Great fresh tasty food, super quick service and very reasonably priced. I would recommend the nachos really fresh, spicy and great textures. Two of us spent around £21 for a burrito, tacos and nachos, really big potions.

Not sure how they measure what they give you, but I felt like I had less than half a scoop of what went in, especially the meat - wasn’t a fork full! Guy wrapping it didn’t know how so ended up with a deconstructed burrito I had to wait to get home to eat and tip in a bowel & use fork There internet didn’t work so couldn’t use my free voucher but as I clicked on it, no longer working!?

Food was really good except for getting half way through noticed the tortilla chips were moldy

My wife and I came here 17/12/23, my wife had a burrito and tortilla chips ,I had 2 lots of tacos , a quesadilla and we both had churros ,have to say the food was fantastic tasted so fresh we both loved it the staff were great friendly and helpful, I will.come back here for sure ,cant recommend enough 😀.

Hi, I am vegetarian and I was very suprised and unhappy to see that one on the stuff when doing burrito touched meat and then put the same hand in the cheese container. Please make the stuff aware of this and I hope they can follow the proper service rules.

Great service, food & vibe. The staff were genuinely interested in making it a nice visit. Added bonus was happy hour drinks. Staff checked we were happy with everything. Definitely 10/10.

A really good place to come and have food. So many options for everyone.

We went for a quick lunch out, the food is amazing and I advice the beef even though you pay extra for it. Of course I disagree with this policy because the courses are already quite expensive. Anyway, we got a burrito, a quesedilla and some loaded nachos. Everything was really good! The quesedilla is only available from 2pm (non sense to me) but we were lucky because we just got there in time. The service wasn’t amazing though. The man at the checkout never smiles and the orders for the drinks were forgotten. But I can’t complain much

I've eaten here a lot and always enjoy my naked burrito. The service is fast, efficient and friendly. They have lots of options, great chips and a fairly wide range of soft and alcoholic drinks. Finally, you can dine-in or take-away easily.

Tortilla is one of the better Mexican fast food places that has opened in Guildford. The food on offer is the standard fare you'd expect from a place like this, but it easily rivals the more expensive places like Chipotle. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they served everyone in great time during "lunchtime rush." I would easily recommend Tortilla if you're looking for some good quality Mexican food in Guildford.

Another restaurant that puts prices up and food gets portions get smaller. Positive it’s tasty but won’t be ordering again unless this changes.

Small mediocre tachos, overpriced for what they are, fast convenience food that seems surprisingly popular, would not be our choice in the future especially as a large choice of other eateries close by

Came in following a terrible experience at Nando’s and was pleasantly surprised! Lizbeth was very welcoming and the burritos ordered were stuffed to bursting! Would definitely come back for lunch again!

Always consistently good food- fresh ingredients, well seasoned and tasty, filling and fairly reasonably priced. The restaurant itself is nicely decked out, just sad there are rarely many people In there at the same time.

First visit - reasonable prices, good menu and delicious food. However there were piles of used trays, plates and rubbish on several surfaces and the tables and floor were really dirty. A real shame - if it was clean, I would have given 5 stars.

The food is amazing and the service is great! Very friendly staff and positive atmosphere. Would definitely visit again and 10/10 recommend for a casual meal 👍🏻

The Manager Liz runs an incredible establish. Staff are exceptionally friendly and the food is always a delight!

Liz the manager is the most bubbly and happy person and it's a pleasure to see her evrytime we come in! The good is always fantastic and the portions are large! It's clean inside, a great vibe around the restraunt and one of our fave places to get dinner or lunch!

I got overcharged massively when I was in store today. I got charged £15.67 for a medium naked burrito and a bottle of water.

Not very clear in terms of optional price where you would just add them all. But nice helpful staff there to guide you through.

Every time we order from here they miss a crisps and dip. EVERY TIME! The price has also gone up a lot while the quality has decreased (burnt churros & cold burritos in our meal tonight). It's a real shame as we used to eat here almost weekly but the decrease in standards and increase in costs means we've moved on. First meal here in a few months and it was the worst yet. Don't think we'll be coming back again sadly.
