Costa Coffee in Havant

Very rude staff member...didn't get her name unfortunately

We are regulars at Costa Waterlooville my wife doesn't have to ask for half a cup of coffee because they recognise her and do it straight away staff are so friendly

the lids of the drinks were lose like someone had tried to drink them

i will not use this again costa restaurant very rude and unhelpful - why would the courier take out a drink from bag - i accept it his fault if container of drink squashed and leaked out but not the equivalent of stealing a drink! plus i tipped in advance i def wont do that again!

Mostly ok overall and coffee and food is great but there is one female staff member who is miserable and rude consistently. She just has an arrogant attitude for a reason I can't work out what she has to be arrogant about? She was working at 1/08/24 @ 8.30am. She is the older one of the 2 girls there. The Italian guy is always friendly and so are the other staff, it's just this one person who makes me not want to visit anymore.

the Barista Maestro in store told me she couldn’t make me a drink because ‘it wasn’t on the menu’. I also work at Costa and we make drinks that aren’t on menu all the time, such as dirty chai’s and including syrups etc. if you can charge for it on the till there’s no reason you can’t make the drinks. just being really awkward for no reason. i’ve also been in more than one Costa that has been able to make me a white mocha, really not hard to charge for the syrup on the till!

Lovely food and lovely drinks shame about some of the staff though, I sat at the table after ordering and as I chose to eat in on this occasion I didn’t know if I wait for the order at the till or it’s table service so I was looking toward the till for no other reason then seeing when to collect my order.. I over heard your 2 members of staff say “who’s this one for” and another said “her the one that’s staring at us” made me feel very uncomfortable as I was only looking to see when to collect the order then when I was waiting for said order instead of calling me or telling me it was there it was just left and I got a “look” .. never had problems in there before and everyone is usually pleasent but on this occasion I felt they wasn’t regardless the food was nice as was the drink

didnt get what i ordered i ordered a choc twist and got a croissant instead

Only had coffee, but it was nice and at a fair price, and oat milk was available.

salted caramel brownie was sent instead of gluten free brownie.

Very good service, and the coffee is good. Been twice and the staff were friendly and talkative both times.

Welcoming staff, hot coffee and lovely atmosphere

Haven’t received any of the food yet the delivery driver has forgotten all of it accept the drinks waiting to see if he returns with my food I did inform him he had forgotten he’s said okay so he might be going to grab it

Good coffee but terribly slow service

Constantly understaffed means its never properly clean , tables always covered in used cups etc , and the staff uniform is utterly disgusting, male member of staff wears a barista apron which frankly is disgraceful and does not imply good food hygiene

Unfortunately the lid wasn’t securely put on the coffee and it had leaked over half the coffee in the bag. Delivery driver was holding the dripping bag as I answered the door and said “bit of a spill”. The bag then completely split and coffee leaked all over the counter top and floor. Cup size was also smaller than received yesterday despite no option of size being listing. Would’ve ordered another but unfair to be charged delivery again. Shame as yesterdays order was perfect

Don't appreciate my lunch being left on my doorstep!

I didn't get the cake I wanted but they put something else instead which I don't mind I would have just like to have been informed on the app before

I ordered a Hog Roast Toastie and a Maple & Hazelnut Blondie, with a Mocha. My order arrived early and it was absolutely delicious and arrived at the perfect temperature x

I had appalling rude service from the manager and when I gave him a reply he refused to serve me I made a complaint against him and was sent a voucher and letter of apology by costa but I won't be using it in the Waterlooville store!!!!!

Lovely atmosphere Lovely staff all happy to go that bit further to help. clean store and toilets.

Item missing. Rang to ask if they could send the missing item and they said they couldn't and that I had to contact Just Eat.

Unfortunately I got the wrong bap. Sausage instead of the bacon I ordered. Which I don't eat. It was cold and the bap was rock hard

Lovely Costa shop, extremely friendly staff. Lovely drinks. Love how the child's hot chocolate is always served at just the right temperature, I have been to other Costa shops that have been way too hot and borderlining dangerous!

Love it here staff are always happy and helpful.

My sausage sandwich was stone cold as the box wasn’t closed. It was left completely open at the top of the bag.

Nothing wrong with our order, coffee is lovely as usual. But we didn’t get a QR code to claim the beans, it looks like the delivery driver ripped off that part of the receipt. Disappointing.

The driver wrote me a note when something wasn't in stock and tried their best with me. Very heart-warming thank you

Went in for a snack and drink with my partner, very friendly and energetic staff who almost jump to help you with what ever you need, always generous with the fresh dairy squirty cream and chocolate dust, I'm not sure what marshmallows or how they prepare them but they were really soft and gooey, had a cinnamon bun was rather large for the price I paid. All in total happy with mu visit and will return soon to try the new kitkat hot chocolate 🍫

Never keen on their coffee but even their tea is iffy

I didn't order any of the food, they did look nice however. Latte was reasonable, although not massively hot and didn't take long to be at a drinkable level. We wanted to sit inside and see some of the events going on in the precinct at the time.

Good selection of hot and cold beverages and friendly staff, however due to its location it can get quite busy and loud during peak times

Came in today at 9am and spent most of the day here working while my car was in the garage. All i can say is the the lady behind the counter is the soul of this place. She is the queen of her domain running the place perfectly. She has a heart of gold sharing her infectious smile to others and creating a happy vibe and she knows all the regulars! Costa, you need to keep this woman happy 🤑, shes too good for you!

Costa with good coffee, staff were great. As I have a dog and Costa does not allow dogs in. The member of staff came to me and took my order I paid and then they brought my drink, sugar and a bowl of water for my pooch. Exellent service.

Tables were dirty and needed clearing.

Took the kids in for a little treat today and the staff went above and beyond to make what was a stressful day into a lovely one. The First Lady moved all the tables so as we could all sit together and then my baby knocked over my drink. I was absolutely mortified and the staff couldn't be any more friendlier about it. Cleared it up and then got me a new drink. Their customer service is amazing

Delicious choice of coffee, friendly staff.

I brought myself a Costa Pride Coffee mug today in Waterlooville. The lady was lovely as she gave me a free hot chocolate and that made me very happy as I've been feeling very low lately. Also I wear hearing aids in both ears and the staff are so friendly towards me. Thank you so much. From Rebecca McCarthy.

Went an had me a coffee in here today,....Staff where very friendly and coffee was nice and hot and the shop was also nice and tidy......shame to see Waterlooville precinct slowly dieing.......come on people we need to start supporting our shops💪💪💪

i wish i could give em Zero absolutely horrible . waited 25 minutes for one latee but the guy was talking to the girl and Laughing seemed he didnt even care

Coffee always taste good, I requarly visit a Costa. The staff here didn't smile at all, even when serving people... Which didn't make it a good visit

This cafe is a shining example of how to to do it right, always busy, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, great quality coffee. I have disability issues, the staff will often bring my order to my table as I have difficulties carrying as I walk with a stick.

Toilets are DISGUSTING and so close to kitchen !!!

Normal Costa Coffee place . Good menu for all times of the day . Good coffee and snakes avaliable with a lovely selection of cakes . Although buisy the staff were very polite and the young lady cleaning up the tables was brilliant . Very polite and only to happy to do her job . I will go back as i was able to enjoy chat in a fairly quiet place with a member of my family .

It was the first time I've had coffee out on over a year ....worth the wait.

Lovely Coffee, friendly staff who are happy to help whatever drink you want, sandwiches and other snack's are also available. Occasionally outside the waterlooville branch there's a young lady busking.. she's amazing and makes having a coffee in the sunshine a brilliant experience, I think her name is Eloise Bryant.... check her out.... awesome 😎😎

Extremely poor and rude service from the staff here today, so bad I will never set foot in this particular shop again, on the left black Forrest hot chocolate with no sprinkles & on the right Terry chocolate orange no sprinkles the girl making them was too busy on her mobile phone to do them properly, when I complained she told me they was nothing wrong them and they were made properly. The girl in this shop was argumentative and not willing to deal with my complaint. I was not expecting the photo stock picture but I would at least like to be treated as a customer, with my comments treated with respect.

Staff friendly, failed to take either mine or my friends details for contact tracing- actually against the law currently!! Dishwasher broken down so no crockery.

Could not think of any where better to be besides great drinks and most of all great staff

Dad was in a wheelchair and the staff were very helpful.

Friendly courteous staff, good social distancing, tracing app and website if you dont want to download the app. Staff extremely accomodating as we had our fluffy golden retriever with us and they even brought him out a drink too (although in a metal bowl and slightly more opaque than our coffees...!!)
