We had a lovely afternoon high tea served to us yesterday, finger sandwiches, scones with cream and jam and gorgeous little cakes. Everything was exceptional. The shop is a popular place and we can see why! Thank you ladies for looking after us!

Excellent staff; welcoming, friendly and helpful
The pizzas are larger than the boards they are served on so go with an appetite and ask for an extra napkin. Very tasty and lovely thin dough with flexible toppings
Thank you so much to Shere Delights for making my 17yo daughters day (and ours).
After a hot, 5 mile walk around the stunning Surrey Hills, we called here to grab an ice cream and sit by the stream.
My daughter has Coeliac Disease (no gluten), which makes getting an ice cream on a cone near impossible.
As soon as we mentioned it, the member of staff opened a new honeycomb ice cream tub, used a clean scoop, changed her gloves, got out a gluten free waffle style cone, and made sure she handled everything without access to cross contamination.
The ice cream was delicious and enjoyed by all. Thank you, team! 100% recommend.

All the single ladies (bit of Beyonce there 🤣🤣), well, 5 of us from @binscombechurch, met for a fantastic Thai meal 😋 and sat outside on an available wooden table & benches to eat & chat. Food was freshly cooked and tasted great 👍. Having been well fed & fortified, we then took the long way home - walking 4.6miles through the lovely local woods and via the edge of the Loseley Estate.
Friendly Team & great food 😋 👌 👍
Always a really warm welcome. Lovely food and great coffee! We had the granola pots which the kids love. Our favourite thing is also the pancakes and the park which is very good for running off all of our energy .

Really lovely dinner at Tara. Finally an evening without kids, so thought we'd give the village Thai restaurant a go - thank goodness we did!
The restaurant itself feels genuine as you walk in, warm and inviting with soft (non Thai!) music playing. Surprisingly quiet for a Friday evening - go and try this place and give it your custom!!Service was a little slow in asking for drinks, but a bottle of Oyster Bay sauvignon blanc wasn't much more than you'd pay in Sainsbury's. We had scallops and spring rolls to start with: both gorgeous, with enough of a kick to the scallops that I got to have 2 where my wife only had 1. Unfortunately she had the second spring roll instead. Then we had a "safe" red Thai chicken curry, and a king prawn "dry curry". Both were really good! Red was a little spicier, dry was a little creamier, but both disappeared very quickly! Should have had 2 bowls of rice (1 is often enough to share in some places), but all in all, a fantastic meal! And extremely good value at just over £60 including the wine! We'll be going back...
We had a really lovely breakfast at Lorenzo’s this morning – the food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and served quickly. The café itself is spotless and has a warm, welcoming family feel to it. The staff were super friendly and made the whole experience even better. We couldn’t resist picking up some of their homemade cakes to take away – they looked too good to leave behind! We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
Rare somewhere lives up to the hype! Fantastic Italian food, very affordable prices and super service. I wish I came earlier! Shout out to our Ukrainian waiter whom our family loved.
We meet friends we’d not seen for a while. Food was fantastic but service was so slow and we had to keep asking. The wine turned up after the food and we asked every time. Such a shame it was very busy so maybe they were short staffed.
We have been to this restaurant before, for Christmas dinner last year. On that occasion it was fantastic. So, when choosing a restaurant for a casual evening meal on a Friday night, and having limited choices as other places were fully booked, we chose to go to The Long Bar. The ambience & service was good. However, my choice of 'fish on a Friday' (Tuna steak) was underwhelming and bland. It has not put us off, but will definitely choose differently next time. Another thing I need to mention is that there were no prices next to the options on the menu! Therefore, I was not able to take the cost into account when making choices. As a result, our bill came to £187! This I consider to be extortionate for a casual meal for three people! I will be interested to hear the justification. Thank you for an otherwise pleasant experience.
