Really lovely restaurant. The food is excellent, very well presented and high quality. You can choose from Mediterranean or Thai, we chose Thai. Waiting staff were so helpful and friendly. Restaurant has a good atmosphere with live music, you don't feel rushed at all. Some of the best Thai food I've had, this restaurant is a hidden gem and up there with the best in the area. 100% recommend.

Ordered a large order online for delivery through website for a family meal. They accepted the order then 35 mins later i received a message saying they now couldn't fulfill the order. Absolutely diabolical service This left us trying to find somewhere else to order ftom, much later on a Saturday night, so everywhere were busier. Thankfully i found another place that delivered and the food from and the food was lovely Would not recommend Thai Fusion and will never order ftom here again

Having booked a table via the internet, as they were not answering the phone, or returning calls. I then received a message to pay a deposit, which was fine, between lunch time hours. My husband then tried 3/4 times and left a message but again not answering or returning the call. When my husband got through he was told the table was taken. I then phoned and surprisingly got through straight away, Obviously I was told the same thing. He couldn't understand why I was cross, that the table had been given away and we hadn't had the chance to pay the deposit! I was then offered a table for Monday, which I declined and was then told to **** off!!!! CHARMING

Excellent food. We had a delivery and it was hot and tasty. Abit pricey but worth it. I recommend. We appreciate the courtesy over the phone, and quick delivery.

Although the food is good it is overpriced for the size of the portions and the drinks are also very expensive. Yet again our evening was wrecked by a large group of people being exceptionally loud (to the extent that we had trouble holding a conversation) and using foul language. They managed to clear the restaurant of customers - not good for Saturday evening. We won’t be going back again.

The first experience of Thai Fusion for us. We ordered a family takeaway, set menu for 4. There were actually 5 adults and there was plenty of food for all! The food was hot, each dish had its own distinctive delicious flavour and looked as good as it tasted. Everyone agreed that this wouldn’t be our last meal from Thai Fusion.

I recently visited Thai Fusion in Sittingbourne and had an absolutely fantastic dining experience! From start to finish, everything was just perfect. Firstly, the food was absolutely delicious. I had the Pad Thai and it was packed with flavor and the portion size was just right. My partner had the Green Curry and they loved it as well. We also shared some spring rolls and they were crispy and full of tasty veggies. The service was also top-notch. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. They were also happy to answer any questions. Thanks to Thai Fusion for a great meal.

A relaxed and pleasant meal with friends. The owner was courteous and amusing, the service swift but not pushy, and the restaurant surprisingly busy for a weekday early evening, but with a quiet and relaxed ambience. All the various main courses chosen were delicious. This was a return visit after a long interval, and we were not disappointed.

We spent over £40 on an order via Just Eat this evening. The app said it was delivered but no one knocked on the door and no food was left outside. We phoned the restaurant who said they outsource their deliveries and it's nothing to do with them. The Just Eat app said to phone the restaurant. Surely Thai Fusion must have a mobile contact for their delivery drivers. Clearly, its been given to someone else. Now Just Eat are saying they won't refund the money as their tracker says it's been delivered. Absolutely shocking service. Thai Fusion need to rethink working with Just Eat if this is the service they're providing their customers with.

the worst customer service i have ever seen or experienced, the server "waitress" tried really hard to please, however allot was not available on the menu and not vegan friendly, asked to speak to the chef or manager whom came out and was rude, insulting and degrading the members of the party

would not go back there again. poor customer service, lack of polite etiquette, was rude and offensive, comments like let me tell you how you must eat this , and if you don't like it i am not willing to change the way i cook ie pathia noodles to suit you, when all we asked was for change of the noodle type

This is probably THE WORST experience I've had. Weekday evening and the restaurant was empty. Ordered our drinks which was promptly served by the waitress (she was a newbie and the only bit good about the restaurant..... very polite and attentive). I had specifically called the restaurant to check if fish/oyster sauce can be missed out with the vegetarian options and they confirmed that it could be done and only then did I confirm the booking. The menu published on the website says: "All our dishes are authentically Thai, but we can make them to your specific requirements: mild taste, extra chillies, dietary needs; you only need to ask and we will do our best to fulfill them." So on the vegetarian menu, the Vegetable Spring Roll and Vegetable Golden Parcel both are not completely vegetarian. Next we asked for Pad Thai and wanted to have extra chillies to make it a bit spicy. The owner came out and lectured us to say that the sauce is cooked for six hours and they can not make any alterations (despite claiming on website) and told us to "never ask again". The Thai restaurants are always so hospitable. THAI FUSION, SITTINGBOURNE is an insult to the Thai culture and I found the man running the show hostile. At that point our we made a decision to WALK OUT after paying for the drinks which was the only order that was processed. They had not started on the starters and mains. Makes me wonder if the dishes are freshly cooked at all.

Very poor in our opinion, we started off with mixed starters for 4. Cost around £34 for the platter and was really just the stuff you buy in boxes from the freezer at Tesco when your having friends round for drinks. About 5 or 6 little bits each. The dips that came with the starters were ICE cold, straight out of the fridge. That included the Satay peanut sauce which should always be hot. Nothing was freshly cooked, all out of a box. For the main course we all had prawn Pad Thai to keep it simple, it was very bland, and looked nothing like the picture on the website, just some noodles with a few prawns on top, very little sauce so the noodles were bone dry once you’d eaten the prawns off the top. The noodles were luke warm on the outside and piping hot in the middle indicating that everything had just been microwaved. Drinks were expensive and a bottle of sparkling water will set you back £4.95. Very disappointing, we won’t be going back…..

I like Thaii Fusion for a number of reasons – it’s my local Thai restaurant, the food is always of a high quality and the staff very welcoming. This was both our first visit (party of four) since the end of lockdown and also our first experience of the recent ‘Eat Out to Help Out Promotion’ and so we were a little unsure what to expect. Typically, I’ve always found this to be a quiet restaurant, rarely full – that may simply be the time we usually go however it was not the case on this occasion, with the promotion ensuring a near-full restaurant. Even with that, however, we were welcomed and seated on arrival and service throughout the evening was both attentive and proactive. Drinks and prawn crackers were offered on a rival and the server regularly checked-up on us to see if we needed further drinks. To start, I had a beautiful; plate of chicken gyoza – an old favourite of mine, which were cooked to perfection and served with a soy-dip. Others in the party had spring rolls, prawns and chicken shumai and the vegetable tempura – there were no complaints and, as always, everyone’s starter looked tasty-gorgeous. The menu appears to have been slightly cut down in the current circumstances, possibly to allow for quicker preparation during this busy month, but that didn’t have any particular affect what is a very good selection. For a main I had a Chicken Pad-Kraprow (Stir-fried chicken with Thai Holy Basil, accompanied by an egg-fried rice and a beautiful chicken Pad-Thai. These are some of my favourite Thai dishes and, with the Pad-Thai in particular, the versions produced here are of really good quality, with both plenty of meat and flavour. Others in the party enjoyed a spiced beef stir-fry, chicken red curry and a vegetable dish. Overall another excellent visit and a firm favourite - I’ll definitely be back here again soon.

We enjoyed a fantastic meal for 4 people, ordered the set menu and wasn’t disappointed! Quality and flavours were great and also really impressed with the warm and friendly service. The approach to covid precautions was also first class. We will definitely be back!

I have visited here twice now and on both occasions it has been memorable. The service is second to none and the food is cooked to absolute perfection. The staff are so welcoming and helpful too, and the environment is relaxed and well decorated. All in all a great experience: we would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be returning ourselves.

This place was lovely- we had a great dinner on a Saturday night. The booth was spacious and the staff were really attentive. The massaman curry was lovely and a really generous portion.

Multiple visits always stunning food we have never been disappointed after eating here. The food here is delicious we have weeping tiger and the steak is cooked to your liking. The flavour tonight was exceptional the meat was melt in the mouth tender. Service on a Sunday evening is always good. We don’t come often as the dishes we love are expensive but worth it. You can eat cheaply they do a great value early dinner menu but we come as a treat and have a blow out.

We take our daughter out every saturday and when we say thia fusion, she really lights up, as we all love the food and the ambiunce. My grandsons always say any left over nan please bring home we love it.

Stepped in when let down at another restaurant .Honestly we weren’t let down a family of 5. The staff were courteous and very helpful and the food was very very tasty.The restaurant was clean and tidy and we had no issues at all, my type of establishment.If in Sittingbourne and fancy a place that caters for all tastes pop in and try them.Was our first visit but won’t be the last.Plenty of local parking close by if needed to. 5*

JUST CAME BACK FROM HOLIDAY. Went to THIA FUSION with husband and daughter to finish holiday off, as usual not dissappointed. Very good and nice to see very busy. Grandson said any left overs please bring home, as they love it as well.

My first visit to Thai Fusion, on friends' recommendation, and I can not fault it. A charming and courteous reception, pleasant ambience, assiduous service and delicious, reasonably-priced cusine, promptly served. There is a varied menu which includes a range of vegan options, coffees and liqueurs, all attractively delivered, The restaurant is in a quiet corner of the town, with parking conveniently close by. This restaurant now tops our list of favourites. My only tentative suggestion is that the desserts might include a few Thai desserts - assuming diners have room for them!

Ate here for the first time with family, was quiet which suited us fine, was recommended by a friend and we werent disappointed the food was first class, Waiter was lovely, service excellent and will definitely return and recommend to friends

Mr husband and I visited this restaurant early evening and were so impressed with the decor and food. We’d kept saying we should visit Thai fusion and are so pleased we did. I had the best pad Thai I’ve ever tasted and the starters were all spot on. Great job guys.

We had never visited this restaurant before, and our expectations were not very high, however we were very pleasantly surprised. Prompt service,, and a good selection on the menu, but we chose to go for the set banquet for two as there was everything on and a few more dishes besides that we wanted to try. Nice selection of starters and we ate the lot, looking forward to our mains. We had a red Thai curry, green Thai curry, a beef sizzle dish and a vegetable stir fry, with generous portions. The rice was lovely, but had to order another portion as not enough for hubby (he's a big bloke!). The only negative I would say is that the food went cold very quickly, could have done with the heated metal thingys they have in both Indian and Chinese restaurants. Other side a very pleasant experience, and one we will be repeating in the near future.

Honestly my favourite Thai food and comparable to large chains, like Rosa's. Food is also quick, delicious, and made to order. Also very affordable and friendly.

The food and staff were great however my only concern is they put a V next to items that have seafood. I had to tell them I was allergic to seafood in order to make sure they didn't cover it in oyster sauce. A little education is needed here for staff and chefs. Other than that the staff were very helpful and friendly and the atmosphere was great.

We had a great meal here with friends. We chose the set menu and had excellent food, tasty and well cooked. Just the right amount of spice. The service was friendly and efficient. The drinks were well priced and the decor in the restaurant was good. All in all a great evening, we highly recommend.

We ordered the tempura prawns, Thai fish cakes and golden vegetable parcels for starters. For mains we had pad Thai, red Thai curry, vegetable rice and one of the vegetarian dishes. I was really impressed with the food. Having travelled to Thailand before I can say the food is just like what we experienced on holiday.There is also a good choice of spirits available from the bar.

We usually have great service! Tonight it was slow, it was an hour and half before we got our dinner. The resturant wasn't that busy and everyone was sitting waiting. Unlike this resturant buy very disappointing tonight

The service and staff were excellent. The food tasted lovely but the portion size is meagre to say the least. Not much meat in the Penang curries. I ordered tofu and vegetable and had 3 pieces of tofu. I wouldn’t say it’s up there for value for money. For portion size try Dragon at Halfway. For value it’s Bengal Spice for us. Won’t be back too soon I’m afraid.

We all sat on one of the circle booths which are excellent, allowing you to talk to all your party rather than shouting down a long table. The food was excellent, plenty of it and very tasty. We really enjoyed our night at this lovely restaurant! The food was freshly cooked and the quality of the products was excellent! We ate in the restaurant last year with friends who live in Sittingbourne, and had a wonderful meal so didn't hesitate to recommended a take out from here when visiting other family locally. However the meal was a real disappointment.

This was our first ever Thai meal and it never disappointed. OMG it was fantastic. Waiters could not do enough for you. I would recommend and I would come here again but the only issue for us was the price. It was really expensive compared to other restaurants in the are buy I daresay you get what you pay for.

Been here a few times keep trying it but won’t go again. Such a shame as the service was ok and the food Could be nice. Lovely flavours but the menu was misleading. Tempura prawns were breadcrumbed not tempura. The Sui mai seemed frozen definitely not fresh. The squid was deep fried calamari rings not floured squid topped with spring onion and pepper as the menu suggested and costing £6.95 for four fried calamari rings! The price and portion sizes are shocking! The egg fried rice portion wouldn’t feed a child.

We have dined out many times at Thai-fusion, but following this trip we will not be returning. Service was very slow. Food was mediocre and very small portions. No garnishes, salads etc as on previous visits, and was served lukewarm.

We came for my daughters birthday and we dined early about 6:30ish Saturday night so service was good early on. The later it got the more busy they got i did really feel for the staff as take away orders were also flying in. However the food was good and presented well. Just needs a little more organisation.

My daughter husband and I went to the thia fusion restaurant last night, had a very good night food good atmosphere good, service a little slow.

This little gem has been opened for quite a while but to be honest because it was on our door step we just didn't think about going down there....... Wished we had though we had a lovely evening.

We had the most disappointing experience here!! We had been many times before and had really enjoyed our meal, we then took my family there as a treat, well...... we got there at 7.30 and ordered about half an hour after we arrived.... the food was not actually served until 9.30, personally I wanted to leave, but my family were a bit more chilled so insisted on staying. I wouldn’t mind as much, but we had to remind them for drinks in the meantime and went with all four glasses empty for HALF AN HOUR!!!

Visited with a friend. Food was really lovely, very attentive wait staff, had to take food away in dodgy bag which they were happy to accommodate. Had lunch with my wife and a friend, decided to go to Spice Fusion as we had not been to this restaurant. We all like thai food and we were not disappointed. The lunch was very tasty and enjoyable. Service was excellent, waitress was friendly and helpful. The only gripe i have is, that it is more expensive than most Thai restaurants that I have visited.But i will go again.

Impromptu visit on a Thursday night, it was quiet but that suited us. Food was amazing, best Thai we’ve had to date. Service was excellent and attentive. All the food was lovely but hi-lights were the starters of chicken satay and the chicken Tom Kha soup which was simply delicious. It’s not a cheap place but they do offer an early bird two course menu before 7pm which would be excellent value, we will get there for this on our next visit.

Had a lovely meal here with my mum early Friday evening. Our second visit but not for many months. Very good service and food was delivered fast and hot. We are so short on decent restaurants in the sittingbourne area so if you haven’t already give this place a try. Not the finest Thai you will ever have but a very good meal. Will happily return and not leave it so long!

We went here early on a rainy new years eve .the service was very good as was the food.we had fish cakes for starter followed by Massaman curry and chicken with black pepper sauce with vegetables on the side very tasty would recommend this restaurant if you like thai food

Took our 22 year old son here for a birthday meal. Food presented well, staff attentive and helpful. Menu was varied but we opted for Set A for 3. Our son is not usually keen on ‘foreign’ food so we booked this restaurant to broaden his taste. We were surprised when he said he enjoyed the meal and would return with his friends.

We went as a party of 4. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and the food was excellent. To try a little of almost everything on the menu, we ordered various set meals. There was enough for all of us to try all the dishes. Good value. Watch the wine list though - a little pricey, but we had a great evening.

Awful service, high priced food and drink. After an hour left the place without even eating as were still waiting to order. Ended up going to The Fountain Of Ale and had a brilliant Thai meal for less than half the price! Never ever again (why can’t I leave 0/5?)

Visited on a weeknight straight from work. They have a cheaper menu before a certain time and it worked. We had beers and starter main and rice and pad Thai to share all just under £20 each. It was good food. The Thai green curry was the best. The duck spring rolls were great too. A really enjoyable meal. Parking around the corner free after 6 at the moment so was a nice time out.

I recently visited on a Friday evening with my husband and 11 year old. The Manager went out of his way to ensure that our son was catered for as he is quite a fussy eater.

We have visited this restaurant for lunch as a family and we have been absolutely delighted by this place and its owner . We choose the ‘business set menu ‘ , we had 2 courses each for less than £9! We were so not expecting such delicious dishes x 3 !! Everything was fabulous , tge service , the plate decor , the size of the portion , and the taste !! It Really was amazing ! 10/10 Highly recommended!!

I will never visit this restaurant again. The service was appalling. It took 40 minutes for our order to be taken, even though we twice told the waitress we were ready to order. On production of the bill, we complained about the service, the owner/manager was rude and obnoxious, even threatening to call the police. I think he must have been to the Basil Fawlty School of Customer Service.
