The best restaurants serving Default food in Surrey Heath South East

INCREDIBLY LATE FOR DELIVERY, RECIEVED NO INDICATION OF ARRIVAL TO THE POINT I HAD TO CALL REGARDING MY ORDER, WASNT OFFERED ANY REASON OR COMPENSATION. LOST A CUSTOMER.

AVOID! AVOID! Bagshot COSTA in Surrey Heath London Rd. You will regret why you went there. Please use another branch. DON’T be another VICTIM. Avoid this COSTA. It is a trap. Basically, they use County Court to get into your pocket. On 03/12/2022 I visited with my friends for a cup of coffee, but I am now regretting it as today 06/03/2025 I received a letter from The County Court Ordering me to pay £217.25 for the 15 I parked over the allowed time (90 minutes).

Bag split on delivery food everywhere, driver blanked restaurant, you cant get hold of restaurant, food cold, all went in the bin, absolute shambles of a restaurant

I love this particular Costa, manager is lovely and is always having a joke with us. Can get very busy during school holidays but other than that they cope very well under pressure.

Fantastic 80/90s supper.club nite out great food and DJ will.defo.be going again

Of If I could give a zero star rating I would!! Made an online order and when the order didn’t appear called the branch and was told they couldn’t deliver as they had no drivers and said they didn’t know what they could do!! Totally incompetent staff and left us sitting there with no other option. Tried to calls numerous times but calls were not answered and avoided. Terrible service!!!!!

AVOID. Food was delivered cold. Burnt chicken. Totally tasteless.

We had a takeaway from here because they delivbered and found it perfectly acceptable, although not our favourite. At the price, delivered it was ok!

You know what it's like when you just want your favourite baguette sandwich from Greggs. Nothing else will do. Well I am permanently let down by this branch because they refuse to stock my favourite: The Tandoori Chicken. I am so disappointed I have resorted to writing my first ever Tripadvisor review for a Greggs. I've checked their website and it's still on the menu, but this branch has not stocked it for months. I asked for it today and was told by the first member of staff I spoke to that they just do the Mexican Chicken. That's no good to me or anyone else who cannot eat cheese. It was as if she had never heard of Tandoori Chicken and I was asking for something that didn't exist. Then another member of staff popped up, possibly a supervisor, who said they haven't stocked it for a long time. No apology. No explanation. That's the way it is and they expect the customer to settle for second best. I expect they will say there is no demand, but I refuse to believe that. I for one can guarantee them a regular customer for it. And there's plenty of space in their baguette fridge to fit in a tray of them. Come on Camberley Greggs. Give customers what they want. That way they will come back and not go elsewhere. Bring back the Tandoori Chicken!

Eating in has recent re-opened so a friend and I decided to eat in. Staff were friendly and the price was quite cheap as they had a deal on. The pizzas were made quickly and were as always, delicious. I find collecting is easier and quicker so service was quick as usual!

Unfortunately the service and the staff of this place is what let’s it down most. The food was good, not amazing - but good, and served hot. We had the set festive menus and I must say I think it was great value for money. However the staff create a sour ambience, there is no customer service as the team are too busy chatting to one another, throughout our meal we saw each staff member go out for a smoke in front of us outside the venue front doors. This was very off putting as those same waiters were then coming in and bringing drinks to our tables. Not a great look! No management in sight, seems like a bunch of school kids are running the show! I would spend my money elsewhere with a better ambience next time!

I used to run this store, left because of toxic environments and management are just bunch of jokes, doesn't care about staff's well beings. This Jake dating 16 years old is just a tip of iceberg, asks us whether he should date 16 years old, even told him its not right and as well the other staff members constantly used to take hard drugs in the premises to has history of raising hands on their partners, when reported, made me look like a nobody and even accused me of things i never did. never seen so amateur and unprofessional petrol station manager who used to constantly close the store in evening while he put his wife on cash grab shifts.

My food arrived cold, I wasn’t impressed as the burger was really salty. I wish I’d ordered from 5 Guys!
