Ordered delivery - 2. x footlong and one 6 inch all toasted. Arrived ice cold with melted cheese. Can only assume the bread was taken from freezer or refrigerator and placed under the grill to melt the cheese. The bread on all 3 subs was stale and inedible. On a plus side the Deliveroo rider was excellent, very professional and polite. Sadly this isn't the first bad delivery we've had. Won't be giving Subway any more chances. Terrible food, not to their usual standard at all. Avoid delivery.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with SUBWAY's appalling customer service, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. After receiving my order, which took a mere one minute to arrive as the store was practically next door, I was utterly disappointed to find that the food was stone cold. It was as if they couldn't even be bothered to ensure a basic level of quality for their customers. As if that wasn't bad enough, I ordered their 'Big Bombay' sandwich, only to be served what can only be described as a microscopic sliver of chicken. It was laughable and downright insulting to call it a 'normal portion.' I decided to take matters into my own hands and walked over to the store to see if they could rectify the situation. However, instead of any semblance of concern or responsibility, the staff showed complete indifference to my plight. They brazenly shrugged off the issue and redirected the blame towards the delivery service, Just Eat. I didn't order from Just Eat; I ordered from SUBWAY, and it was their responsibility to ensure the quality of the food they served. Their solution to this abysmal situation? To nonchalantly suggest reheating the sub in the microwave. Are you kidding me? I could have done that at home if I wanted a microwaved meal. I expected a fresh, hot sandwich considering the proximity of the store, not a half-hearted attempt to salvage their terrible mistake. The worst part of the whole experience was the attitude displayed by the staff. They had zero time for my concerns, treating me as if my dissatisfaction was unwarranted. As a paying customer, I deserve respect and at least a modicum of empathy when something goes so terribly wrong with my order. I have been a loyal customer to SUBWAY in the past, but after this abysmal display of incompetence and arrogance, I will think twice before ever setting foot in one of their stores again. I wouldn't wish this kind of service on my worst enemy. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this SUBWAY location and seek out a restaurant that actually cares about their customers.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered via just eat at 13:20 for 14:10 delivery, arrived at 14:40 cold and missing food. Contacted subway who refused to give me my missing food told me to contact just eat for a refund. I didn’t want a refund, just wanted the rest of my order but she refused so I asked for a contact number for them and she hung up. She eventually answered the phone and tells me the managers name is ‘Barbie’ and they aren’t available. Wasnt just eats error as the bags are sealed. Could have been easily resolved by just sending out the missing food or giving me a contact number for the driver but she decided to be incredibly rude and unhelpful. Blame Just Eat all you want but if you are working with them, they are a reflection on your company and you should take responsibility for that. Minor mistake but the customer service was shocking so I had to review!

Stopped by for lunch with my kids. Firstly the priority of Uber orders over eat in customers is annoying. We had to wait while two anonymous orders were made up then somehow one got between my orders and the checkout person was trying to charge my kids for their food before mine had even been made up.Secondly the food hygeine standards weren't at Subway expectations. Two women serving were reaching over so far their shirts were dirty with food. The woman on the meat counter wasn't changing her gloves, she took an extra piece of cheese to go with the chicken sandwich then tossed it back in despite the fact she'd been touching meat. I made sure to ask for grated cheese to go in my salad and was offered an egg. She took the egg, placed it in the palm of her hand then sliced it before placing it in my salad. Again no glove changes, an allergy nightmare. Same woman later changed the salad over by scraping the last of the iceberg lettuce into a new tub WITH THE SAME GLOVES! Not sure how this sits with vegetarians and vegans. I definitely would not visit again. I had an upset tummy within a couple of hours which is usually a sign I've experienced cross contamination. Staff training must be a priority.

I went in for a coffee while waiting for my mother in law who was shopping .The assistants didn’t even crack their faces to smile and it all seemed too much trouble to serve me.The coffee wasn’t good either .A place to avoid .

Visitamos hoy, muy grosero y miembro del personal comenzó despotricando cuando fui a gritos las señoras loo. Si el retrete está fuera de lugar pedir un cartel en la puerta (como en otros wc) y reemplazar la barrera que ella dijo que se había olvidado de poner. Gritos y despotricando al otro lado de la tienda, golpeando en la puerta loo delante de todo el mundo no es aceptable y embarazoso para todos.Servicio al cliente espantoso por mujer, sospecho que ella es shouty a cargo. Otros miembros del personal parecía completamente avergonzado y sacudido por su comportamiento y que no me preocupara.

Just want to say what an amazing job your staff have done today! There were to young girls in from of us in the que with a very long list of food to get your staff worked as a team get it all done quickly and we're very helpful to the young girls and the man at the end helped them work out there money and check to make sure they had everything on their list , this was lovely to see not all staff are as kind and welcoming as this!!

Uno de metro es prácticamente el mismo que el siguiente menú y precios... mismo que es bueno, ya que siempre sabes lo que vas a obtener. La una cosa que no encontrar decepcionante aunque es que cuando estoy parado al lado de alguien pidiendo un sub carne, les dan una sub lleno de carne. Luego he pedido una versión de verduras y conseguir un miserable 2 rebanadas de queso. Al pedir un par más rebanadas estoy avisado que tendría que pagar extra. Metro realmente necesita revisar su política alrededor de sus opciones para vegetarianos en comparación con la carne es claramente no nazis relación calidad-precio. En el lado positivo, la subs siempre gusto bueno y el personal amable. Buen lugar si sólo quieres un almuerzo rápido... no esperes mucho en la manera de queso si no eres un carnívoros

Visitamos por almuerzo rápido. El lugar no estaba limpia las mesas sucias el retrete sucio. Algunos camareros parecía tan joven y de su profundidad, ya que estaba ocupado. Se estaban poniendo órdenes mal y parecía estresado. Sin duda no fue una visita agradable me hubiera dejado pero nieto realmente quería un metro el almuerzo. No volveré a esta sucursal de prisa! Es una pena como Waterlooville no tiene mucho que ofrecer y ahora incluso metro parece tener bajado.

I came in here on Thursday for a quick breakfast roll. As I walked in I noticed that the floor was a little bit unclean but it was close to 10 am, so could have been normal daily dirt? I joined the cue whilst deciding what I wanted. I went for the egg and cheese foot long sub. I noticed the "sandwich artist " or what ever its politically right to call them, start making my sub. He didn't change his gloves even though he had just been handling meat for one of the subs before mine. Being a vegetarian it is off putting. If it had been an allergy it could have been worse!! I asked for double cheese, and was told that this was extra, which I was happy to pay. Within five seconds of making my sub (cutting the sub and putting egg and single cheese on it) he had forgotten that I wanted double cheese. I reminded him of this! I had it toasted and also had a coffee. The coffee is some of the worst tasting brown liquid that I have ever drunk. I used the toilets on my way out and wished that I hadn't!! They looked like they had not been cleaned properly for days, just the dirt moved from place to place with a mop.As a franchise, these places are supposed to be the same, I am not that naive that I think they are all are, however this is nowhere near some of the subways that I have been in, and they were 4-5 times busier!!!

We visited Subway for Lunch whilst out shopping with my Daughter who wanted to buy me a Birthday gift and treat me to lunch. The food was good. The staff appeared happy in their work (which I believe is important). The cost of the meal was very reasonable so I didnt feel guilty about my Daughter paying for it. I will eat here again

First impressions count and at this place it ain't good! Filthy tables with previous customers leftovers and rubbish on. The floors surrounding the tables are absolutely disgusting. It would probably be more advisable to take away your food than eat in, but like the previous reviewer says, if what the customer can see is shameful and unsanitary, then goodness knows what behind the scenes is like. Shame on you, Subway. This place needs deep cleaning and bleaching or shutting down before someone gets very poorly...

Took my grandchildren there for a treat, and was disgusted to see litter everywhere, and bins over flowing. There was no excuse this as there was a least eight staff working. This situation should of been rectified before it got to this state. I even had to clear and wipe my own table, so that the four of us could sit and eat. I have been here many times, but this was by far the worst I have seen it. I am now thinking that if the main shop is this messy, then what is the back room where the food is prepared like. I feel the manager is to blame here by not directing a staff member to clear up, the hordes of children just leave all there rubbish lying around, having no respect. It was busy and I didn't appreciate being rushed, I had three young children. And it takes them time to choose. Over all a very disappointing experience for my grand children's first visit to Subway, one which may stop me going back there. Shame I wasn't a food hygiene inspector or secret shopper.

I love this Chinese every thing i have tried tastes amazing an the service quick and polite. Can be a little busy at times but that's a testament to how good the food is. Highly recommend this place.

Dreadful service. Clueless. And very expensive for a chip shop. I had to wait 45 minutes just for chips while they served everybody else with fish. Any other chip shop would serve you straight away with just chips while other people expect to wait a while for their fish to be fried fresh but not this place. You're on a list which the staff struggle with. If you just want chips there is a Chinese next door that will serve you chips in less than 10 minutes. Lot of people left the Chinese with fish and chips while I was sat waiting for my chips. We won't be back.
