating and for it to happen 3 times on the bounce is disappointing to say the least. Do we risk a 4th? I think not

We have been using this Indian Takeaway , for 25 years plus, in its current and previous incarnations; and have always enjoyed our meals! We even have their loyalty card. We chose our favourite Tandoori Mixed Grills . The Chicken was cooked perfectly, the Naan + Dips were delicious . But the Salad was very disappointing as were both Koftes

Food is of a good quality but it is never ready on time. Even if I turn up 10 minutes after they say it will be ready I always end up waiting 15 minutes in there.

For a business running for 5 years, it's still doing very well. The food is amazing, and is delicious. Always hot when it gets to me, and they never fail to deliver excellent food service, customer service and delivery service. Had a variety of different dishes, and I couldn't state one bad thing about it. Best takeaway in town, and best of many! Wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend. The young guy who always takes my orders is always so polite on the phone, and always so helpful. I have ordered from many other Indian takeaways, and this is by far the best. The way they pack the food is great too, stays in the tub- get it from anywhere else and the bag has the food before we do! :D

People who complain about how long it takes to get a delivery obviously don't know what its like trying to get around Sittingbourne..also they probably don't realise that the universe doesn't revolve around them and there are actually other customers who also want deliveries...give the driver a break...they are doing Thier best...

Friendly front of house, and delicious Indian takeaway food. They accept cash and card, with a cash machine less than a one minute walk away.

the best lamb bhuna I'v ever had and the garlic chilli chicken was out of this world!! perfectly cooked chicken and melt in the mouth lamb. Also the by far the most delicious pilau rice I've ever had, you can eat it on its own. Fantastic portion size for a great price as well. This is now my go-to for Indian food in sittingbourne

Have had two meals. Excellent food. Very tasty. I would definitely recommend.

Avoid this takeaway. It took three hours to deliver our meal. They told us it was on its way three times baring in mind we are 10 minutes from takeaway, when it finally arrived it was missing some of the order. Which totally ruined the meal with friends then they failed to honour the promised future discount compensation on our next order which they also got wrong and once we checked against the latest menu they had over charged us. We won't be ever using this place again. No matter how good the food no one deserves to treat customers with such contempt and still be in business. P.S. The manager's/owners reply to this review is a total joke as it was him that promised the compensation and when staff refused to honour it they didn't know who or when he would be available. Not a great commitment to quality of service and I was a regular customer. Reality is he should have contacted me but how many customers has he treated with the same contempt? I doubt he even knows which of many customers he has treated this way has written this review. As I first stated best avoid this business. They cannot be trusted.

First time ordering and defo the last really don't know how you got 4.9 stars the food was not that nice at all

Have used this local takeaway over the years. I have to say when you finally receive the food if you actually receive the food you have actually ordered it's normally quite good, but Ive noticed the delivery service to be very unreliable, some times taking hours to arrive. Don't accept the offer of a future discount as those are never honoured when asked for on your next order. Add the practise of overcharging and when questioned about it they will blame a new menu price increase even though I was referring to menu received with the meal. The customer service is totally indifferent when your whole meal is ruined so you have been warned. Best to avoid this takeaway. There are plenty of others in Sittingbourne.

Had a takeaway from this restaurant a few nights ago, they were really kind and did us an onion fried rice (which was lovely of them as I was visiting and our local Indian takeaway does this).I had a chicken curry which was quite sweet but very nice, my husband has a lamb madras and again quite enjoyed it. We find it hard to enjoy a curry that is not our local Indian takeaway but the red goa hit the spot. My dad did use his loyalty card and got it stamped which I think is a lovely idea. The sides were also delicious and I was thoroughly satisfied.

Best food in this town without a doubt

Having been a loyal customer with another Indian in town for over 10 years I decided to try elsewhere. Wow, I’m lost for words as to how tasty the food is and how big the portion sizes are. Highly recommended

Recommended by a neighbour and glad they did. Excellent food, the most flavoursome I’ve had in Sittingbourne. The chicken was so tender and the lamb was literally melt in the mouth. The mushroom bhajee was love too. This place will now be my new Indian. Can’t wait to actually order again. Ps. Great loyalty scheme as well with a card they gave me where I get a free meal.

Had my first takeaway from here tonight. Ordered two different potato dishes and two different chicken curries. Both curries tasted the same and the chicken was hard and chewy, both potato dishes tasted identical too, neither dish had much flavour, the spice was bland and I regretted using this place within a couple of mouthfuls! If you closed your eyes you would never know you were eating Indian takeaway. It may just have been poor choice from the menu but I will not be going back. It’s a shame as the place has good reviews online - I just don’t get it myself.

The food here is excellent and service is always frinedly. if only this place was a resaturant it would be the best in sittingbourne by far. Ever thought about expanding ?

I have been using Redgoa for the last few months and I have to say it is definitely one of the best there is in Sittingbourne. The food always tastes fresh and comes delivered piping hot. The delivery driver is always very friendly and polite.

I have used this takeaway for years until recently never had an order wrong. The mistake was dealt with superbly by the manager. Had another takeaway tonight the lamb was melt in the mouth and soft fresh nan bread so tasty. Best takeaway for Indian.

The food from here is so good! I wish they had a restaurant! We had lamb bhuna which was delicious, lamb falling apart. We also had saag aloo and various starters and sides all of which were fantastic. Friendly delivery service also. Highly recommend

Been visiting this Indian takeaway since it first opened a couple of years ago (under new management ).The curried meals are always first class with only the occasional wrong dish being delivered so remember to check your order when you get it and before the delivery guy has gone.Portions are good and staff very friendly

Decided on curry have had many from Red Goa fancied Dansak again had to wait a bit but time of year expected.

We always get our deliveries from here now, and the two for one on a Tuesday and loyalty card are an added bonus.My favourite dish is chicken tikka masala madras hot.

Was staying in the Holiday Inn close by and decided to give this pale a try. Phoned in my order drove downed collected it. I had a chicken shashlik and really enjoyed the nicely spiced tender chicken along with some pilau rice...will definitely use this take away again when in the area

We tried this Indian for the first time as our regular curry house doesn't deliver! This is the best delivery we've had in sittingbourne the food tasted fresh and it came quicker than they said! We will definitely be trying them again.

Had Red Goa before good food albeit was a bit late and the driver had probs finding us did phone to let us know always plenty left will order again soon.

I believe this was the worst restaurant ever!! Ok, the design of the actual place is not too shabby, but I HATED the food- the main part of the whole takeaway!! Also the atmosphere was really tense. A teen age boy kept staring me out at the desk and it was really awkward. They spoke in their foreign language, whilst looking at me, and laughed at me!! I took a quick peep in the kitchen and it was horrendous!! Do not go there!!!!!!!!

Been coming here for months now always had the most wonderful takeaway but last night when we had lots of family members round was awful.Food took longer than expected and did not taste as delicious as normal. Many dishes that were cold and the Bombay aloo was raw. I really hope they're just having an off night as it's always been a favourite of mine

My husband and I always get our takeaway from here now. We've never had a bad curry- good quality meat, fragrant sauces and generous portions. The staff are friendly and the curries always turn up hot. Fantastic!

Ordered from here on the weekend as my usual takeaway opens later but this was open which was a bonus and what turned up was exactly what I'd wanted. Will definitely use again in future. Only downside, took just over an hour to arrive.

This place is an absolute gem. Rich wonderful flavours, great portions and they use real chicken unlike other Indians. Good prices as well. I've tried every Indian place in Sittingbourne and this one wins by a country mile. The service is superb, very pleasant staff. I got a courtesy call to say that my food is on its way. I've never experienced that before from a takeaway. Fantastic!!

Having a Curry is one of our treats, and since moving to the area in the last year, we have tried many of the local Sittingbourne curry houses to find the "Right One".The search is over, it's the Red Goa !Great taste, good portions, good value and pleasant staff.

Recommended by a friend and I'm glad he did. Wonderful flavours , big portions and very reasonably priced. They do loyalty schemes as well which I haven't seen in any other Indian in sittingbourne.
