Trenton served me today, he was great! And food as perfect as always.

Planned to eat dinner here, didn’t make it past drinks solely because of service. Hamzeh was not attentive to say the least. It took 45 minutes for the Rangoon appetizer (4 pieces) to come out because he forgot about our table. He stood around in the back area staring off into space. We asked him about the appetizer and if we could order and he said uh I’ll be back and then disappeared again for 15 minutes. Needless to say we asked for the check and didn’t bother ordering any other food. Was really looking forward to this as we brought out of town family to experience it.

RA is our absolute fav sushi restaurant however this experience was better than ever. Diego our server was amazing and super engaging. Made the experience better than ever. Thank you!

Had a great time with the family for my brother's birthday, great service the waiter Diego was awesome super friendly and social, as well as funny and just over all made the experience amazing.

If I could give zero stars for my most recent experience I would. We sat down, first server comes by greets us and asks us for our drink order. So we’re sitting waiting and we are waiting long enough to where 3 other servers passed by our table asking us if they can take our drink order, we tell him 2 waters and a bottle of sake. I think 20 minutes had passed since the first server got our drink order. I look and see he’s talking to the manager and then goes to the back to assign names to a sheet on the wall. So since I saw he made an executive decision not to take care of us, I walked up to one of the other servers that had gone to check on us and asked him if he could take care of us because our original server was not. He asked who our server was and I let him know and the server finally comes out with our waters but lets us know the sake we want is not available. I ask if I can have their specialty strawberry margarita and he says that’s not available. So then I ordered a coconut mojito and my friend got a beer. The bartender comes back to our table, and lets us know they also don’t have the coconut flavor available for the mojito and asks if I would like a mango instead and I oblige because I’m pretty easy going, I just really wanted a drink by this point. We order the edamame, and sashimi apps and then we also order yakisoba noodles with chicken. The noodles that came out were ramen and not buckwheat that the yakisoba should be. We let the server know and he apologized and we ask if we can have the chicken soba noodles instead. Those come out and they are overcooked and me and my friend just give up. They DID NOT take off the udon noodle dish even though we had barely picked at it because it was inedible. I then decide to use their restroom and reach, no toilet paper. Someone was nice enough to hand me some and I go to flush the toilet, it won’t flush. I could not get out of that place fast enough. And not to mention, the manager didn’t even stop over one time after EVERYTHING that happened. I can say it was an experience that’s for sure and I will be telling EVERYONE about it and to NEVER visit this location EVER.

It was severely subpar. They first tried to seat us at a hightop, mind you there are tables open and one person in our 4 person party is a very tall mam and two of us are small, do these tables just don't seat comfortably. We asked for a table and they found a table to seat us at, but why start with a high top? Next, we met our waiter, Diego. He was fine, but seemed a bit distracted. He took our drink orders a d food order, which we thought was fine at the time. The food took quite a while to come out, as did the damage. In that time, it was also very windy, so we had to ask for them to close the doors because it was blowing the chopsticks and other looser things off of the table, and we didn't want to risk it blowing our food off when it came. Our candle was even out before we sat, as we're many seated near these doors. When our food finally arrived, one of our meals which was supposed to be steak and shrimp came out as steak and chicken. Our waiter was nowhere to be seen after we tried it and found out, so we had to call another waiter over to help. He then left for a moment to check the order and discovered it was input incorrectly. He then proceeded to ask if he should take it back, but we had waited so long amd the entree was for someone in our party that cannot medically wait longer than they had to eat. The steak in it was also quite tiny. He said that the charge for shrimp and chicken is the same - $1. We took his word for that. We found out at the end that they charged $3.50. Not a significant difference, but another step in the wrong direction. Mind you Diego never came to apologize for this, nor did a manager visit our table or offer a resolution, like maybe removing the extra charge for a meat that their staff input incorrectly? He did, however, visit a table of other guests with a different complexion... Instead of addressing this with solutions that wouldn't cause someone that has to eat by a certain time for medical reasons to wait longer, it was put on the guest in the most awkward way to where they would appear rude if they asked. This whole experience was terrible, and we were all made to feel terribly awkward the entire meal. Even when the restrooms weren't working, they made it feel like it was our own problem and not that their restroom was out of order. It's just not a comfortable dining experience, and especially not worth the valie they've placed on any of it. We tipped out of discomfort and confusion, but we do, in fact, regret it and even stepping foot in the establishment. Additionally, the norm for the hand wrap was stale and very hard to bite through. The steak and (what was supposed to be shrimp) chicken rice was quite salty and overly oily. The only good roll was the Adults Only roll, but the entire experience was not worth the time amd cost. Please do not leave a generic reply that we can "contact you via [insert email that will never be answered]. If we have to contact anyone, it should be directly to correct and address these issues.

Best sushi experience, I have had in quite some time definitely will be back soon. The manager Nina was very accommodating.

I would usually rate the food here around a 4 and service a 2 or 3. Make sure if you visit ASK FOR LEON! He will take the overall experience from a 3 to a 5. He made me feel like I was in a fine dining experience and will definitely come back. Thanks again Leon!

Great choices and great service. The quality is really good. Update: RA IS BACK!!!!! It’s been a while as we felt there was a big fall-off in service and food quality over the past years. We just had a great lunch here and I’m glad we came back. Diego the bartender was fantastic and great food service. Nina the manager is on top of her game at this location. We’re really glad the quality is back!

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Sam, and I must say, he was incredibly attentive and well-informed. He made sure we had everything we needed throughout our dining experience and had extensive knowledge about the menu. Sam's exceptional service definitely enhanced our overall enjoyment. This place is the best! From promptness to food presentation, these guys really know what they are doing. Nina is a fantastic manager and was very accommodating during my visit. This place is very eye pleasing. I love color and it was full of that. Visited during a time when there wasn’t a lot of traffic, so I was able to sit and eat quietly without feeling rushed due to “table need”. Food was fresh and some selections came with cool presentation. Full bar and friendly staff. Great customer service. Would make a great date night location, and I would love to come back in the evening hours, to see what the ambience is like at that time.

Went on a Tuesday before Valentines Day, had a reservation, but the restaurant was busy... 1st table wobbled so we tried to get the manager to come over, but he didn't want to talk to us, and sent the person who seated us, asked to move to another, only open table was near the bathroom.. not optimal... Had the 4 course Valentine's menu, but the salmon was dry, and the chicken katsu was overcooked also. Service was just so-so as there were multiple tables with large parties so we were kinda left on our own.. not the greatest experience for a Date Night... May not go back as there are other options for good sushi.

I’m not sure what I thought this place would be like. I would love to compare it to Uchi or Nobu. Yet, it more like the Applebees of sushi. My kids didn’t really care for it either and that’s a first. Maki and specialty rolls kind of tasted like it came from Kroger. Nigiri fish slices were very thick and lacked flavor. All in all service was good and fast. They have a wide variety of menu items and happy hour with food and drinks. Shrimp Shumai was my favorite.

We were here on a busy Saturday night, I was glad I had made reservations. We thought the food was great. Our server Trenton was polite and attentive. The reason for my low rating was the state of the restrooms; absolutely appalling. No TP or seat covers in any of the 3 stalls in the women’s room. People were using the paper hand towels which were starting to clog the toilets. As I was leaving, another woman came in, and I warned her about the situation and she said “omg, STILL? I already let them know a while ago!” I then made a beeline for the host at the front desk who curtly said “yes, we know. We’re working on it.” How hard can it be to find toilet paper?! A restaurant should always have plenty of things like that in stock. And put a sign on the door or close that restroom until the situation is fixed. I assume the men’s room was in the same state, otherwise they would have just gotten some TP from there. The worst part is the obvious conclusion (as another reviewer mentioned) that the restrooms just weren’t cleaned that day. Or possibly the day before either. On a busy weekend, in a place that handles and serves raw fish. Makes you wonder about the state of the kitchen. Unacceptable. Won’t be back.

My sushi was sliced paper thin. Literally 7 seconds after my food arrived another waiter came to our table and asked if everything was tasting good. This place is a ripoff. A joke.

Ra Sushi is definitely one of places, that each other location does vary on service and food. Each place, always has nice feels with good music, atmosphere, and nightlife usually. I honestly enjoy majority of menu items they are usually very fresh and on point. I haven't had bad experience! All together Happy hour is great! Plenty of portions Sushi is nice! Drinks are awesome and unique Nice vibes all around!

01/06/2024 update: as my husband and I enjoy RA sushi, we go there to celebrate all our big and small accomplishments. Our experience here Thursday evening was AMAZING! We were greeted as we walked in, got seated, and then that’s when Husam (Sam) came to introduce himself to us. Such a sweet guy with a sweet smile and very friendly attitude. We genuinely enjoyed our night and JUST for this experience we decided to give this location the 5 stars it deserves. Thank you for making our evening Hussam. We will be back. ♥️ Previous experience: Our experience a few weeks ago -> The food, cleanliness, quality was excellent. However, the service was very off. Seemed like every staff member that we encountered this evening had an unnecessary attitude. We were greeted late, the manager Melissa had a very disappointing attitude with us within the first few encounters, and our server was wasn’t attentive either. We have definitely had better experiences and just to think about our last interaction - super disappointing. We had come in celebrating a big night and it was very conveniently disrupted by the manager and the server. ———————- This location is by far my favorite location. Clean location, helpful and friendly staff, and quality food! We love the seared tuna, chicken fried rice, and spicy Cali roll. Breanna tonight in specific was very sweet and helpful. Definitely would recommend this location!

The food was good. Service was friendly and efficient. We stayed there over an hour after finishing our finishing and paying for our meal, and nobody bothered us.

Tre was great, the food was A1 if you have never tried them out stop what you are doing and give them a shot.

Came in from out of town and decided to stop by this sushi place my server Tre Barrera did an amazing job with waiting my table food was amazing and the atmosphere was great definitely glad I stopped in will recommend!

Order some sushi rolls, they brought us the wrong ones, waited for over 45 for our new ones never brought them to us, the rest of our party was pretty much done with their whole meal, terrible service never got refils, we ended up having to cancel them because at that point of waiting almost an hour we just wanted to go home

Diego (bartender/server) had amazing service! He was so attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and even convinced me to order some food to go because I was in a rush to leave. I didn’t want any drink on the menu, but was craving a jalapeños margarita and he delivered. Freshly muddling the jalapeños and mixing the margarita to perfection. I would definitely come back for lunch just to be served by Diego again. Next time I’ll stay longer so I can tell him my life story!

This place has always served great sashimi and sushi however, this day stood out more in comparison to others because of the service I received. I tried their hibachi which was pretty good. A big thanks to Diego, he was awesome and very attentive to my table, and had some of the best timing.

Dragon roll was a big hit. I think the sashimi assessment could be better.

Mauricio was a great service and hostess. He was able to seat us when we first got there. Then he swung back around and said “I’ve switched hats and now I’m your server”. Which had the whole table cracking up. A good sense of humor is always a plus when paired with great service. Thank you to Mauricio who gave us a great experience while having an appreciate lunch with my employees.

Generally, I enjoy gong to RA Sushi for a treat. The sushi is always good and the atmosphere is fun. The staff was pretty friendly and all our food came out in a timely fashion.

The sushi is average! I love their dessert and drinks.
