The best restaurants serving Default food in Abbey Swale South East

First time ordering home delivery. Used to eat in the restaurant when it was open, which was good. Home delivery is very basic. No complimentary poppadoms. My meat was very dry and overcooked. The meal was edible, but nothing special. Won't bother again.

Good location right opposite of train station. So my first stop to have a quick pint because of long journey. Atmosphere so lively and pleasant. Good service, attentive staff and reasonable drinks to have a pint.

It does the job. The staff are doing a great job, friendly and fast despite being busy. The setting (built into a Tesco's) does make it pretty noisy and hectic, but the service and products are everything you could ask for.

It has been my local for quite a few years now, and the ownership has changed 2 or 3 times, and I can say that this time, the brewery has gotten it right with the new person's in charge

All you need a drink in cosy atmosphere and this place is providing you that. Good service and nice location in pretty street of a pretty town.

Lovely vintage kinda cafe which offers you a decent tea with homemade cakes right in the middle of town centre. Friendly staff and good service. Atmosphere goes with this lovely colourful townEven they took lil extra time but i enjoyed my tea. Only back point is its CASH only place. Thanks God i had some cash in pocket but not everyone carry now a days.

Advertises as a “dog friendly “ cafe but on asking for water bowl and bowl for the dog food, we were told “ no” Bacon sandwich was poor - little butter, little bacon. Service very slow even though not that busy- staff seemed to just work at a slow pace and not attentive to customer. £20 for 2 coffees , 2 bacon sarnies and one cold sausage for the dog which we served to her on the paper bag.

My wife and I had been shopping in the town early searching for a carpet but could not decide on one, so we went into the swan for a late breakfast. We have only used the cafe a couple of times before many years ago. The cafe had a new lick of paint and was looking good. They have a good choice of what you would expect on the menu, and the prices are very reasonable. I had chosen the full English and my wife chose the eggs on toast with a sausage as an extra. We both enjoyed the food and they gave good portions so were very happy.. The waitress (Rachael) gave excellent service, so we shall use this establishment again in the future.

Historically they have been really good. Used to be our weekly family treat. Last 3 times I've been there they have not had what we want available. My advice, take your own drink to faversham rec

A real community pub with an art class in progress when we arrived. I had the most delicious fish and chips - I can not remember having any better. There were also excellent tasty gluten free options for my wife.
