Nice coffee house very expensive

CHARGED £4.80 FOR A DRINK I CHOKED ON. This is a problem and I am not happy about it, if the prices are not fixed by August 1st there will be a problem. Mark. My. Words. Also; the prices weren't even on the featured drinks causing more trouble for the employee -who was quite kind- and for me. I am extremely sad and this has taken a dark toll on my mental health.

I paid extra to have whipped cream and sauce on my iced coffee but did not receive any of it with my drink.

The staff are very nice and very helpful and the cafe is always clean and the products are always displayed neatly.

Coffee cups half full, not what we paid for! I paid extra to have a very large coffee, cup was barely half full. Absolute rip off. Only good thing was that what I did receive was very hot still.

Absolutely awful first and last time asked for to teas to be charged iver £6 then told no mugs had to wait for two to be washed finally got teas that was so weak you could see to the bottom of cups asked for anothwr tea bag but no difference so £6 down the drain as couldnt drink the wouldnt say tea think more nats pee

Ordered a java chip frappe (with coffee) but was sent a cookies and cream frappe with no coffee. No straws provided for the frappe drinks and delivery did not update to "on the way" until it was already delivered.

We used to go here about 1 or 2 times a week but hadn't been there for ages but decided to visit there today and we ordered a cappuccino and a fruit tea .my husband went to the counter to pick it up and bring back to our table and thay just gave him his coffee and a breakfast tea when he asked why. thay just said we have no fruit tea and just expected us to except it but I don't drink breakfast tea and thay were quite shocked I didn't want it so we got our money back and left . Definitely will not be returning

Worst coffee I ever had 0/5 ordered online and took them 10 mins to do anything. I had to remind the bloke to actually make them and he didn’t even apologise. Decided to give them another go two small iced coffee. Run out of regular milk, annoying but not their fault. It was lukewarm, no ice in sight and tasted awful. When we asked for it to be changed just put the tiniest amount of ice in it and gave it back. DO NOT COME HERE SO RUDE AWFULL STAFF

I've had a full meal made faster than I takes to get a latte from this Starbucks. 20 minutes when it isn't busy is just shocking. There is a Costa in the forum. Do yourself a favour.

This is the worse Starbucks I have ever visited. Dark, dirty, ugly, seats look disgusting. Staff are nice, coffee is good, but will never be back to that atmosphere.

The staff need more training n more communication skills too waited for a coffee over 10 minutes they were making others people drink when they know who their where like friends 1st not customers.

A good Starbucks, selection of drinks on par with any other in the chain. High street location with good seating. Overall good service, atmosphere somewhat lacking. Not my preferred Starbucks!

I went into Starbucks this morning for my usual daily coffee and I was greeted by rea who is always “happy and bubbly” although she was on her own there was a que of customers and a Que of drinks however I was amazed at the speed and performance that she made these drinks. Two coffee machines were on the go and making a frape at the same time she apologised to the customers for the delay the stores tidy and clean good atmosphere enjoyed my iced brown shaken expresso that Rea highly recommended my new favourite drink

Place was just shutting up for the day I was in for my free coffee, app was said closed but received excellent service by the manager and got it.

The opening time was 7.30 which was our arrival time, didn't open till 7.45 with no apology. The staff were not friendly at all didn't even say hello or give eye contact. Won't be going again !

The whole place was absolutely filthy. Staff standing about doing nothing with tables dirty. Food looks stale and not edible. No eye contact or even basic customer service. It's really gone down hill recently. Avoid and go to Costa, at least they say hello there. Was going to drink in but honestly couldn't wait to get out of there.

Staff are always friendly, a nice dog friendly environment.

Rude staff It says closes at 6 we went in at 3 for a coffee and then told was it was takeaway only because they closed at 4 because they only have 3 staff members and they couldn’t wash up . As we was ordering drinks they would huff as answering would not recommend at all

Can't expect same standard as London branches. Coffee tastes like mud most times.

Nice coffee and somewhere to sit!

The place is dirty and smelly, and tables are not cleared. The person who served me wasn’t as polite as I would expect, almost like my particular drinks order was inconvenient. The drinks are not as nice as Starbucks Neats Court.

I went there in the late afternoon. It seemed like the place had a quite busy day. Cleaning was in-progression. So, can't give 5 out 5 for atmosphere. I thought they will be writing my namd on the cup as they asked my name... But that was not the case. May be they only needed for the bill. So, bit disappointed there as well. I bought strawberry 🍓 frappachinu... It was comparatively pricier than most eother drinks. I liked the it better when it was almost finished and I was only getting the creamy part... However, next time will be careful before choosing cold drinks as I don't wanna fall sick! Thankfully I didn't.

Starbucks coffee is realy good , but I have to say if I choose a cake slice of cake or biscuit they look like they have been in the cabinet for weeks , no wrapping no date on them I know we are trying to reduce packaging but they need to up their game or put one of each item out not for consumption and take a fresh piece from behind the counter , on a positive note the staff are always friendly and helpful .

Went for coffee following a work meeting. It was fairly busy and people seemed to be enjoying themselves. Service was slow and out table was dirty, No one had wiped it down. When I was called to collect our coffee's the cups were so full that it was difficult to carry them back to the table. Probably won't go thete again.

I fed my children and had a drink and all was fine.

I have never waited so long for a coffee in my life. I had actually grown a beard and had 5 children by the time I received my coffee. I have seen my grandfather type faster on his Nokia 3310. It made dial up look like virgin fiber.

People working there need to learn about speed and efficiency. Slow worker causing a pile up.

Came to Sittingbourne for a regular sporting event and dropped into Starbucks for a drink. The cafe was not clean and the service was extremely slow!! I ordered 4 drinks and two of these were from their Refresha range. Both drinks came with no fruit and my pink coconut had no pink to be seen anywhere. Will not be popping in here!

Quiet, tables dirty, waited a long time for our drinks. But we were there to catch up anyways, suppose it was OK

I have just been served by the area manager, who informed me they didn't do a drink I have had there for over two years. When a member of staff corrected him the manager gave him a hard time. Disgusting behaviour from a manager who doesn't know his job

Never had a bad experience. Staff are incredibly friendly, the shop has a really chilled atmosphere that is perfect for when you want to catch up with a mate and grab a coffee. The coffee may be slightly more on the expensive side but you get what you pay for, and that's almost always a high quality brew. And the shop is dog friendly! Couldn't recommend enough.

Love it here, try to stay away on my days off to save money but always end up here! haha The staff are great. Don't judge for me having special requirements, they have never got the order wrong and always happy to chat and smile. Food is great too.

The let dogs in!!! I’m sitting in her eating my lunch and this lady comes in with two dogs and sits down!! The stuff does nothing at all let her contaminate the place! Disgusting can’t even imagine what must be going down there in regards of food safety.

I visit Starbucks in many different cities and towns, and this is by far one of the best kept. I am a gold member, have been for a good couple of years and I pay close attention to detail and customer service. This particular Starbucks in Sittingbourne, thankfully opened here just a couple of years ago has some of the most lovely and thoughtful, well presented staff I have ever encountered in a Starbucks. Managed by a very organised, proud and tidy and certainly a team player not shy of doing the dogs work around the store. She brightens up the place immensely and is a huge asset to the coffee shop and I often see her take good care of her team ensuring they have their breaks and are not struggling with busy periods. The managers name is Leah. I often spend many many hours here on business so observe the flow of traffic and happy customers, children and families, young and old and business meetings alike. Fabulous little immaculately clean Starbucks. Thank you to Leah and her wonderfully happy and brilliant customer service team of amazing coffee makers. You made the town so much better when you arrived and you take great pride of your coffee shop, your customers and your work. Love this Starbucks.

Really we should get points when going through the drive through.

Armed forces discount and free refills on filter coffee - ace, don't mind that they don't pay (enough) tax.

Friendly staff, clean, well prepared drinks. Just a generally good Starbucks. Has several plug sockets available if you need to charge devices but no USB points that I could see.

Never have a bad visit here. Coffee is always tasty and hot. If you have any issues then the staff are willing to help. One of our coffees were a bit strong for one of my party so simply asked for more warm milk at this was added quickly. The muffins were tasty and moist.

As with all chain coffee shops, easy ordering not too long to wait. Even easier with the app.

Starbucks, Sittingbourne is nicely situated on the high street. Never crowded. However, the venue lacks atmosphere.

Its Ok... but need to drop prices on coffee. As Costa is cheaper and bet taste
