As ever, The Dinner House provided a fresh, hot, delicious meal. I can’t fault it, it’s my go to (and I’m fussy). Really quick delivery and polite, friendly delivery person. It’s really good

Fantastic! Food was piping hot and tasty, delivered on time aswell.

First time ordering of these food was 5 mins late but didnt matter. Was atchully very nice the curry was nice and thick sweet and sour was bang on. Just everything was very nice thank you.

Food was actually really nice. Service was terribly however, the lady serving was obviously neglecting us and another table on all you can eat menu, while the table that chose a la carte menu was served quickly and constantly. It was quiet and at the start of service only 3-4 tables there and the woman was very rude to the man working there, talking down at him and shouting at him at times. The atmosphere was terrible as it was deathly quiet as there was no music and when asked if some could be put on “it’s broke and I don’t know how to fix it”. It’s a real shame as pricing it’s not terrible and the food genuinely was really nice - but the lady seemingly running it ruined the experience and blatantly wanted to serve all you can eat as little as possible. We where there for about an hour and a half and where served 3 lots of dishes, and they limit you to two items per order (can’t just order a mixed au derves/appetisers like at most all you can eats.

Missing food. Called the restaurant was told it was on its way, nothing came!

Ordered a takeway. Got completely the wrong dishes, were supposed to be satay chicken and singapore noodles, and when we complained they argued we were wrong and told us to take back to the shop. Expensive Awful food, wouldnt use ever again!

Ordered Satay Chicken and Singapore Noodles and a couple of other dishes. The chicken dish was definately NOT satay and the noodles were normal chow mien with a super spicy addition. Contacted the shop who argued for sometime that they were correct and even suggest we take the dishes back to prove they were wrong. All the time our expensive food was getting cold. Wouldnt recommend or use ever again!

Nice food, friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere when you go in. We mainly use them for takeout but wouldn’t be opposed to dining in.

Food was piping hot, but got the sharing platter, which mostly consists of salt and pepper chicken, chips, etc. Nothing really had much of the salt and pepper seasoning at all, most of the chips tasted plain. If there was more seasoning would have been really good!

Second time I've ordered from here. Food is lovely, in my opinion best in Sittingbourne. Will definitely order again.

Only 2 onion rings. Curry sauce not even heated up (jellyfield still) ribs dry. No seasoning on salt and pepper chips. Utterly disappointed

Chicken Satay and Seafood Satay had no Satay flavour, definitely not what I have had before, very bland!

Food was lovely, experience unfortunately ruined by late food and on arrival being accused of not paying.

Received two messages saying order was delayed, ordered at 7.20pm for original delivery by 8.30pm, delayed twice. Second delivery time been and gone. Called at 9.06pm to be told driver left 15 minutes before. It's now 9.21pm and it's still not here. Restaurant is a 7 minute drive from our house. Called again to be told the driver "couldnt find us" chips under cooked and just vile. Food luke warm. First and last time ordering

Had a delivery tonight from this "restaurant" took over 2 hours to deliver instead of the 30 minutes promised. Stone cold undercooked food. Please do not waste your money and just go to Mings instead. Shocking!

Really happy as a first time customer. The food was delivered 5 mins earlier than estimated and was hot. The food is actually really tasty and has that old school Chinese flavour profile. Clean and not dripping in fat. My only real issue is that the sharing box was meant to be salt and pepper chips and S&P chicken but there was next to no salt, and the garlic was overdone so offers no flavour, just it was quite under seasoned which was really disappointing as the rest of the food was delicious.

Food was late, called and told it was on the way. The delivery driver called seconds later to say they were still at the shop and needed directions to my house from the restaurant. Language barrier and eneded up getting shouted at by the delivery driver repeatedly. I thought she would have a sat nav. The food was awful, the worse chinise I've had. Bone dry with no flavor at all. No egg in the egg fried rice. First time using this restaurant. Won't use it again.

Delivery time kept being put back. Food arrived cold. With various other past issues with the we won't be back.

We all had a great meal for my birthday and the staff and service was excellent. It’s a quiet restaurant but I think that’s because of location only. Would definitely visit again.,

sat by table near radiator the cook was very rude order came out wrong and everything over cooked with no flavour the crispy duck u could of broke a window with how hard it was rice was like bullets

Ordered a House Special Chow Mein but received a Special Rice instead. Everything else was fine

I have used this restaurant before and it was so much better, just put this down to a bad day at the office.

Just eat messaged to say that order would be late. I contacted the restaurant at this point to see how delayed the order was. Was advised at this point that my order had just left with the drive ... 30mins later no food, call again and was kept on hold while they contacted the driver. Then I was advised that the driver had had an issue with another house and he would be another 10mins. I asked at this point what they would do about cold food as by the time we got the food it would have left the restaurant at least 40mins earlier. Then advised to call back if there was a problem with the food. 15 mins after this call the food was delivered. Chips were cold Chicken balls were cold Rice was warm Noodles warm Hongkong chicken warm (All cold within 5 mins of being played!) Called at this point and was said we were so hungry we would just eat what we could (chips were all ready in the microwave) but that it really wasn't good enough spending in excess of £30 for a two of us is not something we do often so it was extremely disappointing. I was offered 15% of next order ... Advised this was the first and last time we would order and I didn't see why I should have to pay full price for cold food. Advised that person on the phone couldnt do anymore than that only the manager could and she was on a delivery. I could call back in 40mins. I said I wanted her to call the manager (like she had the driver) was in hold sometime while she did this and we were then offered a refund for the chips as these would have been the coldest!!! I asked for a call back from the manager... Not heard from them yet but this just isn't good enough. This was meant to be a treat an instead it was a disappointment as was the customer service!

Busy night so collection took a little longer than expected. Great food!

Food arrived 30 mins late and we had 2 dishes missing, one dish was wrong and the chips was soggy and cold. Then when we rang up to get it sorted they said will remake other 2 dishes we said no will remake all and we bring it back and they seemed shocked we wanted all replaced. Then when my partner got there the lady was rude and shouting at him as he named a dish wrong. Terrible service..we had a bad experience 5 years ago the food was good then but it was 2 hours late and we haven't used since but thought we try again. Wish we didn't.

Despite pre ordering the delivery was 45 minutes late, and then when it did arrive half of the food was cold!

Rang up to find out where my order was and was told it left 15 minutes ago when food did arrive it was cold so called to tell them only to be called a liar by the chef never again

Food was cold, ribs and chicken were tough, lamb curry was more mushroom than lamb.

We went on a Monday evening for dinner and we were the only people at opening. A few people came for take away but they missed out on the all you can eat buffet! The food is tasty and ordered to the table so it is hot and fresh. The spring rolls were incredible. The staff were attentive and friendly. Will be visiting again.

The sauces were very watery and bland. Squid was nice but the beef in black bean and king prawn in oyster sauce had very little flavour and just in a watery sauce.

Ordered the salt and pepper box and all the meat was so dry.

Had a take away and food was amazing :) in fact it was delicious :))

Food was delicious, best Chinese I’ve had in the area for some time. Slight issue with some of the order but was rectified quickly with a phone call. Will definitely be using again!

I enjoyed the crispy pancake rolls. Slightly greasy but hot & delicious. Nice King Prawn Curry and Egg Fried Rice. Will visit for takeaway again.

A lovely birthday meal here tonight. We were a very large group and they looked after us all very well, despite us giving them no notice for special dietary requirements and extra numbers of people. Food was delicious as always and the eat as much as you like was a bit more expensive than usual (thanks to the cost of living rise) bit still good value for money.

I have ordered several times. Every time an item has been forgotten, however the food was good. Tonight our entire meal ended up in the bin. Watered down curry, with a strange texture to the chicken. Tasteless chow mien with hardly any noodles, mostly beansprouts and onion and everything just tasted awful. Shame because lovely staff but won’t be ordering again unfortunately

Food was good as usual but we specifically requested no onions due to an intolerance and there was onion in the house chow mien so we had to swap meals and didn’t get to eat what we wanted.

Unfortunately will not be ordering again, the food was very bland and didn’t resemble Chinese food. Ordered food in plenty of time for delivery even phoned to make sure they had the correct delivery time, it was still 20 minutes late.

When I walked in I was a bit concerned, this was found to be totally unfounded. The food was excellent, tasty and well prepared. The service was also very good. As for the Atmosphere, it was about 4 on a Sunday afternoon, lets face it just about anywhere is a bit lacking in the Atmosphere department then. My advice is just to try it and see how good it is.

Missing items yet again, seems to be every week now from here. May have to start thinking about going elsewhere.

The meal was superb, so glad we gave them a go, we weren't dissapointed, infact we have nearly another meal left over for tomorrows lunch... Huge portion sizes... Absolutely top marks from me and my family

Ordered the vegetarian Singapore noodles and got the regular version delivered instead.

They missed one of our portions on our meal but delivered it in 5 minutes , GREAT customer service and good food.

Great food. We did an extra large order as we had loads of family visiting. They cooked everything quick and it all tasted good 👍🏼

The food was awful! The duck was full of more fat than meat. The pancakes and cucumber were slimy! They forgot our veg curry - we had to wait nearly an hour for that to arrive and when it did that was watery. I won’t be ordering from here again

We moved to the area recently and it was the first time we ate there. Don’t look like much from the outside but we ate in anyway and I'm so happy we did! The food was delicious! It was very quiet in the restaurant, only 2 other people eating in which was a shame as they deserve more diners but it was a great opportunity to talk to our lovely waitress which was nice. I would 100% recommend it to anyone! We had the all you can eat buffet which had a great variety of food but I would say it was a little bit more expensive compared to a takeaway.

Once again, a delicious meal from my favourite. I really have never had a bad meal at the Dinner House. Was delivered so quickly and lovely delivery person too. Thanks again.

This Chinese is fantastic. The staff are very friendly. I am an expert when it comes to Chinese take aways and this Chinese is 10 out of 10.

My husband and I have just left this little gem of a restaurant , having dined there for his birthday, the owner went above and beyond for us and the food was amazing, different class, we are here for three days on business and we will definitely be driving up from London to experience this again, food, service, Ambience ticked all our boxes, thank you Dinner House, made our evening . Especially your duck and spring rolls .

We ordered house special chow mein and got house special rice, the prawns in Hong Kong style s&s were soggy, the duck was very dry, real shame as we've had some great meals from here before. Won't be going back

Absolutely AWFUL experience. Restaurant got our order wrong, we ring up and ask if they could send the right item, 45 minutes later the replacement order turns up and its the same wrong thing! We ring again and told a replacement will be with us in 10 minutes, 30 minutes later a no show. Ring up asking for some sort of compensation to be told there’s nothing they can do. An order that was ordered at 5:30 is only just being eaten at 8:15, almost 3 hours and frustrating phone calls. To make it even worse, one of the delivery drivers was so rude, back chatting and getting angry at us for their own mistakes! To which the restaurant replied “we are aware that particular driver is a problem” - not a good face for the business is it?! I was a regular customer, but i will never be ordering from this restaurant again as they clearly do not value their customers or care about delivering a good experience.

I won’t be ordering here again. This is the 2nd order in a row Iv had to wait 2 hours! Foods great but delivery time is a joke
