Absolutely delicious food hot on arrival quality takeaway just like going out for a curry couldn't fault it you wouldn't be disappointed

Took over an hour for delivery and quite frankly the food was bland, almost no flavour to the tikka masala and the korma wasn't any better, the peshwari naan was quite nice until we found a dark black hair in it, overall very disappointed, a complete waste of money.

The most amazing hot, fresh food. Spot on every time. Can highly recommend the chicken tikka pathia and chicken tikka vindaloo. Never disappoints and always arrives on time delivered by friendly staff.

Such a shame have used hot and herbs for ages! But have now moved on to another as bits of the order always missing! Leaving a note every time to include onion salad and sauce with the papadam but never in the bag!

Ordered from these people at 3.30pm for meal at 7pm. Was told meal would arrive at 7.25pm, which was later than we wanted, but not too bad. Was later told 8.05pm so was not happy. When we phoned to ask why so late when we ordered so early, no explanation given, except we would still have to pay for order even though we then cancelled. Do not use these people. Zero stars.

One Word Disgusted! Ordered the meal at 15.30 ( 3.30PM ) for a 19.00 ( 7.00pm ) delivery slot . We had a text from hot & herbs at 19.37 ( 7.37pm ) to say the order was only just being prepared to be delivered at 20.05 ( 8,05pm ). I have now had to start cooking my own food my digusted & let down guest. The order has now been cancelled.Great new years eve dinner- thanks alot hot & herbs of sittingbourne for a rubbish service and letting customers down. I run my own company , and would not dream of treating them like this. No Compensation. No apology. No accuse. Do not use this company or purchase any food from hot & herbs!

Ordered some food from then on uber eats, waited about an hour for food to arrive only for them to cancel it after an hour, could've just cancelled it at the start.

Not impressed at all, order was missing quite a few items so phoned up to let them know. They sent out their driver to rectify, but still managed to mess it up. The curry was nice, portions were average but we all had terrible stomachs the day after - the word 'explosive' doesn't do it justice, let's leave it there.

Ordered from these a few times and the food and service has always been spot on. Had an order delivered tonight and it was here in under 10 minutes.

When the venue for our daughters wedding told us that they suddenly couldn’t do the catering due to COVID - Hot & Herbs stepped in for us and we are so glad. We have been getting our food there for a VERY long time and when we asked the manager If he could cater for a small party - on a night that they were closed - he agreed immediately. The food was delivered piping hot, right on time and all of our guests enjoyed it so much they will be changing where they get their usual take away from. It was delicious - as usual and made our daughters evening - we want to say a great BIG THANKYOU.

I'm so fussy when it comes to a curry so was so happy I found this place!! Really tasty, good portion sizes, and a keema nan that was packed with meat! Can't recommend it enough.

Tonight we phoned a order for a curry and meat man bread we picked it up got home and found it was wrong took it back instead of giving us fresh order they gave us the old stuff back it was cold won't be going there again

Ordered online got delivery slot. Over an hour late! Called before and assured would be hot when delivered. Arrived just over an hour late cold. Not impressed called and wasn’t prepared to collect woth new hot order. Won’t be going there again

Visited this takeaway at least 6 times a month friendly staff incredible food fresh clean tried other curry houses this best quality food yet premises basic nothing fancy but what you see what you get nothing too hide the kitchen and cooking on full display feel confident basic old building but clean see them soon for yet another lovely meal mr mrs Sutton Iwade Sittingbourne

Was very quick response and delivery time. Very authentic and tasty flavours. I had the mixed kebab starter and chicken tikka madras. Very good chicken tikka for both starter & main. Would recommend and use again.

Well my son suggested we had an Indian takeaway tonight from Hot & Herbs and good job we did because it was the best I’ve had for a long time. Just excellent my only slight criticism was naan bread could have been cooked a little bit longer but this didn’t ruin a fabulous meal.

The food is great and delicious. The staff are excellent. The prices are good.

Bits missed of the order. When I rang to get those delivered they said that they can't as its too far. They also can't refund for those, so just left out of pocket. Avoid at all cost

Food turned up 40 minutes late and was cold, I call the restaurant to complain about and he was rude to me and asked me what do you expect me to do now the foods been delivered? Clearly he could of arranged another delivery and taken the pre cooked cold food away but he didn't and offered no solution to resolve the issue. Will definitely not be ordering anything from this place again.

Three different curries... all tasted the same the food was oily, the oil stained the worktops and frankly was very poor standard, a waste of £40!

The food was unfortunately, a complete let down. Everything was absolutely drowning in oil. The Madras tasted like chip shop curry with chilli powder in it, and the chicken tikka, although it was by far the best thing we ordered, tasted like something from a Chinese restaurant. The popadoms were stale and soggy to top it all off. I dont usually write negative reviews, but in all honesty, this is the worst Indian I've ever had. The delivery driver was nice though and it arrived on time.... even though it would have been better if it didn't turn up at all.

Food was very late, order was wrong and the guy is rude he hung up on me whilst trying to sort the order to take another call, I had to go back to store to sort it after ordering online for delivery.

Item missing from order, called restaurant and they said will give me a free one next time? Well theoretically I’ve already paid for it luckily justeat credited me the value back. Poppadoms must of been left uncovered as was stale and soft. Not much flavour. Won’t be returning

Awful food. One curry was tasteless and runny, the other was disgusting. Naan was grainy and gooey. Only thing we ate was poppadoms. Total waste of money.

Onion bajis were rock hard and the popodoms were stale. After having to pay for delivery and then a 50p fee and then cost to change a meal from the set meals shich other takeaways are fine with. Wont be ordering here again
