A thoroughly enjoyable meal, bursting with flavour, beautifully presented, Muhammed clearly takes his customers requests to heart and fulfils them to perfection, one of our party has specific dietary requirements, which were catered for, one of the best curries I've had in years, so much so I booked again for the following day, if you find yourself in Faversham and fancy an Indian, look no further! Disappointment most certainly isn't on the menu. Simply put, superb!

Really good food and lots of it. Went on a Friday night and restaurant was heaving , that said the service was excellent. I would recommend booking in order to ensure you get a table at your preferred time.

No advices on website about delivery and drivers don't start until AFTER 6pm yet took my money and I waited over an hr and a half and still had to GET MY OWN FOOD not very happy at all

Went there for a meal on Friday 12 January. A warm welcome from all the staff (plenty of them). Reasonable drinks range. The service was exemplary. The food was all delicious! All in all, a great first time experience to be recommended!

Honestly some of the best food I have eaten in a long while, the menu is very extensive with alot of options that I was unfamiliar with so I tried something new, mustard korai chicken and it was absolutely brilliant! Good wine selection and the service was entertaining too 😊

The Prince of India is my favourite Indian restaurant in town. We're all cookery experts now because we watch Masterchef and Jamie has told us all how to cook. But. This restaurant is above everything else in town for freshness, flavour and presentation. The Prince serves up traditional dishes and modern interpretations with pinash. Dining in the staff are thorough and brisk but always friendly and willing to explain a dish if you're unsure. Take-away is simple via their website. Just choose what you want and the restaurant will call to confirm and take payment (or you can pay online). If you like flavours, if your palate is educated and curious or if you simply just want a Chicken Bhuna and Pilau Rice, try the Prince. You won't be disappointed.

We went last night as a couple. Booked a table in the afternoon, please we did as they were very busy. Service was first class, food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning.

Ordered food at 5.45 online and was advised 75 minutes for delivery. Called after 90 minutes when there was no sign of it to be told it's on its way... 20 minutes later, still no sign so called again, told yet again it's on its way. Finally arrived after 2 1/4 hours and had to be reheated. I understand that it's busy but don't promise order times that you can't fulfil and certainly don't lie to me on the phone and tell me it's on its way when it clearly isn't. Very disappointed.

Always have prince of India for a Indian. Had take away, delivery and dine in and always 10/10!

I thoroughly enjoyed the food here, so good I visited twice in 2 days. The food was piping hot and delicious. I thought the portion sizes were good and it was reasonably priced. The staff were attentive and gave everyone a warm welcome. I would definitely come back and enjoy another chicken tikka jalfrezi, peshwari nann and sag paneer!

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is out of this world in my opinion and my family even my daughter enjoyed and she's really fussy, some indian classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. Im glad the was traffic on the motorway otherwise we would of not ever experience this lovely restaurant.

Had an excellent meal. Food was lovely, full of flavour. Lamb tikka masala and pilau rice. Staff were very friendly, atmosphere was great.

Staff have the knack of making a sit down Indian meal into an experience of positive vibes and great food to match. Banquet nights on Monday and Thursday well worth trying first.

We were a group of 15 and booked but they weren't ready for us. Waited over an hour for our food when take aways were flooding out of the kitchen. Most of our group were happy with their food but some of it was forgotten and mine was not warm enough and overpriced for the portion. Service was great and drinks came swiftly. I guess large groups are not their speciality.

Waited 1 1/2 hours for delivery of our takeaway. Stone cold won’t be using them again

Genuinely the best curry house in Faversham!

A group of 15 of us decided to come here after planning on visiting the local Wheatsheaf (which refused service because we had a young child among us). The staff at Prince of India couldn't have been more welcoming of our fairly large group. The service was impeccable, friendly, and the food was just amazing! We'll definitely be back next time our group is in the area

Just had the most amazing takeaway - fresh, hot, tasty bloody perfect! This restaurant never fails to impress, have taken family and friends there over the last year or so and they all rave about it too. Jaflong Bhuna is amazing ! The staff are great too - always friendly and always helpful and chatty!

Ordered a thali and food lacked in seasoning and flavour. The only decent item was the chicken tikka. Running 3 indian restaurants myself I instantly knew the tandoori chef had a day off as the naan bread that was served was doughy one side and in the middle was burnt. Kitchen staff need training. Would not use this place again.

Best food ever! The chicken and king prawn biryani was so tasteful and the vegetable curry was amazing. The customer service was also spectacular! They were all so nice! Overall 10/10

The starters were cooked to perfection, chops were not overly chewy so ripped off nicely. Flavours and spice balance was perfect across all dishes ! Spice levels in the jalfrezi did not overpower the taste of the overall dish which made it a treat. The chicken pieces were not dry and the meat was succulent. Overall a very pleasant experience and would defo recommend!

We only came back here recently after a friend recommended we retry, and we weren't disappointed. The food and service were great, very friendly and welcoming. A good selection to choose from with everything covered on the menu. We had the king prawn puree to start, which was delicious, followed by a lamb dansak. You can't go wrong, good food, drinks and all at a reasonable price. We enjoyed it so much we booked a couple more visits! We'll be back again soon, thanks.

Have been to all the India restaurants in faversham and now this one is our one and only one we will ever Order from its fresh and grease free the food is cook perfectly and not over cooked like the rest I've tried around faversham it's simply amazing. Can't wait to Order again!!!

Just had a delivery of lamb and a chicken pasanda. The lamb had no flavour and was so chewy I couldn't eat it. Husban said his chicken pasanda was OK but not brilliant plus the menu said served with pilau rice and we got basmatti rice with what looked like shredded crab stick. In our opinion the worst Indian food we have ever tasted. Certainly won't be going there again.

Lovely staff. Spotless table linen. Hot plates. Food 10/10. Marked down to 4 stars for atmosphere as there was a party of about 17 exuberant boys. They were having a good time, Harmless but noisy! 😊

We enjoyed a couple of decent curries at this friendly restaurant. Particularly liked the Al Abdin (Pilau spiced rice with lamb served with lamb curry).

First time of visiting since moving to Faversham. A warm welcome on entry and very accommodating on help with the menu, I love railway chicken and it was not on the menu but the chef came out and asked me about it and cooked it for me and it was amazing. Always a warm welcome, good food at a good price.

The food, when it came, was excellent. But over two hours from being seated to getting our mains was totally unacceptable. The waiter, when we could catch his eye, immediately forgot our drinks orders. We were told he would take them when he was ready. They also have written on the menu that they will not provide tapwater, this is illegal under the Licencing Act of 2003. Nah!

Always excellent food, thick sauces, nice flavour and decent amount of meat. The only downside is the delivery time but it’s worth the wait. Best Indian in Faversham in my opinion!

There was a initial delay but then food was delivered ahead of the re-estimated time. Food was hot and the level of spice was more than some other Indian takeaways so that was a pleasant surprise. Would use again, but shortly moving out of Faversham area!

Food could have been a bit hotter

The food came 15minits late after a long estimate time. When it came there was no rice. When I called they said the would send it straight away and it arrived ½hrs later after we finished eating. Not good for nearly £80. Won't be using again

The welcome is always warm, the wine 🍷 fantastic, but it the food and service that makes it somewhere to keep going back to. King Prawn Puri and a special lamb curry to savour. Well done all.

Excellent Indian restaurant, recommended at the hotel, unusually quiet when we visited, huge range of dishes available some of which appear unique. Spicy squid starter was delicious as was the lamb Tikka dhansak, it was spicy hot as well as having the expected sour notes and the texture due to the addition of two types of lentils was delightful, my wife enjoyed her prawn puri starter as did my one son who had a chicken pancake, they both enjoyed their chicken pasanda which was packed with chicken if a little sweet for my tastes. Brilliant staff and tap water was supplied when requested.

Food was really nice, and will definitely order again. Were originally a little skeptical as the menu was missing some dish explanations so we were entirely sure what we were ordering at times. The Pancake Kebab starters were great!

Order from here a lot, food is superb however twice now they've not included rice with our Passanda. It's left a person literally just with a curry or it's own. Wanted to update a review to match
