Kaspa's Desserts in Swale

Popped in with my partner for a takeaway ice cream. We walked and waited at the counter, 5 people were behind the counter carrying out various tasks, they all at some point looked at us and carried on with what they were doing without even acknowledging us. One of their delivery drivers came in and was dealt with immediately. After about 10 minutes, our hopes were lifted as one of the staff came from behind the counter towards us, only to walk to the counter and polish some cutlery that was in a tray. At no pint did anyone acknowledge us in any way. After about 15 minutes we left and went to McDonald’s for a McFlurry. I wondered why Kaspa,s was always empty, now I know I will never shop there again

Really rood Manager have been ignoring an hang up on my call ignoring my complain , have placed an order and a icecream order have been delivered incorrectly.instead of iccream received 2 drinks frozen. Manager's phone call words - mate you are taking a piss ( and ended the call)

Clean restaurant with plenty of seating, good menu, hearty portions with quick service. Prices are on par with other restaurants doing similar,

Friendly staff, great service and fantastic desserts. Worth visiting again to try another sundae soon.

Decided to try Kaspa’s in Sittingbourne with our grandson. Had never been before but was very pleasantly surprised. Quick service, polite and clean. Three sundae’s polished off and if that’s not a reason to return I don’t know what is!

What great staff and fabulous food. Monkey does need a name. The coffee was good and a bargain too!!!

Well what an amazing experience for my 7 year old daughter and her friends at her birthday party. The manager was brilliant, nothing too much for the staff. Excellent food and service. Cannot fault kaspas...Will be back!

Ok, so I reviewed this place a while back and said how great it was, but we were disappointed with today's visit. the last time we visited I explained that all the deserts were much too large for my 3 year old, but I wanted her to have her own ice cream. The very nice member of staff at the time explained that he could do a small ice cream sundae for her and charge half the price, which he did. Today however, apparently this wasn't possible, and despite explaining this, was only allowed to do the 'make your own' option which meant she had an ice cream half the size but for essentially the same size as an adult's portion. I really don't get why you don't do children's desserts? Who likes ice cream more than kids? Apparently there was a 'Happy Hour' but despite asking what this meant I didn't really get a clear explanation. Isn't a Happy Hour usually when you get a BOGOF? It appeared to just be a pound or so off the ice creams. It was actually my daughter's birthday when we visited and I pointed this out to staff. if I'm honest as we were basically the only ones in there I think they could have made more of an effort with my request?! It wasn't as though they were busy. One final moan - asked for water and was given a 2 quid bottle of still water. It shouldn't be assumed that I mean a bottle and actually just want a tap water, but by the time she brought it over I'd already been charged so just didn't want to make a scene to be honest. Staff member was pleasant, but we didn't have an experience as good as the last time we visited.

Came here this evening for the first time for a family treat. Great service and food was lovely! We will definitely be coming back! Thanks you kaspas!

First time here and I’ve got to say would come here in the future over creams now, staff very friendly, and service was very quick . The whole place is laid out better and very clean . Food was fab

We visited kaspers in Sittingbourne’s today and was greated by a friendly member of staff, we felt very welcome the whole time we were there, will definitely be going back

Visited on a Saturday morning with 4 kids and 2 adults. Place was immaculate, staff friendly and helpful. Portions generous. Most importantly the kids loved it and can’t wait to go back. Thanks everyone and well done!

Went with my two children and my partners two children. Had a great time. The highlights for me, how clean the place was, hated how sticky Creams is. Not here. Spotless!! Food was lovely and great portions too. Staff were lovely, even the owner came over to say hello. Highly recommend to all and will be going back soon

Visited Kaspas with the children as a special treat. We ordered a variety of products including Sundaes, waffles, cooldrinks, coffee and cake. Everything was delicious and service was top notch!

My daughter had a great 11th Birthday party at Kaspas. Food was delicious,served really quick. Staff were really friendly.

i popped into Kaspa's with a special request from my daughter who was feeling very poorly at home. Dylan served me and explained that they hadn't got the pudding that my daughter wanted although there was a possibility of more nearly ready in the fridge.

Thanks for all at Kaspa's for putting up with 30 plus young children (plus adults) that took over the rear of the restaurant on the 12.12.2018.

Me and my friend tried Kaspas after a bad experience with creams in Neats court isle of sheppey and we would not go to any other dessert place other than Kaspas now, the service was great the staff was lovely, really polite and helpful it’s clean and the desserts are amazing

I frequently take my two year old to Kaspa’s as a treat. The staff are fantastic and are great with my son. There isn’t much to shout about in Sittingbourne High Street but this place is our favourite place and our son always looks forward to going there.

I go to kaspas regularly and can honestly say it’s the best in all areas! There deserts are massive and absolutely delicious, my children always look forward to a lovely treat and so do we! There milkshakes are the best and are packed full of flavour and just yum!

If you love ice cream you will love kaspas. Recommend the after eight sundae pure mint heaven. Lovey clean and welcoming environment with friendly and welcoming staff. Defiantly value for money.

A regular customer been coming since it first opened. The food is second to none and enjoy the different offers including the new monster waffle!! The management team and the staff are friendly plus the venue is very clean!

Came in here today and had the Kinder Beuno waffle which was so good! Would recommend to anyone! The staff are great and a lovely atmosphere!

My friend and I made a last minute decision to call here for a Friday Lunch, was amazed at the variety available, staff very friendly and the Boss man was clearing the table ( great to see team work) Waffle was amazing, not really a sweet person more a savoury but I will be back to try the crepes don't walk past pop in for a try you won't be disappointed

Came here with my son for my birthday! It was great, we both had a pancake and an ice cream shake. We waited a normal amount of time for our orders I'd say between five and ten minutes and I found the staff quite attentive to our needs!

We come here regularly and the desserts are always really good. Staff are friendly and it’s nice and clean. Waiting times are obviously longer when it’s busy. Prices are reasonable and it’s a nice treat every now and again. Nice to see a place like this in sittingbourne high street.

Came here with the other half and had the Oreo Waffle with the Cookie Dough Ice cream and literally one of the best waffle's I've ever had! Was really nice and enjoyable. Friendly Staff and friendly management.

Really disappointed with the place. More staff than customers but they all seemed to be too busy chatting than doing anything else. Ordered ice cream which was ok but the crepe never arrived!! They refunded my money for the crepe when I told them but really didn’t care and are obviously not customer service trained. Cutlery dirty and only 2/5 toilets working, one of which you couldn’t lock. Overall a poor experience.

Great experience, we got served about 10 minutes after we ordered (it wasn't that busy on the day of our visit). The prices of the food were incredible, considering that the quality of the food was amazing. The staff were busy, very considerate, polite and friendly. I couldn't count the amount of staff there was, definitely not understaffed, there was about 15 staff members. The food hygiene was exceedingly good and I was very satisfied with the store. The only negative I have to say is that the lighting inside isn't very good, but that has no impact on the overall visit. keep up the good work Kaspas Sittingbourne

Lovely evening, good service, delicious desserts. Like that you order and pay for at counter before you get food, then once finished you can leave without hanging around for Bill. Only negative was few of the ice creams had melted due to recent warm temperature, and when we ordered drinks (appletize) , we weren't given glasses. We had to ask to have glasses. Overall good experience

Great choice of drinks and deserts. Good high quality. Clean and smart establishment. But come on. Staff the place better when busy. 2 people making sundaes. No one dedicated to making straight forward drinks. 30 mins wait. And to top the lot card machine not working. It’s difficult to understand how in this day and age. There is no backup for the people waiting to be served to find when ordering they were unable if they didn’t have the cash.

Such a bad experience! It took an hour for our food to come, the cutlery was disgustingly dirty with bits of nuts and left over food on them, we had to remind the staff three times for our drinks too! The food was cooked nicely but there definitely needs to be a change in service and hygiene.

First time in a Kasparov looks pretty good not busy sat night ordered shake and sundae all large bit pricey but full at the end lots of choices will return soon.

Had the Oreo crunch waffle it so good then washed down with a galaxy milkshake very filling but it very good

Staff rushed and pressured. Food took over an hour. Table dirty. Floor dirty. Manager jumping around like he is Gods gift and was doing nothing to help the place, think he loves himself a little bit too much.

I can’t belive how terrible the service is, they don’t know how to use the till, there is no customer service skills, no one seems to know whats going on, think kaspas should start again with new management and new staff

We visited for the first time today and when we went to order, the person serving us (with assistance) was training so they kept apologising for taking a little while to put the order through. We thought it was fine as people need to be trained and they were lovely so all good. We all sat down in a round booth and it's is very nice in there so we were happy. The desserts all came after about a 30 minute wait but again, they kept coming over apologising and explaining they were training and updating us and with drinks we were fine. At last the desserts (2 x Giant tutti fruitie sundaes, 2 x Tropical Paradise sundaes, 1 banoffee waffle, a smoothie and a m&m; milkshake) arrived and we were not disappointed. They were gorgeous and the flavours were so intense and creamy. We were happy with our visit and will come back. The only reason we gave 4 was for the wait but to be honest, it was not that bad and I think the longer they are open and more training they receive, it will improve. We are definitely going there again. I want more ice cream

The new Kaspa’s in Sittingbourne has been open for about a month now and is still having teething problems.
