Hi, I wasn’t happy with my order last night. I’ve always ordered from here and no problems but last night the food was cold. I had a few mouthfuls and left pretty much all of it. I am asking if I can have a refund please

Delivery took 2 and a half hours, and 2 missing items. Shame because the food (although being cold) actually tasted good, maybe it was just too busy as it is a Saturday night but I’d like to think they’d stop accepting delivery’s during busy periods if they know they can’t keep up which I’d find more understandable than starving for 2 hours

First time getting this and it did not disappoint!! It’s our new go to when ordering a take out! The chicken Pasanda was soooooo good.

Samosas were soggy I couldn’t even eat them onion Bahji and lamb cofta burnt overall not enjoyable

I ordered 2 ckn dhansak sauces and onion bahgees with a garlic naan bread and poppadoms. The dhansak saucers were awful they just looked like a Chinese curry sauce and tasted like it. The garlic naan bread was undercooked, the onion bahgees were the only good things to eat with the poppadoms. And when delivered items were cold. Never will order from them again in the future.☹😡

I called the restaurant 45 minutes after I ordered to ask where my order was. They said they were waiting for a driver and it wouldn't be long. My order came to £23. I gave the driver £30. he didn't give me any change because he left his cash wallet at the restaurant. So all in all, I'm £7 down and had a cold curry! Not a happy customer!

Don't waste your money food arrive barely warm. Popperdoms tasted old and soggy, the sheek kebab was rubbery, onion bargi were greasy, samosa were crispy but cold inside. The two curries we ordered were a good portion size but both were barely warm the tikka masala had that much grated coconut in it made the curry taste gritty. Sadly this has put me off from ordering from there again.

The massala hut is probably the best Indian takeaway in Waterlooville and the surroundings area. Iv been using them for the last 20 years. The food is tasty , hot and extremely reasonably price for the quality you receive.

This is the second time I've ordered from here, the quality is great and the service from the staff is brilliant, highly recommended!

The food was absolutely amazing and so much of it, nice and spicy but not to hot, really enjoyed it and will definitely order again.

I had an issue and sent message to just eat as my £10 off voucher did not work, following this I ordered without any money off at 18:30 the deliver time said 55-60 minutes after ordering my delivery changed to 19:55 - 20:15 and didnt arrive til 20:45

Delivery was on time! Lovely food. They even gave me free onion bhaji’s and after the day I have had that really cheered me up. Thank you and I will definitely be ordering again!

Meat was overcooked, potatoes undercooked, sag paneer was cold, coke cans were hot from being sat in direct contact with hot food. That’s everything ordered having something wrong with it! That with waiting 2 hours for delivery! Never again

Having lived in Waterlooville for the last 15 years, we’ve tried a number of take away curry houses. But it took us 14 years to find the best one, ever. The prices are reasonable, the portions are big and the taste is A-mazing. To top it all, each delivery comes with a few extras. Can’t rate this place and the people, high enough. My hubby usually has lamb bhuna, while I tend to go for king prawn madras/dupiaza. Their prawns are something else. Full of flavour and BIG!

Always great food from here. This has become a firm favourite in our household. The dishes are prepared fresh and are piping hot. Great taste and great value.

so we were going to have a nice family dinner so ordered a Indian and an hour past so we got a bit concerned therefore called up the restaurant and they said that it had got sent out by a bloke. The next 45minutes go by still no sign of any Indian food. therefore, call up again and they say we have no trace of your order for a good five minutes then suddenly say that they have it and have had it for the past two hours and have just been too lazy to send it out. what a shocking experience. We had to leave our familys house as we had important things to do. The place did not offer a refund,

So I've been eating here for years great food but last weekend they forgot to put part of my food order in I phone to let them know I went in tonight Friday 24th for food remind them about last weekend ordered my food and they charged me full price I was a very disappointed

Fancied some Samosa's so ordered a portion each of vegetable and meat. Delicious. Also love the fact you can see straight through to the kitchen. Will definitely look to go and buy my takeaway from Massalla Hut in future.

We waited 4 hours for delivery, we phoned & were told the driver would be contacted, so you can imagine the food wasn’t hot when it eventually arrived and not enjoyable, who wants to eat their dinner at gone 11pm when ordered at 7pm.

2 hours late! Was told it was out for delivery twice (half an hour apart) and that it would turn up hot, that was a joke! Normally a fan but very let down tonight.

Been using Massalla Hut for years and years. Always consistently good quality and value food. Chicken Tikka Dhansak and Mixed Jalzrefi our favourites.

Great service, good always delicious. Will do home delivery if you prefer. They prefer cash which is fine as we all know businesses pay for using card machines.

The food was not that great, a little disappointed, the korma and the madras sauce was thick and tasted like it had to much curry powder. It tasted more like a paste than anything. Madras wasn’t really that spicy. The naan bread we ordered tasted like flour. The egg fried rice was good and the popedoms were good but all in all not great. Sorry but we would not order from here again
