David was so helpful. We didn’t really know what to order, and he helped us with the amazing menu, and worked hard to make sure we had a great date night. Will be coming back.

The sushi at Ra sushi is THE BOMB.COM we were very well taken care of; the service was out of this world which made the sushi that much more delicious although it didn't need any help because it was some of the best sushi I've ever had. We will definitely be back for more and will probably make this a staple in our rotation of sushi restaurants.

I just would like to say since I moved here I hadn’t had such great sushi and even better service from diego and the cooks in the back making sure the food is delicious to Aaliyah and the severs doing a great job at make us customers feel appreciated as well we can’t forget the experience you get as you first get greeted by host like Kane with so much passion and always smiling and of course we can’t forget the amazing Bartenders like Leon always hearing us on what we need as far as to giving recommendations for new types of drinks and making the bar vibes such a great experience but of course a great team comes from a great leader and with that being said that is what Nick shows at make sure he is present with is customers and helping out his team where it is needed a real true leader that is what a great restaurant should show

Incredible service, good atmosphere for this hot season, they replaced them, they recommended some fried sushi, wow, they were incredible!!!

I sat at the bar and Cassie was the bartender. She gave excellent recommendations and service! I got the chashu ramen and it was delicious, definitely recommend.

My go to place for food and drinks!

This sushi spot is my go-to for a fun night out! The vibe is always upbeat, and the creative rolls never disappoint. I always crave their signature roll with the spicy crunch – it's seriously addictive. And for something a little different, the sweet and savory roll with a playful name is a must-try. A few other favorites are the classic spicy tuna and the refreshing salmon avocado. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu!

I am a regular customer who frequents RA at least twice per week. I left my to go order and called to advise them. I had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking with the Manager by the name of Diego. In spite me advising him of what happened, he informed me there was nothing that he could do and the only option was to place a new order and PAY AGAIN! I expressed my disappointment and how this was unfair. He showed no empathy. I advised that I was going to leave he a review about my interaction with him. He responded by saying I don't care. I was in disbelief that RA would have a Manager in place such as Diego who doesn't care about RESOLVING CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES. I have a large media following and will be sharing my experience. I do not recommend this place at all. Stay away. Management doesn't care about customers poor experience. Oh and I forgot to mention. Diego gave me the wrong number for the GM intentionally. It was a bogus number he gave me. Terrible interaction with DIEGO

Had a wonderful experience at RA Sushi Bar. We shared a lobster special and crab special. The savings were definitely ample, and we didn't leave feeling hungry. The drinks are very tasty and the service beyond reproach. Will definitely be dining there again.

Came here for lunch and had to wait 40 mins for food, 30 mins for drinks and had to remind twice about drink, chilli paste, soy sauce, water. Came to celebrate birthday and experience was not good.

For the high price, the food was really nothing special from any other sushi bar. The spice profiles were pretty bland actually. The service was attentive and the vibe was laid back.

I love RA , Sake for $3.50 I thought how can it better than that then I was approached by a lovely bartender named Leon. Leon was thoughtful, attentive, and made sure all of my food came out in a timely and orderly fashion. Leon is the best I definitely recommend coming to RA and if you can sit at the bar for the best experience! :)

Everything just tasted like soy sauce no actual flavor and crispy spicy tuna was brown. Made it seem like the fish used was old. Crossing fingers that it doesn't make us sick as we are some but realized it was either bad or just plain poor quality. Got our money back through delivery service for it.

My favorite sushi place in Plano. The scallop dynamite is unbelievable! Thank you Aaliyah for always taking care of our family and thank you Nina for Managing such a great restaurant.

Had my birthday dinner at RA! Great food, and our server Pico was lovely and took great care of us.

I recently visited RA Sushi at Legacy North with my girlfriend, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. From start to finish, the evening was marred by a series of unfortunate events and poor service. As soon as we were seated, the fire alarm went off, forcing us to step outside. The manager informed us of the situation and suggested that those who wanted to wait could sit on the patio. Despite the blaring alarm, we decided to stay, partly because my girlfriend is a fan of the place. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was clear chaos as they tried to manage the situation. The server eventually came to take our order, but we had to negotiate because the kitchen was closed, leaving only the sushi counter available. While we understood that accidents happen and were willing to be flexible, the experience quickly deteriorated. After waiting for over an hour, our food arrived, but we still didn't have forks or condiments. Despite repeated requests, these basic items were never brought to us, forcing us to eat in a rather undignified manner. The breaking point was the server's behavior. When we reminded her about the missing items and requested the check, she rudely tossed the items onto the table and shouted at us, claiming, "Ya'll can't be rude! There’s a lot going on in the restaurant, and I am a single mother!" This outburst was unprofessional and unacceptable. We understand that everyone has personal challenges, but that does not excuse poor service and unprofessional behavior in a workplace setting. We raised our concerns with the manager, who was kind enough to acknowledge the situation and assure us that he would speak with the server. However, the damage was done. The server's attitude, the long wait, and the overall chaos left us with a sour taste, both literally and figuratively. In conclusion, this visit to RA Sushi at Legacy North was a disappointing experience. While we appreciate the manager's professionalism, the server's conduct and the overall handling of the situation were unacceptable. Every customer deserves respect and basic service, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, this establishment failed to meet even the most basic expectations. We cannot recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

Elle was absolutely phenomenal. She took care of absolutely everything! Food was great and so were the vibes! If you want a great time and wonderful service, dine here and ask for Elle!

If you’re looking for a super chill vibe, with phenomenal sushi and great service, RA is the place to go. Make sure you ask for Elle when you get here, she was incredibly accommodating and pleasant. 11/10 would be an understatement of a rating.

By far, the most delicious and savory meal I’ve had a in a while (and I eat out almost everyday) Big foodie here, very explicit food descriptions coming right up! Me and a friend were in the mood for something fresh so we looked around the neighborhood to see what we could find open. We came across RA Sushi on Apple Maps and decided to give it a shot. Upon arriving, the woman who greeted us was Twallia. She ended up being our server which was an incredibly delightful experiences I’m a decisive woman so I looked at the menu before hand and went for my casual miso soup, with edamame to start off. Twallia was considerate enough to ask if we wanted salted, unsalted, or spicy edamame rather than just settling for edamame. She gave us options! Thats what I loved the most. Next, we ordered the “RA”Men and the AdultsOnly Roll. Ps: the roll was on fire 🔥 literally Super great options! Both were on par with everything else we ordered. Nothing too salty nor tasteless. Lastly, we ended the dinner with a Crème Brûlée Again, this was exactly as I expected. Just perfect. Thank you for the wonderful experience Twallia! You’re the best!

It's definitely an eye popper aesthetically; lots of reds and blacks that give you that "sleek Japan" vibe. Food was good too - I had the rainbow roll and salmon nigiri. Both tasted fresh and were made well with no fall out. The dessert, the fried cinnamon ice cream, was odd though. Cinnamon mixed with strawberry AND chocolate just feels weird on the taste buds. If it was vanilla ice cream, sure, but the cinnamon is STRONG. Lastly, the service was nice but it took a really long time to get the bill.

Very classy vibes that is very enjoyable to spend a dinner at. Food and drinks are unique and give different tastes compared to other places in the DFW area. The food was mediocre at best and way overpriced. I had the calamari with filet and lobster tail. The Miso soup wasn't bad though. Also a Long Island iced tea that had virtually no alcohol in it. I can't see me going back. However, if you like sushi rolls you might want to try it for yourself. Since I don't like sushi rolls I can't speak for that. 😄

Brandon the GM was very hospitible. He checked on our table, even saw me do the happy dance once I ate the Vegas Roll lol. Jessica our waitress was so on point especially when we only had 12mins of happy hour lmao 🤣 RA Sushi is still on point!!

Staff seem unhappy and unwelcoming. Hostess greeted me with no smile, I was seated at a table with water residue and I had the smallest spoon served with my ramen. I was not served miso soup with my sushi. When I ask what drinks are offered besides soft drinks and alcohol, the waitress tells me “tea” with no confidence only for me to realize there’s a drink menu with mock-tails. Mediocre food with mediocre staffing.

This place is very inconsistent. if you can catch them when people actually show up to do their jobs you’re good but the last few times I’ve been to this place. The wait for food was horrendous and it wasn’t even busy. The food itself is not bad but by the time they actually get the food out to you, your not even interested anymore plus it’s completely overpriced for the portion sizes. They serve.

Horrible Service. Do Not go around Lunch time, I was there around 1 pm and waited 20 min for the server to come to the table The server was super slow and plus the kitchen, he's excuse was that they were short staff but there were only 3 tables at the time.

RA sushi is located at the Shops of Legacy. I ordered the crispy calamari sushi as well as the yellowtail hamachi sashimi. The sashimi was a little bland, but I really enjoyed the crispy calamari sushi! It came with a sweet sauce that complimented it nicely. I would come back here again.

I have been coming to RA SUSHI for YEARS. I hate to report that the service at Plano has SUCKED. HOWEVER...I must admit that I had a phenomenal efforts waitress today. No. She didn't bribe me to make this post. She was just that good. TWALLIA was excellent!! She checked on me several times throughout my food experience. She didn't get anything wrong on my order which is RARE. She had several tables and to my surprise... handled my table as if we were the only table there. Seriously...Twallia did her thing. This Restaraunt masquerades as 3 different establishments online because frankly they suck. I gave them two chances . The shrimp hibachi is dry rice with tiny pieces of shrimp, portion for two contained Maybe 15 pieces. $7 miso is 4 oz ( really, people) Just an unbelievably garbage Restaraunt. Their other FAKE ESTABLISHMENTS to avoid bad reviews are "Samurai KO "which has no google page and I believe another one which I cannot locate currently. No Wasabi or ginger with sushi at all, neither rolls nor sushi/ nigiri Pictures are " Shrimp Hibachi " and " miso soup" Avoid like the plague.
