Great and clean coffee shop. The White Chocolate tastes moderate, but the cheese and turkey toasties are superb.

The young lady, whose name is megan worked her socks off on saturday morning,as she was on her own from opening ,which i believe 07.30 until just about 10.00, the till and costa card machine were not working so it was cash only,and she is back on this morning (with help today) but also they have no oven on top of the till not taking cards still, i just think she deserves a pat on the back(at least) for the way she coped yesterday and still came back in this morning, which a lot of people would have gone sick!!!! She is a credit to your company.

I'm a coffee nut. Costa do the best coffee I love there Americano full of flavour never bitter always piping hot. Super clean tables and toilets. Fast service and gluten free options. What's not to like friendly staff great atmosphere. Try one sure you will enjoy. Special times of the year they do special hot chocolate. It's as good as Belgium honest

Staff friendly, but doesn't look cleaned in a long time, the large shelf advertising the Reusable cups are thick with dust as leaves circles when picked up, rail along walls thick with dust, floor was not clean or been cleaned during the day from crumbs. Puts you off going back as what's it like behind the counter that you don't see.

Was just take away no toilets but the service was excellent.

I understand things have been difficult lately for most but whats happening to Costa coffee in Faversham. It used to be so clean but now the standards have dropped and its not just the cleanliness.. I get things have changed but i am surprised the standards have not improved..

A perfect community coffee point for the area, right in the heart of a Tesco's. Good staff, nice coffee, cake from the devil (that's a good thing) and very convenient

Overpriced, especially sat night. Food mediocre, no lift, poorly placed charger, car park £3 per night what's the point? Inaccessible by public transport. Goons in lobby, brats playing in car park. REALLY poor.

Wonderful experience as always, with great service, and great coffee. Felt really safe in there due to the COVID policies they had in place, and Abi and the team are always so welcoming and helpful, even when having to deal with some rather rude and abusive customers!

The Costa, is nice enough, but it needs to be a bit bigger. Although it wasn't particularly busy, there was minimal seating. Staff were lovely though

All the staff were so delightful. Their approach to their work was a credit to them. Good coffee on market day made it all worthwhile. Even though this is a chain, this outlet excelled themselves.

Seriously disappointed with this Costa. Tesco opens at 9am and the barista Katie said that they weren't open until 10am. What's the point of having a coffee shop inside Tesco when you can't get coffee 😖😖

Very busy, I had a Very Berry tea which was is full of flavour and my daughter had an amazing hot chocolate. Th team worked well together and they were very friendly and polite. The premises were clean and tidy

Friendly staff and the usual good coffee. Had an issue where one of our muffins was dry, but they apologized and replaced it straight away. Will be back again soon for another caffeine fix!

Speedy service with staff always willing to bring our orders to the table which with two small kids, is very welcomed. The coffee and tea are actually proper sizes too and much better priced than the local more artisan types in Faversham. We love it here and always combine a visit with our weekly shop to Tescos!

Good service; fast turn around in busy coffee shop. Too many Christmas things in the cakes and sandwiches - personal favourite of Emmental cheese toasted now dropped. Also no egg muffins. Very disappointing.

The staff here are wonderful and it's a nice environment to chill out with someone and have a drink and a cake together.

As a regular customer in Costa Stores in London I must say I'm very shocked of the terrible service and rude staff at Costa Faversham. I ordered a green tea as always and the older man behind the til served hot water in a tea pot, the loose tea bag was thrown on the tray and next to it a very dirty empty glas. I polite asked to have the glas replaced as it was clearly very dirty, the man replaced it with an equally dirty glas with a very bad attitude. Guys! This is not very nice and a very unpleasant experience as a customer. I believe the staff should be capable to at least serve hot drinks in a nice way as that's their main job.

Costa's is a good coffee shop. The staff were friendly and the coffee was good. All Costa's I have ever seen are clean and this one was too. They also do a chocolate steamed milk for my 4 year old.

OK place for a quick coffee, but not for much more

Location wise perfect. Quiet. Very clean. First class customer service. Loved being here. You also got a Subway next door Had the hot chocolate which was ok. My Daughter's had Creative Belgian Chocolate it's was ok too. My son loved the caramel crisp he had two of them.

Good range of drinks and snacks. Their menu choices for lunch are fairly limited and expensive for what they are, hence the two stars knocked off. Staff are friendly though and service prompt and good. Overall I can recommend, just be aware of value for money.

If you have an Americano you must try the OPS (old paradise street) it's gold in a cup. Ask the friendly staff.

Bright and airy, can get very busy, always a good cup of coffee with friendly staff, has a more personable feel compared to somewhere like Canterbury bit I guess thats to be expected

Comfortable, welcoming, convenient with efficient and friendly staff who get to know all their customers. They make a great cup of tea which only costs £1.10 in Faversham. The banana cake was delicious but the cake menu has just changed and my new favourite is the pink iced bun!

4.35 pm on a damp Tuesday in February, this was open and welcoming when some other town establishments had packed up for the day. It was market day, though. Our first visit to this instore (Tesco's) café, very nice, with good-tasting drinks and a very good lemon tart. Décor is now quite tidy. The parking arrangements have recently changed, though, so if you're in Tesco's car park for more than 30 minutes the number-plate recognition system requires you to spend £5 at the Tesco till then validate a voucher on a new machine. Pity the Costa till can't issue the vouchers, so your spend in here doesn't count!

Costa Coffee is surely ahead of the rest of the field for me & vegans in general... why? Because it stocks soya milk! This is also an important must for those with Celiac disease - so, for this reason alone, Costa Coffee I salute you. Having said that, the Faversham shop is also a nice gaf, the staff are a very nice, professional bunch so I can also recommend it to the rest of the human race too!

We go here often as it is in a convenient location for everyone to meet and free parking; a rarity in Faversham! The staff seem upbeat and try and make the orders as quickly as possible. It always seems busy, so sometimes there are no available seats. I'd recommend getting a table before ordering if this is the case. Costa in general is quite over priced for what you get and what other non-chain cafes can provide. I think quality and quantity needs to be looked at over profit. Credit to the staff though.

I'm a regular customer here. Food and drink on offer here is of course the same as at any Costa branch, so nothing in particular to review in that respect (although I often wish Costa in general would offer something more in the way of speciality coffees in the way that they do tea). What makes this place is the staff, who are without doubt very hard-working and yet always provide friendly and welcoming service. What lets this place down would therefore seem to be the company itself (or at least it's Area Manager?). Although some of the seating has recently been re-covered and smartened up, there are still some which are very tatty and threadbare, notably at this time the armchairs. It could also do with a 'deep clean' and/or refurbishment in general. Also, the staffing levels would appear to be inadequate to cope with the peak periods here, despite the staff working very hard it is clearly difficult for them to keep up with table-clearing and cleaning at these times (not helped by the disgraceful mess that quite a few people, notably family groups, leave behind them. This branch is also too small, and could do with some expansion, given its fairly prime location within the Tesco supermarket (and no, cramming some more tables into the already limited space is not the answer here). It is a bit like a crèche at times too, as others have said, but I'm not sure what the answer is here, as busy mums deserve a place where they can socialise too. Personally I reckon there's a business opportunity for someone there in setting up a different type of coffee-shop chain to provide better for that market. Seek investment from Dragon's Den anyone? Overall, excellent staff, but really needs a bit of expansion and certainly a deep clean and more staff at busy times.

Nice place to visit if shopping in Tesco. Easy to acess in a hurry with 2 hours parking for free. If you like Costa you know what to exspect

I visit this Costa around once a week usually for tea and a toastie. The tea is always good and cheap, the food reliably good. The staff at this Costa are very friendly and seem to know most of their customers very well along with their particular drinks. Appear to be short staffed on occasion and they are usually running around trying to keep on top of it. Handy central spot for exploring Faversham.

I stopped off here on the way out to find nothing has changed, the service was disorganised, the coffee was weak and as for the Raspberry Almond (It don a good imitation of a Rock Cake) I unfortunately didn't open my food parcel until I was some distance away only to find the cake was as hard as anything, it was not frozen just a solid mass. Thought a sip of coffee might help but instead I got something resembling a cup of milk that someone had spilt coffee in…! The staff are young and don't seem to have anyone around to support/guide them, the food display looks inviting but does not represent what you end up with.

This is my favourite Costa in Kent. The service is usually very friendly but it's always rather slow as they often appear understaffed. Nevertheless this is a good spot, very convenient for shopping in Tesco. The basket of children's books is a nice touch. Suggest avoiding this place 3-4pm in term time as it gets overrun with kids just out of school, and her aren't that many seats.

We have had coffee here on a few occasions but last week we found the state of the milk jug very stained and dirty. Costa try and keep up standards please.

Family came together here after school event. Very convenient and nicely set out. Just had drinks and cake but would certainly go again.

I come here almost every day! I spend hours working, or meet friends for a coffee. It's the perfect place to come, with reliable service and products. The staff are absolutely amazing and remember my drink order, and always ask how I am and remember things I say. It's always a disappointment when it's full and there's nowhere to sit!

Whenever we visit (twice a month at around 9am) we always moan about the long queue, the draughty aircon, and the number of mums who seem to use the coffee shop as an extension of their child's toddler group. Please Costa, recruit staff who turn up on time, can multi task , and can keeps queues to a minimum; get rid of the draughts, and politely ask mums to interact with their kids rather than letting them run riot

Love it here. Room for the pushchair. Friendly staff who always remember us. Coffee is Costa standard of course so always nice ;) Family and baby friendly - the staff always offer to bring our drinks over to us as we can't manage a tray and two small children. I love the smaller coffee shops of Faversham but do come to Costa often as like I say, it's got the space for the pushchair which makes all difference. X

Most weekends I stop off here to pick up a takeaway consisting of a Latte & Pastry but as of late I notice the quality of the pastry is poor,it is tasteless and quite hard (certainly not fresh) This is not a good representation of a Costa Coffee. The staff were also too busy talking about what they done the night before rather than serving customers. They need someone to manage this lot and the goods that are being sold, if it wasn't for the fact that i had driven off before tasting the pastry i would have complained at the shop.

My wife and I have been patronising this friendly, efficient coffee shop from the day it opened.The original manager was politeness and efficiency personified and inspired his young team to provide an relaxed atmosphere for everyone. This continues. Always, cheerful and supportive of the elderly and disabled, they serve wonderful coffee as well !
