Best pizza ,not greasy ,very crispy and delicious.

I visited Bar 73 in Waterlooville for Sunday lunch. I had been told it was good food and a fair price. I odered a glass of beautifully chilled wine and perused the menu. I chose roast beef with yorkshire pudding accompanied with roasted parsnips, roasted potatoes, cauliflower cheese, maple carrots and greens. All topped with a tasty home made gravy. The meal arrived, the gravy was so good, I asked for a small jug of extra gravy. I can only say I thoroughly enjoyed my excellent meal. The beef was juicy and tender, cooked to perfection. There were plenty of golden crispy "roasties". The cauliflower cheese sauce was lovely and cheesy, the cauliflower itself was cooked beautifully, not at all mushy. Thank you for a wonderful lunch, which was as nice, if not better than I can make at home. Even better, no cooking or washing up afterwards. Thank you to Jamie, Matt and the team. Most of all a Big Thank You to the Chef for your hard work in preparing an excellent meal. I will be back!

Absolutely disgusting. Do not order the munch box, it’s terrible. Nothing like you’re expecting, greasy, cold, horrible Chinese food.

Went for some tea,had a absolutely amazing time Jess had paid for my tea and even gave me a slice of cake on the house I was really happy thank you Jess will definitely come again if you are there please give these wonderful people who work there a tip From Trey

I live nearby so always collect when i order. Reasonable prices and food tastes great. If ordering for delivery it can take quite some time but does state this on their website. Inside of restaurant looks nice and friendly staff. Parking round back free after 6pm.

love everyone here, the food is consistently delicious and the servers take care of everything needed. the bartenders (especially dior) always make the best drinks and provide the best service

Had tea and cake which was nice. Shame the place itself if run down. Tape on the floors and the furniture is filthy. In need of some TLC. Also the staff member put a cake on a plate, for some reason tipped it on another plate and then put the original plate back on the pile of clean ones, cross contamination and not good of someone has allergies!

Attentive, good food, was extra spicy how I like it, really enjoyed it. Good prices too.

Special mixed biriyani is banging, but I reckon the madras sauce goes better with it than the masala. Prawn puree very solid, presented nicely with good flavour. Noticeably good quality prawns too. Very generous with portions and even some complementary poppadoms. Solid curry!

Take away on Thursday night. Come Friday both my husband and I were ill AND then the dog was ill too!! (He had some of the take away too) Gutted as we liked this take away. Can't eat here now after being so ill 😫 🤮😪

First visit to The Heroes Friendly atmosphere Excellent service Food unbelievable. Exceptional value Highly Recommend

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was uninviting. We were told to come in but immediately informed we had “only 20 minutes.” We had to ask for menus, and before we were even given a chance to review them, we were asked what we wanted. As we were still trying to enjoy our drink, we were pressed to make a payment because they were closing. What made it worse was that, despite other guests still sitting comfortably after their afternoon tea, we were told, “We are closed now—go and take your drink outside.” When I challenged a team member about the way we were being treated, the response was indifferent—they were only concerned about being paid. I have never been made to feel so unwelcome and worthless as a customer. This is shameful practice and speaks volumes about the lack of care or value placed on customer experience. Clearly, providing a warm and respectful service is not part of your mission statement
