Ordered a 1/4 pounder with cheese and get no bun !!!!!! Since when do you order a burger and don’t get the bun? Absolutely shocking

Nothing fast about this fast food joint, waited an age for my order to be taken, at least 12 cars in the car park waiting for food, theybeven managed to get the car parked next to me order wrong!!

food was great thanks for the free wrap which was great delivered very quick but food was cold

They apparently lost our order... Driver was sat outside waiting for an hour according to the app. Food was saturated in grease and barely warm when it finally arrived. Did manage to get everything right, just a shame it was cold, greasy and took an hour and 40 minutes to arrive.

My granddaughter Happy-meal didn’t get many chips and was cold .Manager wouldn’t accept this albeit other outlets provided better portion and was hot. I e mailed complaint and awaiting response. The service is not the same as it used to be McDonalds losing focus on customer service.

Had a problem with the app on arrival saying I wasn't there as I use the collect from parking bay, had to go into the restaurant where the server was having problems locating us on the system, the manager came and managed to redo our order and still use our points all with minimal fuss

Most of the time I get food from here, some of the items are missing, I had to go back to collect missing items. It is very frustrating

I gave the guy the code, checked my food and was the wrong order gave him the food back he came back with my food that had all been opened (idk what had been done to it) so I gave it back now waiting on a refund

Delivery time kept changing Nearly missed breakfast for my son on his birthday before school

Despite using the app I always have to wait when using the drive through even though I'm ordering normal stock items. Never have anything cooked ready. Getting the order right 9 times out of 10 and once got somebody else's order altogether. As for atmosphere I've used McDonald's in all areas of the country including seedier parts of London and this is the only one I've ever known to need an SIA security guard on the door.

Had a lovely worker called Karen come and talk to me and my kids this morning, made us feel very welcome, the hash brown bites where cold so that made up for it.

Got a few things from there before, the self serve screens are always really slow and can't scan barcodes or anything. There's a guy in the back on day shift that packs food really fast like I can't describe it in words I felt intimidated by the speed he was packing it was on the level of an Aldi cashier like that guy has no business being on McDonald's wages. Anyways it's decent you don't have to wait too long for food and they make it quite alright. It's a demure and mindful place overall

Went there they tried to scam us when I had a £1.99 deal but it came up to £8 gave them £10 got 1.53 change went back there and only got £3 back. Brought a hot chocolate the cup is leaking your lucky that it was my drink and not my younger sisters or kids drink! Burnt myself 4 times I am not happy and I may go further

Burgers are terrible, and paper taste!The fries,almost every time, are served without any salt on them and uneatable after a few minutes!The company is not bringing new ideas (like in other countries) or new recipes in the menu! McMuffin and the Wrap are the only things attractive for me there!

Online ordering has thankfully improved, and it's better to order through the McDonald's app. In-store, McDonald's Sittingbourne, the staff are friendly, and are really good with my child who has additional needs

Absolutely shocking! Got our main meal and then got home after the drive home and our chicken sandwiches wasn't in the bag! Make sure you check your bags when you get a takeaway. I always tell myself to do it but for some reason this time i didn’t check and i’ve paid the price. I’m not getting anything from here ever again. Rubbish.

Go to another mcdonalds, every single time we've been there they have forgotten something, be it a whole meal, the sides or something. Without fail ever order has 1 item missing. The latest was the chips missing from all 3 meals in our order. Incredibly consistently terrible.

Men's toilets smell of pee and the hand dryer still doesn't work, only blows out for about 2 seconds. Other than that that the place is fine. Staff are really good and friendly.

Full of Teenagers charging phones, talking rubbish very loudly. Taking up a large amount of seating inside. Staff did address this but maybe not as they could have, probably due to the brash nature of the Teens and the fact that the staff were not much older The service received was very good and quick. And the food was cooked and tasty

Worst meal I have ever had at a McDonald's. Chips were dry burger was a mess and my milkshake was only half full. There answer to that was to fill it with vanilla ice cream. Customer service was totally none existent

It was ok, had better McDonald's elsewhere, my big mac looked like someone had sat on it, my medium milkshake was only just over half full, not normally like that, but when does a big mac look like the pic on the signs lol

Half off my order was missing which ment my children had to go to school hungry as the taxi was waiting for there food to come and half of it was missing I ordered it at 6.50am it came after 8am

Had a detour at this place on the way to London. The worst experience/ interaction I had by far. Every single staff member was looking at me like I don't belong here. There were 5 customers after me. All of them got served, and I had to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes to get a Happy Meal and an Iced coffee. Im not going to judge anyone, but I hope you will understand what I'm trying to say and how they treat them when they see a different coloured skin.

I ordered cheese bites with the rest of my order. When I got to the window to pay she read out what was on the order. She said garlic bread balls, I said no and repeated what I'd ordered to be told we don't do those anymore, but she had taken the order and just put them on instead. My grandson checked the bag and half the order was missing. What's the point of going through the drive thru to then have to park up and go inside to get the rest of the order. It's not the first time it's happened either. I'll take the kids in to eat next time, will save a lot of sodding about

Food was cold!!!!.Chips were ancient!!!!! Items missing from order!!!!. Just chucked the lot in the bin! Not acceptable at 10:45pm when the restaurant would be quiet!! Then deleivery took 35 minutes!

There are 3 McDonalds in the area, this one is middle of the road. It's not the worst but definitely not the best. The staff are lovely but stressed as it has a lot of trouble being so close to town, they now have bouncers which I completely understand why they have hired them. The food varies, sometimes it's fresh, sometimes it's not. Sometimes they're generous, sometimes they're stingy. Wait times can also vary depending on which staff are on.

Fries we're cold today which annoyed me as I ate them straight away so should have been hot still. Had to wait for a double cheeseburger meal which is ridiculous in my opinion. Drive through staff were brilliant though.

Is a good McDonald's, I have gastric issues that make it quite hard to eat fast food, however personally I have never been sick from this place if told, they will cook fresh.

put in an order at 7am, got a phone call at 7.27 am (no hot chocolate)!! NO PROBLEMS with the DELIVERY DRIVER...just McDonald's kitchen sent out COLD FOOD AND COFFEE. reluctant to order from there again.

Food was hot which is always a good start quick service

The biscoff ice cream was delicious, the ice cream was smooth and the biscoff pieces were crunchy. The oreo ice cream was delicious as well, and the pieces of oero was crunchy and the ice cream was smooth. The atmosphere was good, and the customer service was brilliant as always.

Ordered a sausage and egg muffin and cuppa coffee on the app before I got there as I was on the way to catch a train and had some spare time. Waited almost 10 minutes before having to give up and run for the train - meal lost and no refund as I couldn't afford to wait any longer.....when I complained and asked why my order was taking so long I was first accused of shouting and then told that it's my fault as "You should get up earlier"! They clearly prioritise drive through ahead of serving at the counter........I will not use again and now get my breakfast in Victoria Street McDonalds.

Absolute jokers, asked for no strawberry syrup in my frozen lemonade and they gave me have a cup of lemonade, they dont put half a cup of strawberry syrup so why have i only got half a cup of lemonade its a joker 5th time now an food was cold , your all lazy and need sacking

The food i ordered was not cooked through and was cold i also found a long blonde hair in my meal I went to request a fresh one when i observed multiple members of staff including management were not wearing hair nets whilst preparing and serving food when I asked why, a member of staff informed me that management do not have to wear hair nets I think its a bad example on their employees as it is basic food hygiene I definitely won't be visiting this branch again after witnessing such poor demonstration.

The girl giving the food out at the window is so rude, Friday 3rd at 06:20 I placed my order and drove round, there wasn't anyone at the window you have to pay at so I drove to the collection window. The girl asked if I had paid, I explained no because there wasn't anyone at the first window. She turned around and said to me, well your have to drive round now, I explained there is 7 people behind me can you not just go to the other window and grab the wireless card reader. She smiled and said no with a horrid attitude then when I was continuing to speak just walked off. Her attitude stinks and should not be working in a customer engagement role as she obviously hasn't got any customer service skills.

Jus got home to see my breakfast order wrong disappointing orderd a muffin with no egg or butter but got put in it. Pancakes had no syrup or butter and were almost stone cold after a five minute drive ide say everyday bobbin do it better

Just the run of the mill establishment, but at least you know what the quality of the food and drink is going to be like. The triple Cheeseburger is very good value for money at the moment 👍 Update 13/04/24..... If you are a lover of Tomato Ketchup, try the new "Rich Tomato Sauce Pods" , they taste more "Italian" and with less sweetness of the standard variety. 😁

My burger was slapped together all uneven and had way too much mustard sauce and tomato sauce in it and you couldn't taste the burger or onions etc. Very unappetising.

The food was supposed to be delivered at 23:47 but was delivered at 23:41 as the delivery driver had not updated their estimated time. When the driver knocked on my door they were holding the drinks bag in the hand they were knocking with and knocked so hard they dropped my drink they picked it up and handed it to me without saying a word ,leaving me with half of it and a whole mess to clean up as it was all over my doorstep and hallway as it was dripping off the door. I would like some compensation

Ordered through the McDonalds app. The burger, arguably the most important part of the meal was missing from this order, so I was left to eat chips and have a drink. When customer service was called, the only option was a refund. This was no good as I ordered food because I was hungry and after the experience with McDonald's was still left hungry. The photo is proof of the lack of a burger, only my hungry belly remains. Was refunded £2.82 for a double quarter pounder burger but the 3 item meal in total is around £9...

Waited over a hour for the food to arrive and then when does arrive it’s freezing cold coffee was even cold delivery person had very bad hygiene also

So.. I mean it's McDonald's so never expect much.. however chips did turn up cold and no dips that I paid for arrived. One thing I was pleasantly surprised by was the Frank's Mcspicy.. hot in flavour and delicious. If you're a spice fan this is for you!!

Didn't get my full order, breakfast roll was just bacon in a roll nothing else. Wasn't wrapped proper so got cold, rest of order was ok but the roll if bag wasn't seal i would swear my roll had stuff taken out of it
