I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tortilla Guildford, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! John and Vimal went above and beyond with their outstanding customer service, ensuring every need was met with a smile and a genuine eagerness to help. Their wonderful attitude made the visit truly enjoyable. A special shoutout to their manager, Liz, who clearly leads by example. Her dedication to creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere shines through her team’s performance. The food was absolutely delicious—perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. It’s clear that quality and care are top priorities at Tortilla. I highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and fantastic service. This team is a gem, and I can’t wait to come back!

Me and my boyfriend have visited tortilla guildford many times and the food is always great and the staff super friendly. Liz in specific is a great staff member and person. She's really nice and has amazing burrito wrapping skills.

Just dined here on the 23rd of Nov and had the most wonderful time. The young man named John at the till was sweet and helpful and the supervisor Liz was so lovely to me. The food was absolutely divine too. Will definitely be coming again!

Tortilla- food is always fresh and tasty, great value for money really. Last but not the least the staff is exceptionally kind, they always greet us with a warm welcome and a big smile on their face which is lovely to see, shout out to Liz and dignesh for making my visits always feel special!

Liz is always so enthusiastic and cheery! Great speedy service for a quick bite. There is a vegan chili option if you are vegan. I usually get a large bowl and it is quite filling.

The food was lovely but was delivered over an hour late and was cold when it arrived

Food preparation time was very slow, took around an hour+ and we only live a 10 min drive away, delivery driver was fast from pick up so didn’t seem to involve him.

CAN NEVER GET ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!! Staff are so so so lovely, Liz and Lola served us today and they always have the brightest smiles and give us the best service. Come here all the time and it just gets better every single time. The staff are absolutely lovely, Liz has the warmest and most welcoming energy every time and Lola is very kind and very helpful and makes sure you’re happy with your experience. The food is actually perfect Tortilla will always be my number 1. My go to food place in Guildford for the last 8ish years!

First time here, the female member of staff today was amazing (sorry didn’t catch her name) for just grabbing a bite for lunch she made us feel really welcome and helped us with ordering. I will certainly be coming again and recommending to my friends. Food was delicious (especially the salsa)! Great restaurant.

The food was amazing, got the new quesadilla for £5.95, much better than their old one. The staff were friendly, service was fairly quick too! Will be coming back again.

I only tried the churros, which weren't great. They were very greasy and had a strong oil smell. Considering the portion size, they were also quite expensive. The chocolate sauce wasn't very pleasant either. However, the restaurant environment was very elegant and clean.

Nice atmosphere and delicious Mexican food! Liz provided excellent customer service; she was all smiles even during peak hour, and very efficient! Highly recommended.

Good taste and size burrito my only complaint is it could of been hotter as is was nearly cold

Said it would take 10-15 minutes and kept being pushed to one hour when I live a close drive and the food is ready and takes a minute to prepare. Order didn’t say it was being prepared until 20 minutes or more after I placed the order. Grilled chicken bowl came without any chicken at all.

Staff were lovely. Fresh and hot! We have eaten at a lot of different tortilla stores all across the country, but this location always seems to be better. More flavourful, better service, hotter, slight better portion sizes. Whatever you're doing different to the other locations, keep it up!

i usually love tortilla but this time the service was just so slow and lots of ingredients weren’t stocked so i ended up with a completely cold burrito which was a shame :(

Great fresh tasty food, super quick service and very reasonably priced. I would recommend the nachos really fresh, spicy and great textures. Two of us spent around £21 for a burrito, tacos and nachos, really big potions.

Tortilla usually excellent, but this order was cold despite being delivered speedily. must have been cold leaving the restaurant. also new chicken not as nice as previous one.

Not sure how they measure what they give you, but I felt like I had less than half a scoop of what went in, especially the meat - wasn’t a fork full! Guy wrapping it didn’t know how so ended up with a deconstructed burrito I had to wait to get home to eat and tip in a bowel & use fork There internet didn’t work so couldn’t use my free voucher but as I clicked on it, no longer working!?

My wife and I came here 17/12/23, my wife had a burrito and tortilla chips ,I had 2 lots of tacos , a quesadilla and we both had churros ,have to say the food was fantastic tasted so fresh we both loved it the staff were great friendly and helpful, I will.come back here for sure ,cant recommend enough 😀.

Hi, I am vegetarian and I was very suprised and unhappy to see that one on the stuff when doing burrito touched meat and then put the same hand in the cheese container. Please make the stuff aware of this and I hope they can follow the proper service rules.

The food quantity was half of the size than we get every time. Really disappointing.
