Orderd food from raise tonight an most of it was cold by the time it was delivered, on top of the we orderd it through just eat an put in notes to do Singapore chow main without prawns an it turned up with them in it, then called them to hopefully get this sorted out with them for them to tell me they didn't get my note so not our problem so won't be using them again

Great meals as usual with lots of variety, lovely environment and excellent staff. The service is second to none.

We ate here a few years ago and I suffered food poisoning. We returned here a few days ago and nothing much has changed. Several of the food containers were almost cold along with their contents. The staff are constant hovering around the table trying to empty your plate at the first hint of you putting down your knife and fork. Overpriced for the quality of food/service.

Very good place to eat as much as you like. Food is very good plenty to choose from.

do not answer the phone all I wanted was a takeaway, from them it was £48 found Chinese a Chinese cheaper £35 same order.... & last time I went there food wasn't consistent it was all leftovers and this was for a birthday party shame

The food was excellent and great service

I placed a large order with this Chinese takeaway for a family celebration. Over an hour after the estimated delivery time, I contacted the restaurant for an update. I was then informed that the food had been delivered to the wrong address. The manager that I spoke with on the phone said the driver had delivered to the wrong address and did not follow the delivery instructions which stated “please call when you are outside”. I was then told by the manger that due to the drivers error he would replace the food and send the driver out immediately with a fresh order. I was told this would be 20 minutes. A short while after this phone call, I was called and said that I must cancel the order as they had already given the food out and will not be cooking it again despite the error falling with their company. Seconds later, I received a text saying order cancelled. This was over 2 hours since I originally placed my order. Over the phone, the manager was rude and dismissive, showing poor customer service skills. He offered no apology or any attempt to rectify their mistake. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received.

Wasn't much food left for eamayl restaurant. They were cleaning up around us, ready to close, even though it was open for another 2 hours. Took our £20 each first though .

What a lovely place to eat. Friendly welcome, everything explained, food amazing. It wasn't busy when we visited, but we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Will definitely be returning.

Went to this buffet on Sunday at 2pm was empty except for one table spent £35 and for the food was not nice horrible and after I had eaten this few hour later did not feel to well ended up having to go A&E because of the food so please don’t go to this place it is not nice I would never go there again

We tried the lunch buffet and couldn't fault it. Great variety, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.we will definitely be back and would certainly recommend others to visit. 👍

Lovely Chinese buffet food, been a few times now and have always been made to feel very welcome by staff. Also a change in service you now have to pay before eating, but I guess this is due unscrupulous customers making off without paying.

The food is ok and the place is clean. The desert is comparatively better than others with the chocolate fountain is a star our the kids. We come again 1 year later and the standard can be kept.

Was here on Saturday 27/05/23 restaurant was empty, and after trying their buffet I could see why. Shredded Duck not only smelled off it tasted it too, the variety of dishes have gone downhill also with them no longer serving sweet and sour chicken balls. Was here August last year but things have seen a significant change in quality and in food. The guy behind the till was nice and tentative but that was only Raise's saving grace.

Used to be ok but it’s gone down hill. The crispy chilli chicken and/or the shredded chicken has no chicken in it and I’m not just being funny there is genuinely no chicken and I checked almost every little bit. Was a brown, dry & splintery, unknown ingredient in place of chicken and that’s if you’re lucky, might aswell have ate cracking with sauce on it. Was the same a couple months ago and months before that too. It was good when they opened nd progressively worse. Also asked for no prawn in chow mein and got prawns.. ain’t allergic so picked them out but the special chow mein was something I could knock up with no experience with it, barely warm. Last time I order from them unfortunately

Only ever had delivery but the food has always been tasty, hot, good size portions and delivered quickly.

Visited this evening 01/04/23. Food was good, service was great. Really enjoyed ourselves. UNTIL....thought id check with the server (not stating him/her as dont want them in trouble) before leaving a tip that they get to keep their tip money. I was then informed they do not get to keep the tips that THEY EARN. The service was great, very helpful and polite. I know its a buffet but they still bring drinks, check everything okay, help with any requests and clear up. Beware....if u tip your server your just lining the pockets of their employer on top of your bill.

First time dining in & really disappointed. Food was as if we were customers getting lunch leftovers. Dishes I did manage to get a scrap out of wasn't great.. Shame

Pancakes were hard around the edges as were some of the noodles due to being under heat lamps. Other food was tepid at best and a number of containers for the buffet were empty.

Went for lunch with my daughter and sister was shocked at how much food was in the dishes (hardly any) soon as it was topped up with small amounts it went and slow at topping up, lucky if I had 3 piece of satay chicken (walnut size) Ithey have stopped doing chicken balls aswell for £13.95 each for some chips and plain chow mein was expensive my daughter had egg fried rice and seaweed not much else was there we gave up waiting for more food we wont be going back for nearly £36 with 2 pepsi was NOT worth the money.

We went for lunch for my sons birthday and he really enjoyed it.

Went with wife, daughter and son in law - I realise their policy has changed recently and you have to pay for your meal up front. However, we ordered a second drink which was brought over to the table promptly but, whilst still eating and drinking, the waitress came over, interrupted our conversation and meal and asked us " are you going to be having any more drinks" to which we replied that we didn't know at that point. So she told us to come to the bar and pay up! Just rude - why don't they take the card machine to the table at point of sale?

There was six of us today, adults and one child of 13 months even charged for the child £4. Can’t believe that,the food was very scarce and we was in there at 1 o’clock. There was no prawns of any type to be had the tries barely empty. I was a little bit embarrassed to be to have invited my friends there. To my friends, I’m sorry but we still had a good time amongst ourselves Xx

We ordered a takeaway, unfortunately we had the wrong order delivered. They were so apologetic and quickly delivered the correct food. The food was delicious, large portions and hot when it arrived. We all make mistakes, but the attitude when informed, doesn't detract from the rating!

Poor food, wrong order sent out twice now both for allergies! So was thrown in the bin! Chips was under cooked Curry was asked for a curry with onion instead sent mushroom curry with no onions Asked for Singapore no shrimp or veg sent out with shrimp and veg after putting allergic to shrimp. Spare ribs was not sent but when they was was basically bones with some onions

Food was nice and staff were friendly, but to be charged over £75 for 2 adults and 2 children was a bit much. I'm assuming they charged adult prices for all of us. Bearing in mind my youngest is 3 years old. Sadly I didn't question it at the time as I didn't see any prices. But looking online at the menus I now have an understanding of there prices and feel they definitely charged adult prices for the 2 kids.

Ok but. There were unsupervised children running all over the place . I suggest you don't store plates below the counter where I observed an unsupervised child using the storage alcove where plates were stored to climb on / sit on. (a health and safety failure) SORT IT BEFORE IT GETS REPORTED

Went with 3 of my teens, niece and mum the food was nice not hot, it was the staff constantly watching what we ate, told us if we leave lots of food we are charged £5 each. Made to feel uncomfortable, othwr than thos it was a clean restaurant, personally I wouldn't go again. If restaurant has posters on wall that we all clearly see there is no need for staff to comment and watch everything we do, we are adults and are clearly not silly enough to waste alot of food. My teenagers also knew not to do this as well, my mum is a regular customer and knows not to waste food so I can't see why u would tell us and follow us around and keep watching us eating. Very disappointed with service, and wouldn't go again. If you look at your negative reviews, ur food is cold and dry, watching over people eating is bad manners. Don't bother eating here if you want to pay nearly £20 each without a drink for dinner u will waste ur money and not enjoy ur time.

3 Off us enjoyed a very nice Chinese meal, Jo's awesome at customer service, and we felt very look after, first time there and pointed out where everything was and if any was empty to just ask and they would make sure there was more. Must say best Buffett I had in Kent.. Highly recommend.. Thank you, will be there again very soon I sure..

Went for a family meal here last night for my wedding anniversary. Do not know where to start to be honest. Nearly everything was empty, nothing seemed fresh, nothing restocked and it if was it took a long time. the kids wanted chips which I refused as they looked so dry like they had sat there for the last week... Not to mention a chicken ball was NOT cooked properly when I bit into it and one of the spring rolls had mould fuzz on the side of it! Safe to say that was our dinner finished with. When the lady asked if everything was OK we said no not really and instead of asking or resolving any issue she walked off...... I know it was a Tuesday and maybe they only make an effort on the weekend but the service and whole experience was disgusting £70 wasted !

We went for opening time. The staff were friendly but we expected service to be a little quicker considering we were the first people in. Most of the food was good, i wasnt keen on how soft the chicken was in the chicken curry so i left that. We ended up going over to the till to pay as we were waiting too long at the table.

Went for Xmas meal with work colleagues , had a great time , food is buffet style so you help yourself , which is great as there may be something there you haven't tried before , seen it on normal Chinese menu's but didn't order , so here you can try different things and there's plenty to choose from .The staff are very friendly and the price is really good for the amount of food on offer , you don't go home hungry .

We have had a good dinner at the restaurant. It's clean, good choice of food, great service. But, since when has the price risen to £17.95 per person on the weekdays?

The prices have gone up but you cannot fault the food and there is plenty of it, the dessert area has plenty of options for those with a sweet tooth, I don't go anywhere else but here.

Very nice relaxing environment felt welcome by friendly staff and the food was outstanding definitely would recommend to a friend and will be going again.

Great place for parties or for a couple. Wide array of dishes all tasty and fresh. Latest addition is dumplings they are delicious. Staff although quiet are courteous and polite and work exceptionally hard.

Nice staff.. Good food. Not to busy. Price has increased from originally £8 per person to £10 and now £12.95. All said and done have seen similar in Sittingbourne for £18.50 per person. Highly recommended.
