Costa Coffee in Havant

This place is Nice. Respectful staff, Good frappes well Only one bad thing when I ask for a blueberry frappe they say they have no more blueberry bobas I do get pretty annoyed sometimes

In for a couple coffees and my card rejected, So the guy at the counter went and spoke to someone. And gave me a free coffee. Thank you Maddie, Ben and Jack.

On more than one occasion, items have been missing from my order and as a disabled person, I rely on ordering hot food!, I have no way of get to the shop and there is no telephone number to call and complain

Fantastic service nice staff clean setting

Very polite and friendly staff. And VERY clean. As soon as someone left a table the tattooed lad was on it, VERY IMPRESSED with him especially.

Usual Costa experience, reasonable coffee, sandwiches etc. Close to shops, easy access.

Staff were kind and attentive. Hygiene rules followed throughout. Well done.

What is it with Costa , such poor hygiene standards , tables dirty , seats dirty and with days worth of crumbs accumulated on them, floor poor , juat generally very mucky. Also firdge unit for drinks not working/ on so soft drinks were luke warm Just really poor basic standards

Starting to get too expensive to have coffee here.

Normally this Costas is fine, unfortunately recently a couple of the staff have been complacent serving semi warm & short measure coffees. Then they’ve been rude when asked for a replacement. I love the manager here but can he please ensure his staff be reminded what their job is. Serving good coffee & being courteous to the customers.

Often go to this Costa. Very friendly and kind staff. Took my cousin from out of town, and even she said she found the staff really nice and friendly. Would recommend here for a relaxing break with a loved one.

The Barista spent the whole time chatting to her colleague. She didn't acknowledge me at all, despite being a regular. Coffee was disgusting. The manager must have been away because he usually keeps things on track.

Supposed to be a quiet cuppa before my work appointment. Unfortunately I was very much mistaken. The dark haired sales assistant ignored me, whilst talking to her friend at the till about her other obvious (hairdresser work) venture. Due to how loud she was talking, the other girl who realized and served me , couldn't hear me and served a takeaway cup instead of sit-in cup. Needless to say, she was very loud throughout my visit to all the customers. Even the elderly couple sat at the other end of the cafe (near me) both commented on her loudness and didn't wish to hear her personal chat... Not a quiet coffee after all....🙄 Other days are much quieter. You just have to catch the right day, if you know what I mean.

Having been back a couple of times since, it would appear my original visit was an off day for Costa. My most recent visit was lovely, calm, quick service, outstanding and talented staff, beautiful coffee, and delicious chocolate twists! Plenty of seats available, even though lots of seats were taken, and it was a clean and pleasant atmosphere. Some days it will be busier than shops on black Friday, and others it'll be like today. Know and plan your days and timings and you'll have a wonderful visit. With loads of free parking just outside as well, I recommend visiting!

There is a variety of drinks and very fast moving attentive staff. However if you struggle with noise do not eat in here. The sound of the coffee machine is quite off putting. Lots of patrons come here so it js ussually really busy. If you have a child with ASC avoid going in, they will be quite heightened. I recommend getting stuff to go. I had a lovely ice drink but could barely hear the person talking right next to me.

Great all around but the noise is quite loud you have to shout to hear yourself talk from all the customer chatter

There was a small gathering of people waiting for 9am opening. The doors were opened promptly, the local bells were still chiming 9 when the doors opened. 4 members of staff quickly and efficiently dealt with the queue. More importantly, they all seemed happy to be there, lovely!

Very nice Costa with very attentive staff and fast service. Don't bother trying to connect to the WiFi ..... I tried several times and it never got to the sign in page once so I gave up.

This is by far the best managed Costa we have been to. Always clean and the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It's become our go to coffee shop.

Good coffee and good service. Not the most atmospheric and a bit packed out with tables. If you have a wheelchair you would be pressed to get round.

Staff member argued with me and had a disgusting attitude after I asked if a drink could be made without syrup or sugar-free syrup for a diabetic customer. To thus day cannot understand why the drink requested couldn't be made this way as I've gone to other stores, and they were quite capable of doing it without an argument and changes in drink order. Poor young lad who was trying to serve me on the till got caught in the middle. Won't come back to thus store after that experience.

Always very clean and well stocked and have always found the service excellent. I particularly like the fact that I get a 25p discount if I bring my own cup, and the vegan options.

Absolutely amazing service today! My child wanted a specific drink, I got confused and ordered the wrong one! Jack came to the rescue and replaced the drink with the one my child wanted and took care of everything. Fast and friendly service from a well led team. I recommend the Biscoff cheesecake and the Blueberry Frangepan!

Staff were pleasant. Pre made food was good. Drinks were lovely but overpriced. The baby chino (child's hot chocolate) was served way too hot for a child, and I had to take it back, which they rectified. Overall, okay service/experience. 👍

My local for hot chocolate and a bun! Easy parking, always quick service (I order Click & Collect before I get out the car!) and the chocolate is just how I like it.

We had the muffins which were so very soft and light just absolutely perfect!!! The hot chocolates were lovely too. Great service as always.

I wish they would properly clean their latte glasses. Not pre washing before putting them in a dishwasher leaves the dried in frothy milk remnants from the previous user. They need a good clean. They do have a decent vegan selection, though!

I always ask for extra hot coffee ..don't really east food from here but they are getting better at veggie and vegan options which does allow me to try the food !

Decent standard of Costa. Everything clean and quick but isn't as cosy as others as its a tight space

If they served beer I'd go more often

Visited many times but the last times I noticed that, I order decaf coffee with caramel they give me just coffee... People having reasons they drinking decaf coffee and these reasons must be respected... Especially when you asking them if is decaf and if it have caramel, which being payed extra

Enjoy coming here, Enjoy the vegan option of plant based sausages in a bap. Hope to see more varieties of vegan products in the future. Relaxed atmosphere.

Your typical COSTA, they make my favourite coffee as good as any other I've been too.

We had a lovely hot 🔥 Chocolate 🍫 drink, it was well made by the lovely staff. A Christmas 🤶 decoration in this Waterlooville site, must be because it is an American company. Humbugs lol. TTFN. Got a PSmart parking charge while I was sat in Costa.

It is a nice place to relax for coffee

It's clean and tidy, the food was very nice and very pleasant staff. I had to knock a star off as we were given dirty knives on our tray for our toasted sandwiches, but they were replaced when we asked for clean ones. However just a little bit of care before serving would have ensured an extra star.

OUTSTANDING in its field. Costa coffee in Wellington Way continually exceeds above all others. Jack the Manager has worked extremely hard to build a welcoming, hard-working team that provide excellent service EVERYTIME. He leads by example and is always dedicated to support his team. Great service and happy teamwork. We are always blown away by how efficient, lovely and engaging they all are. Tables are quickly cleared and cleaned. Queues are quickly served by the lovely young ladies who are always happy to help. Jack and his Team are the best Costa coffee Team without a doubt. Costa should be proud to have this fabulous team representing them. Other businesses could learn a great deal from the success of this Costa Team. Well done and thank you as always.

The staff are super friendly which is the reason why I come to this costa rather than the others in the area. I love coming here to get some work done. Very comfortable environment and always clean.

Great fast food a quality is excellent

Not very friendly I appreciate it was busy, but no hellos goodbyes young girl on till Amy I think her name was kept cuffing her nose on her sleeve , the till froze on my transaction creating queues things do happen, but no staff was apologetic to myself or customers , just kept taking in the orders for drinks. Not a good experience this time

The staff in this Costa, like every Costa I've been to, are so friendly and helpful. The premises are clean and comfortable, and there is always a fantastic selection of light bites, cakes and pastries available as well as the usual drinks. I also really like the fact that you never feel like you're being rushed out the minute you finish what you've ordered, which is how I have felt in some other places!

Honestly this branch is soo good. The staff literally bend over backwards and nothing is too much trouble. Today I was having a really bad day, I took my 3 children in for a treat. My one year old kicked the table and knocked my drink flying I was mortified. Told the staff (I was on the verge of a cry) and they literally cleaned up told me not to worry then got me a new drink. Also before we sat down the lady moved the tables around so we could all sit together. Honestly Thanku so much! X

Great coffee only downside is the back ground noise of other costumers chit chat when trying to just relax ,(battery hens springs to mind )
