The best restaurants serving Default food in Rye Rother South East

Everything was perfect. Ready to collect on time, packed and help to the car. All our guests said how delicious the food was and the huge pavlova looked fabulous! All so yummy and just what we needed for a sunny garden party.

Go through the dowdy antique shop frontage into the tiny, almost cramped room behind and prepare for a treat. We three all picked the all day breakfast; proper bacon, real butcher's sausages and all the trimmings. At around £6, with coffee refills, we couldn't have been happier!

Sat outside Kino in a lovely setting at 2.30pm for late lunch. Good choice of what we were looking for, placed our order and was promptly delivered by a charming young man. I have got to say the toasted ham and cheese sandwich along with the great salad was one of the best I think I have ever had….delicious. Great bowl of clean water for my dog to enjoy too…. Thank you.

I made an order for delivery when it arrived I was disgusted to see that there was mould on my sons chicken burger. The quality if the food from this place has got worse and worse that's if they actually manage to get the order right in first place. I will never order from here again!

Came to stay with friends for the New Year and had a great time. Attended the New Years Eve party and a huge thank you to Dan [site manager] Meghan and Mark for their outstanding hard work on a very busy and packed party especially keeping the buffet going. Well done all, it has been a fantastic few days stay.

We picked up a lunch for the beach, sandwhiches, crisps, soft drinks and a cake. By far the best sandwich in a while (you can pick your own fillings) and they did a gluten free option too with gluten free cakes. They also sell good food presents.

Warm, friendly service with the best Danish pastries I have ever eaten. My granddaughter devour her ice cream, claiming it to be super delicious! Would highly recommend a visit to this excellent café.

Simply Italian is very aptly named. The food is delicious & affordable. The carafes of wine are a lovely touch. We had lobster 🦞 ravioli and goats cheese pizza.

Takr away or seated. Tasty and fresh fish etc. Friendly staff. One star less because chips are not as 'crisp and dry' as some others we've had.

Really warm and welcoming restaurant, I have used Mardi Spice for over 16 years and can honestly say, their food is fantastic, cooked to your liking. Highly recommend them.

First time eating in here with my partner and we loved it. The food was incredible full of flavour I had the pork belly fried rice and dim sum and my goodness was it incredible. The atmosphere was lovely nice music lovely decor and the service was very police and relaxed. Made us feel at home. If you like Thai food come here.

I had the breakfast plate, which was sooo yummy! I thought it was such a good idea that you can get a bit of everything. The coffee was delicious and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. thank you all so much, we will be back!

Intended visit to Rye Always use this cafe as a stop over when driving the coastal route. Small, clean, friendly and they make a wonderful mug of Yorkshire tea! Had a bacon sandwich as well 😋 yummy.
