Costa Coffee in Surrey Heath

I love this particular Costa, manager is lovely and is always having a joke with us. Can get very busy during school holidays but other than that they cope very well under pressure.

Service was great, Laura and Hayley looked like they loved their jobs, made a great coffee and made me smile!

Sometimes in the past the service has been a bit slow as highlighted. However last couple of visits staff have all been very polite and service is as you would expect. Last visit on a busy Saturday where there was four staff members (as this is previously mentioned as an issue). Also has a nice but limited seating area out the front facing the sun in the mornings (plenty of indoor seating). Good selection of cakes too!

Awful customer service. I’m a member at the gym and brought drinks there all the time. I brought some McDonald for my kids coz she was hungry and Costa was closed but we bought drink prior to it being closed. I was told not to bring food in even when the coffee shop was closed. When I asked the questions about even if I bought the drink with you, I can’t have food in the seating area even when they are closed!! Great customer service and I won’t be buying anything from here again. Awful… no common sense. No customer care…

Very slow service even when there's no queue. Also, assured their millionaire shortbread was gluten free but checked their website which said it wasn't. Could have made my wife extremely ill.

Long wait. Staff looks around rather than concentrating on what they doing. Not making good coffee

Bearing in mind this Costa is in the centre of a busy leisure centre where parents sit and drink coffee there is only ever one person making coffees. I waited 18 minutes for my cappuccino. There needs to be more staff.

Well Costa Coffee. I frequent the Camberley town centre café quite a lot which is good but the service within the leisure centre is appalling. Queued for ages, the staff didn’t know what they were doing and when I ask for a drink which has cream on top, that’s what I expect, not to be told they haven’t got any when I receive it, tell me that when I order it! And, what’s with paper bags and cardboard cups, very environmentally friendly I must say! 😒 Very poor indeed. Won’t be ordering any more weak and lukewarm coffee from here after my swim again. Places leisure, your old cafe was much better, bring back a good bowl of chips, great for after swim or failing that, a vending machine would be preferable to Costa.

Not great service, to much in a rush to finish and service certain customers in paper cups when you you pay extra to have it in. Server was rude when I asked her for a cup and not a paper one. Response, especially working in a public sector was not great.

3 people front of you and you wait at least 10 minutes, very slow service unexceptable
