Great to have a coffee while doing the shop in Waitrose. Place is not as busy as most coffee shops in thne area whcih makes it a great place to wait fort he wife!

Having now ordered two Kebabs in last couple of weeks I've been very impressed with the service and quality of food. I read previous old reviews which were bad but it seems to me the new management has really improved. Tasty food & fast service. Apologies for no pic looked so tasty I didn't take time to take one

6 staff behind the counter, all useless. Huge queue, wrong order. Just binned it as too long wait to get order changed. Literally pointless

I know we don't expect much from McDonalds generally but this branch is consistently poor. Cold food and incredibly rude staff. Drive a bit further and avoid Waterlooville McDonalds at all costs.
