The food was amazing I got the beef brisket and it was so flavourful, the guy explained the process to me and even checked up to make sure the meal was good 100% coming back soon

The best burrito I have eaten in 6 years living in the UK. They have this burrito called "REALLY BIG BURRITO", and yep - simple name and totally true, it exceeds expectations. The guys who served us were super friendly and patient. Absolutely loved it. Keep at it guys. Will be back soon!

Had great service from Mohammed and this was one of the best, if not the best, burrito I’ve ever had. I had the meal deal and the burrito was so filling I almost couldn’t finish the nachos. Highly recommend.

The people were really nice but it's the worst burrito you can get in Guildford. There is no pork, and for the beef you get two options: Chinese sweet beef, or burnt looking black mass, doesn't look appetising, the former has zero flavour. Do yourself a favour and go down to Tortillas which has normal beef and way more options.

Amazing food , our kids loved the burritos. A 2yr old and 9yr old. Worth every penny 😋

The man who served us, who I believe was the owner or manager, was very kind and patient with us ordering for the first time, even giving recommendations. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, let them know as they are mindful of it by changing gloves and explaining what you can have. We went here for lunch to try it out a few weeks ago and see how it compares to Chipotle and Taco Bell. It was 100% worthwhile to eat here. The food was delicious and the sizes were surprisingly generous - a regular alone was very filling. Plus, they have Jarritos (with various flavours) and do not charge extra for guacamole!

I went for the first time and at the counter guys were so friendly and food was amazing. Me and my daughter both agreed, their food is much better than any other Mexican places around. Hidden in one of the beautiful streets of Guildford opposite L’Oocitane . Try it once, you will not be disappointed

Best burrito I'm Guildford. Don't waste your money at Torilla or Chipotle. Plan isn't much to look at but it more than makes up for this by serving consistently good burritos.

Nice service very kind nice decor simple and effective. Definelty recommend the beef brisket quesadila for £10 it is filling delicious and an absolute bargain.

The staff tries their best but it is unfortunately just atrocious food. I ordered the (firecracker?) chicken, which was really sweet and watery. Made the terrible mistake of ordering the super big £13 and got a big, unpleasant, sloppy burrito 👍

Very small burrito compared to other chains. Bit of a surprise given the price.

I thought the food was average at best. Lacked flavour. It is Halal which is great. Setting is nice and clean but small. Personally the food lacks flavour and the chicken is shredded too thin. The burrito box was also very small compared to the other competition in this particular cuisine.

Really affordable place with great burritos!!!

The food was delicious and they were very generous with their portions. We were very full afterwards! There isn’t that much seating but that is the only downside. Inside the atmosphere is nice; clean, nice lighting and good background music (low enough that you can have a conversation easily). The staff were friendly and very skilled at rolling up even very large burritos. I would definitely recommend Plan Burrito (even over other burrito chains) and I’ll be planning to come again or visit other branches.

Great food quick service I think need more sitting.

When this place first opened, it was great, really good atmosphere, service was great and it was a staple during the week. Since the franchisers have left, it's gone nothing but down hill. Service is shocking, really really slow, won't remember your order your processed 20 seconds ago. Food quality has also gone down the drain, the refried beans are now soggy, and the salsa looked like it was foaming, chicken has also had bone in in past visits.... no music now, the place is souless. This used to be a regular spot for us but I am afraid it's lost a few of us regular customers. The main franchisers should come back and reinstall the opening month vibe and quality back... until then, tortilla is the best option.

Order the Giants burritos. We ordered beef, chicken and veggie. They were delicious and crammed full of a variety of tasty different fillings such as rice and beans. The Burritos were really good value. Ordered the chilli flavoured nachos as well and they were predictably, spicy so good if you like spice! Staff were very friendly and very helpful and service was exceptionally good.

We ordered a beef chicken and veggie giant burrito and they were big, very good value and delicious. The nachos were good too, but I ordered the chilli ones which were actually quite spicy, so good if you like spicy ones but they were a bit spicy for some of my family.

Regularly visit for a quick take out and love everything about this place, i.e. right in the town centre, friendly staff and of course delicious Burritos.

We had a regular burrito meal at £14. The meal deal was very filling. The burrito with pulled beef was excellent. The tortilla chips was ok. The place is quite small but looks clean. I would highly recommend this place. Try it!

This place is my go to when ordering food, 1000x better than chipotle! prices are much more reasonable and the food is way tastier. The caramel smashed beef is unreal, would recommend! I personally wasn’t a fan of the pulled beef brisket, I found it quite dry & parts of it were quite hard but it could’ve just been a batch. Portion sizes are great here, I love their burrito bowls, you get a good amount of whatever you choose.

Honestly this is the best burrito in town!! Hands down, great price, great service especially Ahmed he knows my order from memory and even my voice on the phone. The food is always top notch, fresh, tasty, big portions too. You will not be disappointed

Food arrived luke warm and I was waiting in the rain for 10 minutes trying to make the driver find me. She gave me someone else’s order too so had to run back in the rain and give it back.

The door was open, it was very cold. We were asked to choose a table, they were all dirty and needed wiping. Then a food delivery rider arrived and the attendant sorted their order. Then another rider arrived and the attendant sorted their order. The attendant was nice enough but he was on his own. The food looked good but we never tried it and left to another restaurant. This is a takeaway joint and shouldn’t be on your booking service IMO.
