For us, it's the best Indian takeaway in town. The family that run it are so nice and friendly. We've eaten most of what's on the menu over the years, and never had a bad dish yet. You can also ask for recommendations if you have a particular spice level. The food is always well presented, hot and tasty. Recommended.

Best Indian I’ve had in a long time! Went for the lamb pasanda, chicken korma, rice, naan and a few sides. Was all delicious.

Our go to takeaway for Indian and Bangladeshi food. We generally order the same dishes for the family, because they are so good every time, including veg dhansak and chicken chatt main. We have tried various other dishes, which have always been tasty, but seem to gravitate back to our faves. The staff are so friendly too. Gets very busy Fri and Sat evening which speaks volumes.

Very tasty curry would recommend to anyone reasonably priced and fantastic service could improve on the onion bhajis 8 months later ordered lamb madras very tasty and bhuna curry sauce? what they gave me was oily onion mess not what have got before if you have a new chef I'm disappointed and you really need to taste your onion bhajis there not cooked inside don't think ill be coming anytime soon

So disappointed food was rank worse Indian I ever tried . I ordered this on the 26/05/2020 I even phone up to complain so how can you say I didn’t order perhaps I should take the contents from the bin to be analysed to environmental health to be tested . As me and my partner was up all night with stomach cramps and upset tummy.

Have to say, never had a bad meal from here. Always consistently good. Don’t go anywhere else. During lockdown they are adhering to the rules. So you don’t have to miss out. Phone then collect. Simples

It’s not even our closest Indian takeaway (we live in Faversham) but worth the little bit of extra travel. The food is amazing. Always very flavoursome, you can taste the quality. Service here is also always excellent, staff have always been very polite and friendly.

Just ordered from the takeaway menu (for collection). Only 5 minutes wait beyond the given collection time so a relatively good start. Unfortunately the food was dreadful. £40 of food gone straight in the bin. I won't bore you with the details of all the individual items but its hard to find an Indian restaurant serving a Pathia without a single lentil in the pot and an overwhelming taste of maple syrup and raw chilli...but lets not forget the meat Darjeeling with deep fried onion rings topping above a carton of flavourless, bright red, tough as boot leather ,tiny pieces of 'meat'...... I wont't mention the veg rice with its frozen broad beans and sweetcorn additions, or the chickpea bhaji that was an interesting 'meld' of a tin of chickpeas and some tomato ketchup. Just don't bother....

Excellent takeaway, just never ready when they say it will be if collecting, always at least 5 plus minutes after you arrive to pick it up.

Although this is only a take away restaurant the food is great quality and always served with care and generous portions. I would recommend this take away to anyone who loves a curry. We have a take away from here at least once a month and the children love the food too.

Friendly welcome,discreetly showed the man at front of house what I normally order from my usual restaurant on their menu and asked if they could replicate it,no problem he says,no you can't it was horrible 10 inedible green chillis the size of my finger,garlic chilli chicken masala was my request,dried up biranni was what I got.no thank you straight in the bin and never again.

We drive 6 miles past other curry houses to go to Humayra because the food is the best and the guys working there are really nice. Top food and top service! Mark & Karen

Ordered a few bits, including a saag paneer....rather than paneer there was what I can only describe as a melted cheese string or low quality red Leicester cheese (presumably a substitute for paneer or just the way the take away always misleads customers). Hugely disappointed to be left with what resembled a piece of orange melted plastic once the dish had begun to cool and not paneer cheese which holds it's texture!! The rest of the food was really nice, as was the service...sort it out people!!!

The very best take away in Medway I have found to date! Without fail, every order has been superb, the food is incredibly fresh and so tasty. Portions are incredibly generous! Cannot recommend this place enough. Staff are friendly and service is always spot on. The best Indian takeaway around!

The curry’s from the Humayra are delicious! The Humayra does not offer home delivery but that does not put us off ordering from here. Although it might be more expensive than other Indian takeaway in the area, it is definitely worth the extra money - your food and takeaway bag is not dripping with grease and the service which is provided is very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

We ordered an Indian for our birthday on Sunday 5th February 2017. We phoned around 4pm and collect about 4:30. I was really looking forward to the food and a few people highly recommended this Indian take away. I've got to say I was very disappointed, everything had no flavour and the Papadums was stale. It tasted like it hadn't been freshly cooked. It costed £40.00, we phoned to complain and the gentlemen on the phone was not helpful at all. I will not be coming back to this Indian and I would not recommend to anyone.

We have recently tried this takeaway after becoming dissatisfied with our old curry shop. Very good selection on menu and reasonably prices compared to some Indian takeaways. This however is not reflective of the excellent, high quality food.

Cuando me cambiaron de Londres a Kent, estaba muy interesado en encontrar una tienda de comida hindú que estaba a la altura de mis favoritos en Londres. Tengo que decir que esto era muy difícil y después de haber probado muchos indios en Sittingbourne comida para llevar y las zonas de los alrededores, pensé que era mala suerte. Entonces me pareció Humayra. Simplemente sonó cada tienda de comida hindú en la zona fuera del agua. Los curries son auténticos y frescos, mi favorito es el pollo Kashmiri (hecho con lichis) y Monchurian curry (con mango de pollo). Normalmente no soy un fan de curry dulces pero este hermoso restaurante cambiado de opinión acerca de ellos. Esto es sinceramente el mejor curry en la zona y si no has probado es lo recomiendo encarecidamente que hacer! Sí, es colección sólo pero es así que vale la pena. Además, el personal es encantador (la misma familia que lo dirige Shozna) y hacer la recaudación fácil y eficiente.

Only a takeaway with no delivery service, The food is superb and reasonably priced. The staff are always attentive and offer an excellent speedy service. Whenever I have an Indian takeaway this is my place of choice.

Have had many take always from here since a friend recommended here it's very good value for very good food will continue to use
