Great staff and amazing desserts so so nice

My previous review of 3 months ago has sadly been soured by my most recent experience. Long story short, the toilet has been closed for at LEAST 12 months. The kind employee let us use it last time (there didn't seem to be anything wrong) but apparently this time it's flooded. I needed to use the loo badly enough that I didn't feel comfortable eating there, so we went to 'spoons instead. Kaspas, sort your stuff out and actually fix your toilet! To have one is a legal requirement, and customers who have walked into town that might need to use it are going to be put off by the lack of access to one. Edit: To address Kaspa's reply, I have sent Kaspas an email explaining the situation. It is a legal requirement for a restaurant of that size to provide working toilets. EDIT 21/03/25: STILL NO WORKING TOILETS!! I would advise customers to take a short drive to the Isle of Sheppey, where there is a Creams offering similar food but crucially parking AND a working toilet!

food came cold even when delivered on correct time. food portions have also became smaller so for the price it’s useless.

Took my son here for a birthday treat, staff was super lovely. They wished my son a happy birthday and went out of their way to make it a good experience for him 🙂. Thankyou so much.

Ordered 3 items as a treat: waffle, cookie dough, and a sundae. Didn’t receive any of the cold items (the sundae or the soft serve ice cream for both other desserts).

Really tasty and much better in foil containers they don’t leak or stick 👍🏻

Shouldnt of taken a hour to be delivered.. No updates given.. Waffles cold.. Cookie dough cold. Souch for a suprise week day treat for the grandchildren!

Banofee waffle was not very nice. Wage was soggy in placed, little toppings had I not added to it, very little sauce to the point I could barely taste it if I didnt know that's what it was supposed to be. Very disappointing.

1 star. Never ordering from this scummy place again. Ordered on deliveroo and the driver apparently attempted delivery while my partner was at home upstairs yet somehow it failed. Never order from this jank place

driver arrived with just ice cream. no waffles. £46 for 4 pots of ice cream. restaurant not answering. unable to get hold of them to get sorted. sent driver back with ice cream to get the rest of my order

I left a complaint on the drink I didn’t get and still didn’t get an answer or anything back

Unfortunately Milkshake was far to sweet

Made a specific request for driver not to knock door as children asleep. This was ignored and driver rang door, resulting in waking my youngest child up

What I love most about Kaspas is that even delivered, the quality is as wonderful as it is in-house.

Smoothie was warm. Ice cream was stale. Not the greatest.

Clean, friendly, and great food. Dogs welcome, and lots of items on the menu to choose from.

At first glance, a very pleasant atmosphere.the food good. We ordered 2 waffles and 2 ice cream. 1 star because ...after the visit on Friday, Me ( mum) and my 3 children (9, 4, 4). there were EVERYONE SICK after the visit. The children vomited and had diarrhea and temperature all the time night and next day. but my symptoms appeared a little later (i never had such bad green liquid diarrhea) womited and temperature too. TUESDAY now, my daughter,4 y.o not well cannot eat anything and I are still feeling not well feel sick, diarrhea, temperature since Saturday. Not good. dunno if we go ever again there.

Horrible service. Second time here and once again we were the only ones so that should have been a clue to turn around when we saw the place empty. Ordered a waffle and given a crepe so returned it and got the world's smallest scoop of gelato. Went to complain and was told well that's the size of our scoop then watched the staff stare and talk about us thereafter. Charged us for a children's glass bowl with toppings yet all we were served was just the ice cream. Not impressed at all. Will rather go across to the island to go to Creams or just make it myself at home. Avoid this particular place!

Not good items are missing and we would like a refund for our missing items

For nearly £10 i think there could've been more strawberries, not sure who made it this time but I'd like way more strawberries next time please. Also, i order the vanilla ice cream with it, why do you send a pot of canned whipped cream too? it's awful stuff, keep it.

Only bad thing was the cookie dough was in a melted metal container and the whole cookie dough tasted of metal.

We ordered cookie dough, and was expecting it to come in a cardboard box like normal but came in a foil takeaway container. The container was burnt right through the foil. Didn't realise until it was too late, and we ended up eating a bit of the foil. Will not be eating again from here, really not impressed.

App not working for dine in as no internet. Not told when seated, no manager available to speak to and supervisor wouldn’t come out of the back to speak to me. Still waiting for a refund, as food order didn’t go through, visited over two weeks ago now. Strangely though the money got taken out of bank account. Customer service is appalling. UPDATE you have all the copies from my daughter.

The portion for the ice are half a scoop. Such a shame that because you choose the delivery you receive less ice!!!!!

Man that worked there on saturday 27th January sittingbourne branch treatened my 13 year old daughter, saying he was gonna cuck them in his van and chop them up disgusting behaviour don't let your young kids go there ,and she is no angle but to say things like that to children is disgusting .

I visited Kaspa's Dessert's and the staff were really friendly, and the place was very clean, and all of the products were in their right place. One of the staff I spoke to knew exactly what she was talking about when I asked her certain questions, and she made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely be visiting kaspa's dessert again, I had such a good experience, and I got exactly what I ordered.

waffles were cold . ice cream was melted . slushie was melted and all juice by the tike it turned up very disappointed.

Strawberry Sundae had no strawberries at all, dont expect it to look like the picture but the description says fresh strawberries, disappointing and overall taste was boring. Popcorn waffle was nice. Delivery time kept getting pushed back.

Ordered 3 waffles and one of them was wrong. Phoned the store and they said sorry it’s not their fault and told me to go through just eat. Requested a refund for the waffle that was wrong. Still waiting!!

The staff are really friendly which makes such a difference! It's not been too busy when I've been there so we get served quickly. The kids love it!

Lovely ice cream but very poor customer service. One of the staff is very rude, lack greeting manner and very arrogant. I truly believe she is the reason why the rest of the staff is unhappy and customers not wanting to dine.

Lovely little place. We enjoyed our time, even though it was a very busy Saturday. No parking close by. You have to walk to the high street. But well worth it!

My ice cream leaked all out the bag

Partners food was burnt quite badly, my food was rubbery. The other order we had was excellent though from the other week!

Although delivery was very early I realised it’s because they forgot my main order which was the crepe. I got my drink, ice cream and whipped cream which I’d ordered with my crepe but I was missing the crepe so a bit poor really.

Everything I ordered was hot & fresh, and the service was fast. The problem was I couldn't use my card. If I didn't have another card with me, I wouldn't have been able to pay.

Something very rare to find, extra nice staff in kaspas, they were very lovely and the ice cream was yummy

The add ins for the cookie dough have been removed which is a real shame! I loved having the add ons and it’s not the same without it.

Quickest delivery I’ve ever had from a dessert takeaway hence I order at least once a week, their cookie dough blows my mind and I’m absolutely obsessed.

Generally, all good, but keep an eye on the receit. Make sure you have paid only for what you ordered.

8.39 for a pancake with black bananas won't order it again far expensive for what u get

Definitely not the place for value for money! £14 for the special and it's just a teeny cookie (digestive biscuit size, with 4 pieces of bueno on 🫣🤣!

Ordered extras and didn’t receive them and waffle was cold even though came early

when ordering the food, i put in the right address at the start and then when paying it changed it to a different address. i didn’t realise till after paying. i rung kaspas to see if i could change address as i couldn’t contact the driver. they said there was nothing they could do and they would get the driver to contact me. the driver never did ring me to see where the correct address was, and took it to the wrong one and said he delivered it and i never received my order.
