The Cornish Bakery in Rother

I found the George more or less by chance, and I'm glad I did. They're a very charming bunch and I had a lovely night. Room is a good size, bed very comfortable and bathroom very clean. There was a pretty good band playing when I arrived, the place was absolutely packed with happy people. All very sensible happy people though as they all toddled off home at a not-at-all-unreasonable hour ;-)

Went for a eveningmeal, highly recommend the pie. Lovely warm welcome from all staff and locals, very dog friendly and atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back.

1st and last visit food was Terrible eggs were not cooked and the toast was warm bread not even toasted

Fabulous experience. Good delivery and the Cajun chicken was delicious

Excellent coffee and cake stop on the 1066 walk.
